DELI SLOW, SLOW, and SLOW..... Did I mention SLOW. They are understaffed (MAYBE).There is no presents of leadership. I get it sometimes, but not all the time. My wife was able to get a huge Starbucks order, go grocery shopping and still be done before I was even addressed. Mind you, there was only one person in front of me and he only asked for two orders less than 1/2 pound. Crazy, especially knowing how slow "STARBUCKS" is.

Want to give a little shout out to Carolina Colors HT (New Bern, NC) I ordered these online last week asked "for a happy birthday pick" expected a 2 cent plastic piece which would have been fine!Nope one of the bakery employees made this!They are red velvet with cream cheese icing only place I could find cupcakes instead of a whole cake. And they where $7.99 a dozen!!Our friend loved them!!!#HTforthewin

Best sales, fresh produce and meats, great deli, and clean. Easy checkout using the self checkout when in a hurry or small amount of items. Ordered ahead for pickup is easy and always on time. Employees always asking if I need help finding something or carry groceries to the car. Once grabbed some eggs and didn’t notice 2 were cracked, the cashier checked, page a staff to bring another carton quickly without me asking.

Recommend! Always enjoy a visit to Harris Teeter as they are clean, stocked, friendly and fast. This location is everything we love. From pulling into the lot you experience the cleanliness and well kept store and it all follows throughout the interior. Lots of parking available as well as many other small businesses on site. Recommend a visit to Harris Teeter for your grocery needs.

Really good quick lunch. Less money than the fast food places. The made to order subs are way better than subway and the ready to go hot pizza is good too. Pizza slices could have been warmer, but it was good. There is a nice area to sit down and eat as well.

Exceptionally good selection of many items...well stocked in all respects. One of the few stores that prepared for hurricane situation and had ample basic goods on hand. Very well designed building.

They have the best produce, meat and deli department. The produce Dept carry a large selection of fruits and vegetables. Deli carry boars head brand lunch meats , susi bar and pizza bar. The meat department is outstanding , they Carry quality fresh beef, pork , chicken, turkey, lamb, seafood, ETC. They cut to order also. They have a super large selection of beer and wines. The grocery department carry a super large selection of international foods and a long with many brand and store name items. Just a great place to shop. You have to check out the bakery it's awesome also:⁠-⁠) The staff are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable, you get what you pay for.

Options are very good, fresh produce has lots of good choices, we also got dairy options, snacks, wine and bakery goods very happy with selections. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hope helped us check out was friendly, professional, and did a very good job.

Outstanding supermarket!I had been to other Harris Teeters, but this one is the best one I've seen. Unusually clean. It's huge and packed with merchandise. Unfortunately it's very far from where I live (near a regional airport that I sometimes need to go) but every time I'll go to the area I'll shop there.

The greatest experience grocery shopping. I had amazing sushi from lunch with a glass of wine whilst shopping. This Harris Teeter is special.The staff are helpful and very pleasant. Can't wait to visit again.

Love this store! The veggies and fruits are beautiful! They are arranged beautifully, and are so tasty. Have to say, the bakery is my favorite place. They have the best almond/danish coffee cake, i always buy at least two. The seafood and meat are spectacular, as is the rest of the store.

I have always loved entering these stores. This store are set up very nicely for the customers. The deli and produce department are always my first place to visit. They have self checkout that are supervised by Harris Teeter employees. If I ever want organic foods this will be the first place I will go. Thank you

Love this Harris Teeter. They have awesome fresh made chicken salad. We stopped for some but they were out. Gary made us a fresh batch while we waited. It tasted wonderful. Gary is always there to help and he has a wonderful personality.

I enjoy shopping their and we ate there as well. Me and my daughter. Though at first they didn't greet me and my daughter but after approaching this one lady she took very good care of us by warming our food. We were at the sushi bar.

Very convienent for those of us in Carolina Colours. Well stocked and we like the gas points too. My only request would be that they upgrade their app to be like Publix or Lowes where you can put in the item you are looking for and it will tell you what aisle it is in and if it is in stock.

I have lived in the area for years and never even walked in the doors. We have fallen in love with the deli department sandwiches. Cheaper and way better than even subway. The meats ate cut in front of you and they make it however you want it. They are always friendly. The produce is amazing and offers everything and anything you can imagine.

Very nice establishment, clean fresh shiny inside, even for the nose part affordable. 😀 I love the sushi 🍣 fire tower and Charles location, Chinese or Asian man makes the sushi there 😋. Fresh RAW foods organic products. Starbucks inside another 😋

Huge selection, but surprisingly the hot food (what you would grab for a quick on-site meal or even their sandwiches for that matter) does not taste as good as Walmart (no idea how that is possible consideringWalmart is cheaper). Just stick to the grocery shopping and you'll be fine.

The prices here seem very inflated compared to other grocery stores. They have their member discounts but that didn’t seem to make up what in used to paying elsewhere. Store itself is nice and clean.

Very courteous and professional. It would be nice if people would stop parking in the fire lane to wait for people, you have to drive around which makes it dangerous for those walking out.

This store is fantastic! Friendly, helpful staff that make an effort to get to know you. Parking lot is spacious. Inside is clean. Produce is top notch. Great selection of "hard to find" unusual items, but still has all the essentials, too.So glad to have this store close to me! The ONLY negative thing I can say is that I wish it was 24 hours... ;)

Store was great. Staff was friendly. But Amy in the Pharmacy was outstanding. She did our COVID Vaccines & she did them amazing. Didn't hurt at all. She is the best person I've ever had administer a vaccine in my arm & me not jerk & tense up my arm.
