Today was the first time I ever took my dog Bear who is a Labradoodle to Jill's pet spa to get groomed. I was a little nervous because I know some places can really botch up a doodle breed. When I came to pick him up, I was extremely mind blown with how amazing he looked. He smelled wonderful, and the groomer was extra ordinary when it came to what I wanted done with my dog. I will 100% will be taking him back in six weeks to get groomed again.!!!!

Of course, you are going to worry about your little darling, but Jill’s staff are animal-lovers, & enjoy their jobs of loving your pets while you are away. I have several friends who are highly satisfied & recommended Jill’s to me. You will not be disappointed!💕

Jill's Pet Resort involves a detailed registration process and a meet and greet with your pet. I found this process beneficial in that it is a screening of pets to determine if they will have issues with staff or other pets. It's reassuring to know that Jill's is responsible for maintaining a safe atmosphere for your pets as well as their staff. I found all staff members that I engaged in conversation were very helpful and friendly. The facility is very clean and actually pleasant to view. My pet will be spending his first overnight soon.He came home today from his meet and greet in a good humor. 👍

Our Frasier absolutely loves the day play and swimming. He’s so happy to go, we can barely contain him. Grooming is top notch. If you have a squirmy little pooch, like we do, they take extra time to make sure they are done perfectly. We don’t worry about his safety either. I highly recommend this place.

My girl is older and has separation issues. She always does great at Jill's. I book her in the quiet suites. She enjoys the attention they give her and doesn't seem as stressed when I pick her up as she has with other facilities. I feel she is in good hands here.

Our Zoey was there for 8 days while we were on Vacation. She was in her on room and when we picked her up she was happy to see us! Everyone there was so nice the resort was clean and did not smell of animals when you entered the building!!! It is a beautiful place!!! Our first time using Jill’s Pet Resort we will use them again!!!

Excellent experience for us and our new puppy. You might want to consider having pictures of various styles of “cuts” for different dog breeds, instead of trying to describe. Especially useful for first-time cuts.

Took our dog in at 930am and it was 430pm before she was finally ready to go home. I have never had it take that long for a bath, nails and haircut. That's way too long for a dog to be crated waiting for haircut. She is a very small dog. We will never be going back there again.

Our first groomers visit for Milo & Basil was impressive. We been to several groomers and by far, definitely top 2! We lived in Germany and our groomer was the best but since we moved back stateside, we were unable to find a good groomers until now! Thank you for giving our dog the best haircut in the US

We highly recommend Jill's Pet Resort for doggie dayplay and boarding!! Our Bella played her heart out off and on for 2 weeks in dayplay with pool time and even stayed over night a few times in one of their spacious quiet suites! This was her first overnight stay away from us and she loved it! Their staff is beyond AMAZING!! Cameryn gave us a tour and even took pictures of Bella and all her sweet new friends playing in the pool!! If you have fur babies you can sleep peacefully knowing they are being cared for by Jill's Pet Resort! ❤️❤️ Thank you to Cameryn and all the great staff who loved on our Bella!😘

Unprofessional & horrible pet grooming experience!!! If my 7 LB. Furbaby had not eaten breakfast & drank water before going there she probably would not be alive after 5 hours caged & 1 hour for grooming!!!We went to pick her up after 5 hours & were told she just needed a bath & would be ready to go & that was a lie. Staff blamed being short one bather as the problem...a joke!!! Then told it would be half an hour as they had not trimmed her yet, which turned into 1 hour & if we had only known that she had not been even started on, we would have taken her home!!!!!!! I was an emotional wreck worried about her & am still struggling with the whole episode 😪 (in 10 years of grooming, I have never experienced ANYTHING such as this before)

Emily did a wonderful job grooming my mini Goldendoodle Tito Mojito. He looked amazing! After checking Tito in I inquired about pet training and Jack made time for me and provided a thorough consultation and answered all of my questions, he even gave me a few training tips. I look forward to working with him in the near future and can't wait to see the results.

I absolutely love Jill’s pet resort!! I have 2 rottweilers, that I have to board when I travel..The staff is awesome and my rotties are always super happy going in and when I pick them up😉 Its a wonderful place to board your pets❤️

I just moved back to New Bern, after being stationed in San Diego the past 2 1/2 years I was so excited to have my pup groomed at Jill's again! I couldn't find a place in San Diego that groomed my pup exactly the way I wanted. JILLS has been the only groomers who meet all my expectations! I have a little 4lb teacup poodle who is a senior and slowly going blind and has bad legs (joints) and Jill's accommodates her needs and gets her in and out quickly so she isn't stuck in a cage like most groomers I've been too who literally takes all day and leaves fogs in cages for long periods of time!I love Jill's and always recommend them to friends and family!

Jill’s is my go to place for planned and spur of the moment day play. Last time I made an appointment to have my dogs nails clipped and day play one day in advance. Made life easy knowing my dog is taken care of. Even when I haven’t been there for a few months the staff remembers my dog and greet here with joy.

Wonderful place to take your furbabies! I'm very picky about my two little ones and both of them where so taken care of. When I went to pick them up they were running back and forth from me to them, and that doesn't happen at pick up anywhere else!

From furry, disheveled small mop-dog to handsome stunner, Jill's Pet Resort worked some grooming magic on my Shih-tzu/Bichon mix, Charlie (kudos to groomer Juju!)! Outstanding experience, starting when I called to inquire about the process and cost and scheduling and culminating when I collected the little fellow. Every step of the process was easy, and the communication was superb. Thank you, he will return in about 2 months!

Today was our first visit to Jill’s Pet Resort. We were very impressed with the facilities, even more impressed with the staff. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very kind to us as we left our “baby” to test out their daycare. Well, he loved them, he really loves the dog park. Looks like we’ll be making trips up to New Bern on a regular basis. Their dog park is outstanding. RIP (Ripken), our 100 lb. German Shepherd let us know beyond doubts, he considers this his new happy place.

This place is a great place for your dog to stay when you need to go away. The play time offered is a great way to socialize your dog and give them a fun experience. The staff is excellent, experienced, and caring. Will be back when boarding is needed.👍🤗

My Dog loves it there n I love that her first visit they really took the time to get to know her. My Dog is a bit special needs, but there was no hesitation on their part. My Dog goes a couple of half days a week, but asks to go every day.
