They have the most amazing deals! This is a great place to do gift shopping. You can also find all kinds of household goods. I got an amazing deal on my favorite shampoo. My kid loves picking out toys and I love the savings! I got a super cool auto nerf gun for a really great price. My son loves it and I have to admit I actually really like playing with it too

I have always loved going to Ollie's but today the checking out experience was brutal. There was a long line because one of the cash registers was not in working order the cashier the second cashier on duty was extremely rude I understand how people can being a stress situation but never a place to get snooty with a customer. It might be my very last visit to ollie's.

This store in New Bern NC is the best. Clean Organized Way better than Greenville NC Greenville is Alot closer but we drive 40 + miles

They have a whole bunch of stuff in here a lot of it I’d be tempted to throw instantly into the garbage bin, but it’s good if you need cheap stuff there’s a lot of cheap stuff, cheap and price cheap and quality

Not a luxurious store by any stretch of the imaginationlok -but got some GREAT deals when I came, plus there was a a coupon that I was trying to get from Ollie's website but was having issues navigating my phone. My cashier was so nice and helped me with the most gracious of manners. So sweet!

Always good things to find. Never know what they will have. Bought curtains for all my living room windows and saved $40 a pair compared to normal retail price for the same ones. I can find 100% 400 TC on a regular basis, mattress covers, etc. We buy food, laundry, and household goods plus organizing items. All at great prices.

This is just another version of a big lots I think this is a bit more organized and clean, but the experience is about the same things you see today. More than likely, It will not be there tomorrow.. Therefore, if you happen to go, make sure that you are sure that you can't buy anywhere else cheaper. It's very simple to go in here for one thing and walk out with ten. So when entering make sure you maintain control or just do target shopping? Go straight to your target product pick it up and go to checkout.

This Ollies is so much more well organized than the one in Greenville. This store has more space, better products, more parking, even better restrooms. Of course most of this is due to a larger nicer building. I always head for the let section, specifically the dog toys and this store had a nice supply for bargain prices. I also got a Pressure Washer for half what I'd pay anywhere else. This store is worth the drive.

Always fun to visit one of these stores. Always have great stuff at low prices. I recommend getting a rewards card because you get coupons all the time for like 15% off a single purchase all the time. You never know what you'll find here but is always cool to see what they have gotten in.

My experience with your store is unprofessional, and under poor customer service, When the cashier loudly asked for my information for a discounts card , an employee afterwards looked me up on Facebook and also called my phone. Yes ,only employees were standing around at that time.. the employees in this store argues, in front of customers and loudly speak in a racial tone, rudely asking to my cashier to move for a caucasian, cashier to step in, appalled that this was happen because she was still ring me up, and in the year of 2023 . The manger was extremely rude and out of line , no ,this isn’t a safe and friendly store to shop in . The discount are worthless if the customer service and the staff is rude, and unwilling to help customers.

Took item back for refund. Line was way long with only one register open. Manager seen it but kept walking with other employee til cashier called 2 times over speaker. For refund No receipt I was given a gift card. I called back after finding receipt hour later. I called back but said I couldn't take back card. What was the big deal?

Ollie's is great. The employees are kind and helpful. I usually already know what I need when I arrive, but there's plenty of attractive deals! The store is primarily always clean and it's a relaxing atmosphere.
