Publix is the finest grocery store around.I love everything about Publix. It is bright and clean. Full of everything you could possibly need.The best bakery and the Deli has Boar's head lunch meats and cheeses and so much more.Super produce section and really just the best of everything.We are so grateful to have this Publix to shop for all our needs.

Just wanted to give an extra thank you to Shena in the deli. She was very patient while answering some sandwich questions I had and made suggestions. She did it all with a smile on her face and never once gave me the feeling that I was bothering her. Genuine people are very rare these days. Thank you Shena 🌞

Publix has a great selection of deli trays. Prices are reasonable. Turn around time from order is quick and the food is fresh and delicious. We have used them for several functions and they always come through in clutch just when you need them.

My Mom's birthday is tomorrow and she didn't want me to do too much. I found a beautiful mini cake in the bakery. I asked if they could write something for my Mom! They wrote Happy Birthday Mom on the cardboard edge and added her age on top with the flowers - 92! Publix goes that extra mile to make people happy! 😊

Firstly, service is better here than any other supermarket I’ve been a patron of. Prices are high so we only buy on sale here. For the past two days we’ve ordered sandwiches for pickup and they’ve been made incorrectly… I guess we will only order at the deli and watch them make it from now on. It’s a shame because it’s convenient but you can’t rely on someone to actually read your order.

Very welcoming and helpful staff in every department that I've noticed. I love to order cakes for family events at the bakery and cookies for my kids are picked up weekly. Subs from the deli are awesome as well. Great place to grocery shop

This store is top notch. The staff is extremely professional and courteous. The staff always go above and beyond to help you and give you the best shopping experience possible. The store is always well stocked and clean too. I always see their employees moving about doing work and not lollygagging which shows how productive the staff is to making the store the best it can be.

Will not be coming back to this location and here’s why.I came in at 8:20 p.m. for drinks and a cake for my daughter. 2 items. Went to self checkout but didn’t realize they were card only.As soon as I start scanning the lady working starts hovering behind me. Huffing and puffing as I’m scanning watching everything I’m doing.I hit pay. Take out my cash and she just sits there right behind me while I back out twice to look for the cash option before she tells me in a very condescending voice “these are cash only sir. Now I’m gonna have to take you to customer service.”I told her I would just take the items to the cashier that’s open and she says“So you’re just not gonna pay for that are you?”I told her again. “No I have cash I’ll go to the cashier”She can see it in my hand.Her: “yeah well now I have to do x y and z with the transaction and that’s not how these things work” - also. Very condescending voice almost like she’s belittling me at this point.Only when I snapped back at her did she change her tone.How bout out a sign up that says “self checkout card only” where it’s visibleInstead you got some rude lady working the things. I haven’t been trained on these things. How the heck am I supposed to know that’s how your systems work?Out of the 3 people in self checkout at that time only I was being watched.Like she thought I was trying to steal or something with 2 items in my cart.. get real. No one’s trying to steal a cake for their daughter and a pack of La croix water.

The Publix bakery in New Bern NC. did a fantastic job on our wedding cake, they delivered on time and the cake was delicious. The price was right and we were truly impressed. A special thanks to the baker Angela, she was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.Thank you :)

Was very disappointed with customer service. I was told I could make an exchange for an item by one representative, but when I brought the item in, a different rep would not allow the exchange. I will not shop here again

You gotta be a sharp shopper to shop here there are deals to be had but like I said you gotta be a savvy shopper as this is no Walmart or Aldi's as a majority of their items although thought to be premium by them and you will pay for it. Try somewhere else unless you absolutely need/want it. And yes I still shop there just bought 2 (two) Rib roasts at $6.99 a pound which one I made into 7 one inch thick RIBEYE Steaks and had the Ribs as a bonus. Ribeye steaks sell for about $12. To $14 dollars a pound so you do the math. Like I said you HAVE TO BE A SMART SHOPPER. If you have a lot of money you won't have it for long. If everyone were to shop smart like that they wouldn't have a choice but to lower all their prices instead of throwing the unsold away or donating it to the food bank for a write off.

Typical Publix. Clean with plenty of choices. We stopped for subs for lunch. I found Boars Head Maple Glazed Honey Coated Cured Turkey breast. It's a new favorite lunch meat.

Publix is a pretty great grocery store. The prices are about average compared to other grocery stores, but their sale items are the best deal around. Personally, its not about the prices. The customer service is out of this world. The employees are friendly and helpful. And even if you visit is less than stellar, there are managers who really want you to go home feeling like your shopping trip was well spent at Publix. True to their tagline: "Shopping is a Pleasure."

Great employees. Help me unload cart bag separate frozen from canned goods, bread and chips together. When I can't locate an item an employee drops what they're doing and not only walk me to the product but reach up or down and place it in my cart. I'm handicapped so it's very convenient and love BOGO and senior day.
