For the record I don’t like Walmart… it’s just a necessary life thing sometimes, but THIS one I was pleasantly surprised with. The music in the parking lot and greeter who was genuinely happy to see people at the front gave good vibes from the start. Can they all be this warm-hearted, clean, and organized? 🙏

Okay, so for whatever reason the pharmacy closed completely down. I tried to call for about a half an hour before a clearly angry pharmacist picked up the phone and said they weren't opening at all. The only reason she would give me is "she" was having a family emergency, referring to an unnamed third party. So I guess unless "she" is there the rest of the pharmacists can't hand people bags with their meds in them.

This is one of the worst Walmarts I've ever been to. It starts at the top with a store manager with a terrible attitude & filters down to the rest of the employees in the store. This store needs a complete overhaul from the highest position all the way down. There are a few rare employees who are good but mostly it needs a clean sweep & start all over. They rarely open the doors at 6 & the store manager rolls in whenever she wants to. Since she's the example, it's no wonder that the rest of the store is terrible.

They steal your money and want let you have your merchandise because their register will not print out a receipt. I posted it all over Facebook. Manager is Very Rude!!!!! My bank told them they had the funds already. The manager called the lady at my bank a lie....

Went to Walmart this evening for some school supplies, ended up buying a little bit more. My kids wanted a waffle maker and decided to get one since Walmart usually has reasonable prices. Grabbed a waffle maker, did not pay much attention to the tag it just said MS Waffle Maker. Checked out and realize the waffle maker cost almost 20 dollars more than priced. Went to customer service; the worker there checked and came back with a video of the shelf saying it's in the wrong place and it's actually the price I paid. I told her okay well since it's not just one( like another customer placed it by mistake) it's a shelf full, will you honor the price? She told me no, you need to get a refund. I called Walmart customer service after I bought the second waffle maker and asked what the policy was or how they should handle the situation. The representative told me to go back into the store and ask for the store manager to assist me because they should give it to me for that price since it was not my fault they stocked it incorrectly. She stayed on the phone with me and attempted to get the manager she had no luck and I had not luck. The front end manager came to explain that he doesn't see a problem because the tag says something else. I understand where he was coming from, I work for one of Walmart's competitors. I did not read the tag and match the UPC (like I usually do) since I was in a hurry to get home and cook dinner. The customer service manager came out the back with an attitude. He was abrupt. Also very irritated that I wanted them to honor what was priced and stocked. He said items get stocked incorrectly all the time and they tag says something different so that's it. He walked away and turned his back on me as I was trying to speak with him and the customer service representative was still on the phone! I was actually surprised, no company is perfect and there are always some opportunities to work out but to blatantly turn away from a to be openly rude, is a sign it's time to retire from retail. No customer should feel embarrassed for asking for customer service, especially a customer that was very calm, polite and understanding. I would never give my fellow retail workers a hard time as I am a customer service manager myself. All on all, thuis was a good experience that reminded me why we stand on excellent customer service at my job. I want my customers to come back to see me and know I'll take care of them, especially if it's our fault.

First time at this location (I travel for work).Front grocery doors weren't open, even after employee looked at me and I knocked on door he just turned around, I had to walk down to other set of doors 15 min after open time. Cashier slow, upset. And manager was walking around bakery/produce while whole store had multiple boxes and items in aisles. Could Front door was blocked by items.

Did pick up . Brought order and it was 2 bags instead of 4. I called and another guy came out and looked at my order and went back in and came out with wrong size bag went back in and came back with 2 extra bags because they were out of size I ordered. Always check your order.

They never open on time. Only have one register (10) and the man at that check out will take forever cleaning his whole register area that he’s not behind the register until about 15-20 mins after 6am if they are actually opened. A quick run is not an option first thing in the morning. I let myself in thru the double doors bc it was 6:05am and I had to be at work. I grabbed what I needed and made my way to register 10( the only register open), there were three employees standing there chatting. They werent letting people in yet Supposively (now 6:15) and when they saw me, the man asked me how I got in bc they were bot opened yet. I was then taken to self check out bc register 10 wasnt ready and neither was the staff. Its very unprofessional to not have an organized schedule as stated at the entrance.

Management attitude affects the entire store....It affects not only the employees, as management is an EXAMPLE, to all those that work for them... But management's attitude also affects customer experience. When you treat the customer as if they are a bother, or that they don't matter, or that you're "doing them a favor", by attending to them, you can AND do lose loyal, kind, customers, and only retain the ones that have the same attitude as you. Want a better customer base?...Manage with manners and treat customers like they matter.*As a side note... "doing customers a favor" ISN'T giving them the ADVERTISED price... That's just good business.*For future reference, honoring the ADVERTISED PRICE, is accepting that YOU made a mistake... You immediately go and change the price AFTER honoring it... The customer isn't at fault for poor management.

Called this morning to see if an item was *actually* in stock while I sat at the Walmart in Zebulon looking at an empty shelf for the item that said in stock. Called this Walmart to see if they actually had it in stock. Rang for 6 minutes before I hung up, so I put in an online order at 11:45AM for the item. Said it would be ready by today at 8PM. 8 came and went so I called at 8:15. Lady at customer service said they were closed and said OK cool but my order was supposed to be ready today. So she continued to speak over me explaining how the ordering process works (thanks done it many many times!) but I told her it was supposed to be ready today. She again spoke over to say they’re really busy (in Nashville, NC yeah okay). Terrible customer service overall. I’ve always hated this one because everyone is so slow and nothing is ever in stock, so this interaction just makes me hate it even more.Update from the next day: they did actually have the item and it told me my order was ready at 10AM. I checked in via app while walking in and 10 minutes later nobody had shown. Because I’m petty, I went and bought my item and cancelled the online pickup order. In the process I was reminded again why I hate this Walmart with a passion. Half of my groceries weren’t in stock. Pabst beer and hazelnut creamer? Seriously? These aren’t some crazy item that are taken immediately after being stocked up. See y’all in Zebulon.Bonus picture! They said to start the timer to see how quick they are. There was no timer which indicates they’re at least aware of how badly they suck.

Deli dept could use some customer service skills. I was initially ignored, waited on after some time and then dismissed without a "you're welcome" to my "thank you". I never received a"thank you" either. It made me wonder if the woman was mute and deaf. Rude at best

I've had this grill for 2 years now and it's worked pretty good. The first one I got was damaged by Walmart and I had to take it back but it cooks food so fast. If you have 30 minutes per pound and you're supposed to smoke a brisket for 6 hours, it'll cook it in three. I just did a heat test on my grill and I have found out that there is no commonplace in the grill for a steady heat. It ranges from 186 on the right side to 275 on the left and I had the thermostat set at 200°. Not a very good grill for somebody who is learning how to use a pellet grill. Not recommended.

This store is actually the cleanest store I’ve seen. Everything’s in place, someone is always willing to help, and shopping is usually a breeze. Management here is the only problem, from attitudes to getting loud that’s pretty much it.

they hired incompetent old women in the electronics department. high tech consultant mentally ill person besides. no service , no advice about high techn. only problems. the manager is also incompetent. she lies and protects inadequate employees. She didn't close the problem, but increased that problem for the buyer. I came back twice. I didn't get good service. In the end, I bought everything in another store without any problems ... This Walmart doesn't like the customer.

It's Walmart: too much cheap stuff, crowded much of the time, staff is generally clueless about location of items or stocking, and they don't typically sponsor any local community events. If you hate small-town America and want to support corporate billionaires, then by all means you should shop here. Otherwise, you can get everything you need from the local businesses in M/M.
