I like the fact I can get in and out quickly, unlike at Walmart Express. At Food Lion, they bag your groceries and are very polite.

Super Customer Service!! First time at FL on Glenburnie Rd. Had a cart overflowing. Only Self check open. My heart sank. I asked David, who was working self checkout, if there were any cashiers available. He went away, came back and said I can check u out. David had me checked quickly and was so pleasant and truely seemed to like his job😃 Thank you David,

I always shop at my local Food Lion for all of my grocery needs. The customer service is always excellent! The new layout was a bit confusing at first but I actually really like the new flow of products. They have a great selection of fresh produce!

If you're used to shopping at discount stores like Wal-Mart, you may find the store to be a little expensive when it comes to some things like pet food, paper products, etc. However, they have excellent produce and meat. Best to try to buy things on sale or with an MVP card to get the best value. Also, if you add coupons to sale prices you can really save a lot! The pickup and delivery service is fantastic! The staff is helpful and overall I really like the store!

This store is pretty good. I've never shopped here, and shopping at new places makes me really nervous. (I have pretty bad social anxiety). The staff is kind, the store is small but well kept and has everything you need. I love small grocery stores because you aren't walking miles to get your food. Some of the produce was turning so you have to be careful what you pick. And I went through about 5 cartons of eggs before I found a carton with eggs that weren't cracked (went home and the cracked eggs were just hiding from me anyways). But a small price to pay for the convince of how close this store is to me.

This store never really have a manager on deck. I don’t even know how this store is still functioning. I witness a young girl on aisle 4 who worked there look like something was wrong. Tried to go around her but she couldn’t move. I was able to capture her name which said Lyric as she was standing there shaking and rocking . I knew there was something wrong. Tried finding her help but no manager was no where to be found. How can any manager know what’s going on when they stay missing or in the office and never running their store. This store could really use managers who seem concerned and managers that help put in the work when they see it’s busy to make sure every customer is pleased. I really hope this store make some changes in a good way to where it makes me as a customer happy to shop there and feel welcome and not have to worry that we will have a bad experience.

Food lion has changed its look, now has many self check in place, looking like a miniature fancy market as well. Many items are much higher than a Walmart, but you do have the convenience of a much smaller store

Good prices. Lots of bogo offers and MVP card member savings. I'm glad they added self check-out stations. It's also easier to get in and out compared to some of your larger grocery stores.

Very clean, well stocked and organized store. Staff is polite and the few times I’ve been had enough cashier to cut down wait times. The only reason I give four out of five stars is the parking lot entrances are not easy getting in or out off, especially if having to turn left into or out of. Patience is definitely needed.

Easy access and convenient shopping at this location. Fair prices, but not low prices. They used to advertise extra low prices, but that isn't true anymore. I stopped by on my way to work at 10:30 p.m. , which is rather convenient. Be prepared to checkout in the self checkout lane, just like Walmart.

I shop here for convenience only.Cashier was texting and scrolling on her phone at the register, as I waited for her to punch the necessary button for my card to go through, twice.Blue bags are for cold food, tan for shelf-stable.Fruit and cans do not go into the same bag, nor do frozen vegetables and boxes.If the cashiers do not want to be there, then....

Clean store. Associates are helpful and attentive if you ask about something. Fairly easy to find everything I'm looking for. Parking is accessible and it's easy to get in and of the store and parking lot, unlike the big box stores. It's a regular stop on a week to week basis. I'll keep going back.

I found everything I was looking for on my visit to this store. Very well stocked. Produce department stocked with fresh fruits and vegetables. There is always a Food Lion employee there inspecting the produce making sure this department look very presentable for the customers to shop.

They had three people outside sitting and talking. Numerous of other associates inside. No one acknowledged me waiting at customer service. Several looked me directly in the face and didn't offer assistance. I was treated very poorly and will not return here.

I visit the store often. It's very clean and neat. Staff very kind and professional. Ask any staff where something is and they easily help you. I feel this is the best store in town to purchase your groceries.

Over the past 3-4 months I wonder where customer service has gone. These young people that work as cashiers need to know how to greet customers, tell them the amount of their purchase and say have a good day. It's ridiculous not to interact with us at all. Some of the older ones could do better as well! It does not matter what kind of day you have had, customer service should be the same everytime. You don't know what kind of day the customer has had. It might be a good idea to let your workers observe Chick Fila or Zaxby's,quality experience every time.

Friendly staff and ample parking but doesn't have a selection of food and spirits like several others in the area. Fine for daily general use but it you want a little more.... The traffic pattern used in getting out is a bit hectic, too, with two major snags.

Mostly it's a good store. But today I was charged for 2 little watermelons and I only got one. I didn't realize it til I got home. This is why I prefer self- checkouts.

I went in and bought groceries for myself and a friend. I asked to have certain items bagged separately for that friend, but the cashier bagged our meats together. When I asked for another bag, she gave me the dirtiest look. Poor customer service on her part. Unfortunately, I didn't notice her name.

Very good store, friendly people for the most part. However, on more than one occasion, I've had to bag and put my groceries in the cart. Thankfully, this time, I wasn't toting my 4 month old on my hip while doing so. I don't mind bagging my own groceries when they're shorthanded and in need of help. However, when there is a young man, tall and blonde ponytail, who on multiple occasions has stood there and watched or played with a piece of plastic as he did today, seeing that they were shorthanded and was of no help whatsoever. It's quite irritating.
