The Food Lion in Bridgeton is my grocery store. I'm there nearly every day. All the workers from the top down are friendly, helpful, professional, and courteous at every turn. It's way more than my Wingstop! I like those folks a whole lot!

This is a decent Food Lion. I recently moved into the area and had a good first impression. However, lately I have noticed a drop in service. For example, you could never find anyone behind the counter in the deli section, but you can hear people laughing and having a great time. Also one of the cashiers expressed that she was unhappy there and had no problem talking about it. Although, there are signs of problems there it is still not a bad store. But frankly if there was anything around that was accessible, I would probably take a look at that.

Pleased to find that they take Google Pay. Just came in handy. The essential New Bern small supermarket. But not good for everything. Some prices are just too high, as for, example, Seltzer!

Wow... the wing bar is so dry and the staff is fighting behind the deli bar... "do not disturb" and just accept the dry "hot deli"

The Food Lion near Fairfield Harbor is only fair at best. Quite pricey...even in today inflationary times. WATCH CAREFULLY, most of the specials advertised in the store, very seldom match what you'll pay at checkout. You can't help but think this is preplanned, how hard is it to enter a special spacial in the system?I use this store as a last resort.

Thank you to the Manager that was on morning duty on July 11th. He was incredible, I had a large load of groceries for a month long sail, and he opened up another register! Got through in record time, and this Food Lion has a really good selection of products!

Decent location and basically the only option for a grocery store in the local vicinity. Half of the parking lot is being resurfaced so parking can be tight at busy times. Typical Food Lion grocery chain location.

Food lion has great products @ low prices. Their meat department has fresh meats, and when they get close to expiration will reduce the price. I often buy the reduced meats and freeze them for later use. I just bought these packages of "Nature's Promise" brand thin sliced chicken breast. See price in photo below. If I could Food Lion would get SIX STARS

It is a fairly priced grocery store, but rather restricted brands and sizes. Definitely nothing other than food items. Clean with friendly staff. Will continue to use.

I did a catering order for my daughters 3rd birthday today. The food was amazing I have never done a catering order from here. But I am glad I did the food was good and inexpensive. Definitely recommend them. Everyone kept asking where I got the food from the mini chicken sandwiches were everyone favorite, the fruit platter was delicious and the regular sandwiches were amazing the bread they were on was so good. Very impressed

Dropped in to purchase so bottled water. I was able to find the brand of water I needed. The cashier did ring up my purchase, handed my receipt to me and I exited the store. Great customer service from this location.

Usually have a lot of everyday things on sale as well as a good selection of MVP items. This trip though they were out of some items that were on sale and offered no rain checks. There were quite a few empty spots on the shelves as well. That didn't include the paper products either. Over all though the bathrooms are ALWAYS clean the staff is always helpful and friendly. The Bridgeton Food Lion is one of my favorite grocery stores to shop at. Just need to fill those empty spots. One other thing I heard was that most of the meat they sell is shipped in from overseas. I find this disturbing. I'm pretty sure we've got enough hogs and cattle here to supply the population. If it's all about the price well then my question becomes how can meat shipped from overseas possibly be cheaper & if it is what corners are being cut to make that possible? I mean I don't see where ANYTHING is getting cheaper & the mentality of getting it as cheap as possible and selling it for as much as possible is killing our county and pushing folks who struggle everyday with having what they need is just going to make things worse.

The store has a pretty limited selection, but decent enough if you want to make something special. Their seafood selection is not very good. All frozen seafood from what we could find during our visit. Always clean, well-lit, and the employees are helpful, if you need to find an item. The produce section is nice.

This Foodlion is excellent. Its very clean. Shelfs are stocked. Very peaceful store. No clutter in aisles. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They appreciate their customers. For safety of all, masks are required. They even have a security camera in lot to protect your car. If you want a relaxing uncrowded store. Please go to this food lion.

The prices are good on sales. My only complaint is that they're having everyone still go in one entrance and out the other for people with difficulty walking and or those of us waiting for hip replacement it makes going there to shop more difficult. The same holds true on having one ways up and down the aisles. I feel as if people are required to wear the masks is enough to keep individuals from transmitting the covid-19 to others and the extra caution is likely costing them sales. I know in my case it is due to hip pain.

Staff is always professional and courteous. I always seem to end up confusing a cashier or getting the "wrong" item when using coupons etc. and they handle it very professionally without getting upset and help me find the right product. Lines are almost always short and if they are not, they will open another register. If I cannot find something, they will help me look for it. Overall great service!
