We ordered chaffers and Mikasa glass bowls. The chaffers were beautiful and clean. The bowls were still in the box like new. We returned everything just as we received them. I think the rental prices are really good. I will continue to use them for all my catering needs. By the way this is the third time I've used them.

Rented a roofing nail gun. Got home and opened it to put my nails in and there was a nail jammed in the barrel backward. Took it back the next day and requested a refund for obvious reasons. I was told that because I didn’t call the emergency number when I found it they couldn’t refund me. I was never instructed that this was an option or requirement. No hard feelings, just not a good way to do business.

Horrible Customer Service. I will not rent from here again. Dennis is slow and never wants to do more than expected. If you ask to much of him he will huff and puff. It felt like there was no management running the place. Renting equipment is also more difficult now because of a lot of "New Policies". Save yourself the hassle and rent from Carolina Tool or Rices Rent land. These places are a walk in the park to rent from compared to here.
