Very efficient set up to the parking lot and the store itself. Extremely sensible cart system. No carts littering the parking lot. Not a lot of wasted space inside of the store. Ample store brands available. Competitive prices.They also have the isle of deals that some of us know as the "isle of shame" that has amazing deals on things I totally don't actually need, but definitely need.

Best prices around and they have an excellent assortment of produce, meat, bakery and dairy options! Lots of options that generally choose healthy ingredients and avoid foods with things like Red 40, and other additives. Make shopping less stressful.

If you like,fresh delicious foods,with plenty of vitamins,in order to work out energetically, you need to go to Aldi's.( 25 cents for Kart & purchase Aldi's bags) Many people also love the quality, variety & nice prices. Regarding the prices,as you must know, are going up,but still affordable. Aldi's has excellent meats for barbeques,I love the Lamb Chops ! Pork Ribs, Salmon & Duck,are also on the barbecue menu; in my house.Our family usually go to the one in New Bern,or Greenville NC/Friends, let us all keep our families healthy, & enjoy life...

I really love this place! 😀 I'm always able to restock on fresh veggies and fruits and get really great deals on wine. There's always some exclusive snack, salad dressing, or home accessory that I won't find anywhere else for an amazing price. Go down every aisle! I insist! The cashiers are normally friendly, the ones stocking shelves not so much on the courtesy level but tolerable. The morning is the best time that I've found to catch the daily deals and cleanliness because if you go too late, the floors are sticky with smashed fruit that's been spread throughout the store by cart wheels. Going in to browse is well worth it because you will find something special to buy. It's a $.25 cart release that you'll get back after shopping and you need to bring your own reusable bags.

While the store was well stocked and groceries priced reasonably, the cashier we had was the worst. (Kori) was the worst we've ever encountered at any Aldi's store. She was condescending and threw our groceries into the cart with an apparently bad attitude. She actually threw solid items onto softer grocerie. Afraid to say to much as she was very unfriendly and didn't care about customer service.

Kori needs to be re trained or sent to rehab…Absolutely disgusting customer service. Every time we are in this location she is prevents you from actually shopping and makes you really concerned about knowing the closest exits.

Love aldis. Bring a quarter for a cart. Don't miss the cheese, chocolate, or wine. If u see something you think you may want, get it. Might not be there next week. Best prices in town on everything. Staff wonderful.

2 employees talking while i waited to ask a question. Male walks away, female continues to load up the wine. I said "excuse me" 2 times and she NEVER looked up or acknowledged me. Only one cashier with 15 people waiting on her. AWFUL SERVICE.

I really like the location of the store. It's very easy to get in and get out. It's not so gigantic and crowded with products that you get lost or can't find what you want. The prices are in line with Wal-Mart and sometimes less than Wal-Mart.They have very good quality brands that are affordable and comparable to so-called name brands. I save money and time and that's why I shop there.

I started shopping at Aldis because my grocery bill had become out of control. In 2017 I begin to see an increase in my grocery bill for the same items purchased. The famous I was using contacted me and ask me to provide feedback. I did, it was not good. They called and said they would make changes but did not. In 2018 my same items had more than tripled and I informed the company through their survey that I would no longer shop at there store because of greed and pricing. So I went to Aldis. I was in awe, the same number of item were more than half the price off. I mostly buy organic. I could not believe I had given myself a raise. Later that day I saw a Senator Katie Porter interview some corporate head and wanted to know about food cause. Little was sent on salaries, a little more spent on insurance, more was spent on maintaining building and a profit to investors was over 500 million. One CEO said they knew people would blame the current president so they increased pricing and made the packaging smaller. It is my money and I need to use it wisely. So I continue to shop Aldis plus the products are delicious.

Today I was very frustrated at the New Bern Store Audie’s checkout. I got in line behind three people. First two had carts full and the ladies in front of me had two items and I had two items. They soon put their stuff back and left the store while the people with mass groceries were continuing to check out. Normally there is just one register open. I realize that having shopped there before. I’ll stick it out cause I have to have these cookies today. Cart in front of me was full and overflowing. As the one register backed up the girl at register hollered register 4 will be opening. Boys at back of line hurried over to newly open register as did the people next to them. They checked out as I continued to wait. Lady behind me moved over and asked if I wanted to get in front of her. I said it’s okay I’m leaving, this cookie deal doesn’t matter as much as courtesy. I just don’t understand why the girl at cash register did not look at me and say lane 4 will be opening, you can move over there. Audie’s had become my favorite place to shop but I will be a long time returning.They lost two customers today by not being courteous. I will not go back any time soon. Such a shame cause I do like their items and prices but how you treat people is most important. I kept thinking girl at register might acknowledge me. She looked all around me as I scooted closer to check out. Turned out paying was an issue with the girls and they also were paying separately. I left my two items on belt and walked out. I’m sure I stood in line 5 to 8 min. She did notice when the boys leaving set off the buzzer at the door but that was also not followed up on.

I love the place and shop there every week. Four stars because once, after I ran my card, one of the employees started screaming across the store about how my family were trying to leave without paying. After I pointed out that I had paid, she realized she forgot to push the button on her end and then, instead of apologizing, she told me it was my fault because I didn't tell her I had already paid.

Not bad place. Rib-eye steaks are very good (probably the most tender I have ever gotten from a grocery store) but you have to hunt for the ones not full of fat. Limited selection of items as it is a smaller version of the brand. Some staff could be more customer oriented.

The best Fruit and Vegetables in New Bern NC. The meats looked fresh and so far it has been a great experience. I will be going back when I can take my time. Oh, did I forget, the best prices in town too. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cheaper prices. Okay selection of items. Staff always friendly and professional. Plenty of parking. I would prefer ALDI to Walmart any time...01 Feb 23Went this morning and found a gentleman "wrestling" with the carts. I offered to help and low and behold three carts were jammed. We spent a few minutes on a plan (and wrestled more with the carts/baskets) and decided to pay ahead and remove the three baskets to free up all of the rest of them. I pushed the 3 carts to an empty spot and turned around and an ALDI person was standing at the carts. The gentleman and I explained what was happening with the "stuck" baskets. She gave us a refund of our quarters we spent. She then got the 3 broken baskets and proceeded to put them in "use" again without fixing the problem! So, the three stuck baskets/carts were in line again for others to wrestle with trying to separate them! It was crowded. Didn't appreciate not being listened too by the young ALDI staffer. I can fight crowds and be ignored by staff from Food Lion or Walmart!

Aldi saves money by only having one cashier at all times. The brand new light only allows 4 cars at a time, so the traffic jam is ridiculous. It’s not worth coming here.

The store is nice and the products and prices are great! But the people they hire are not friendly at all! I've been in this store several times and every time I try my best to get a cashier that at least acts like they like the job they chose to do. No one is forcing you to work there. If you aren't happy with your job, find somewhere else to work.

I had 1 item (along with others behind me (about 6)). The customer in front of me had a cart full. There was 1 cashier!! This is not the first time. (I hope my pizza isn't thawed out). I will not go back again!!

This store is nice. They have a great selection of good quality products. The store is clean, well stocked, and easy to navigate. The staff is friendly, and quick to call a backup cashier when the checkout line gets backed up. I frequent this location. Check it out. You won't be disappointed!
