I was amazed at how professional everyone was and everything looked! Been going here for years and and gotten away because of quality of pet care ,but thumbs-up! This place is as professional as it gets! My Bleau and Bella will be back ! Thanks girls! Good management!

Dixie loves going to doggie daycare! She knows on the way in the car that we are heading there. She loves her doggie friends and the staff!

We left our dog there for a week of boarding. Check in went very smoothly although the info process up front was wonky.Check out no so much. Our dog was severally overheated and dehydrated. It was a Sunday pickup and I'd bet my own money the staff member on duty did not get there until 5 minutes before pick up when they should have been there all day keeping an eye on things. I suggest indoor camera video to monitor the employees.A conversation Monday morning was useless.Never again.

This was my second time taking my baby their and I gave them a good view cause I liked their service, except my baby come back home and have to be retrained again both times. He was just there this past weekend. He usually let us know when he needs to go out, but this is the second time our baby came home with a loose bile and not let us know when he needs to go out. I don't know if their not taking the dogs out or what, but my baby is doing his business in his bed, on the floor and not letting us know he needs to go out and I know he's trained. Please check your peoples and see if their doing their jobs, cause this situation shouldn't be happening and he's trained. He's been doing what's in the picture for two days now, it's crazy when my baby were trained. You are really nice peoples and like to continue to use your services. Thank you

Nice people. Very clean. My dog got a bath, nails done & teeth brushed. They got his record from his vet about vaccines being up to date. He got clean & I was 😁. Thank you!

This place is awesome! Just picked up from Thanksgiving boarding My baby was so happy to see me but didn’t want to leave he really bonded with the girls that looked after him. He also got groomed before our pick up date. Krystal the groomer there did a awesome job the best it’s ever been! She did exactly what I wanted. I will recommend this place to all my friends and family!

All that was good that came out of this place was that my dog came back in one piece. Our dog had just been sent off for 3 weeks and professionally trained. I am not sure what they did but this dog is worse than before we had her trained. She is so wild and not obeying any commands like before we left her. Jumping all over my kids and me. I will never be using this place again. The people were super nice but I spent $500 on training for nothing.

I left my dog to get groomed. I called back to check on her, I was told she was fine and that someone would call when she was ready. After a few hours I called back and a voicemail came on. I left to get her so I would be there when they called. The parking lot was empty no one was there they closed earlier than the time on the door. No one called me and my dog is still there in the dark! I have to wait until tomorrow to see if my dog is ok. This was our second and last visit!!!!

This was the first and only time we will board our dog here. The website looks extremely professional but when you walk in the door it’s a completely different experience. The entrance area is extremely cluttered. Papers, folders, random items everywhere. A middle aged lady came out from a side office as we were walking inside. She had ZERO personality. She didn’t speak or acknowledge us. Thankfully, the nice young lady who we made the reservation with was working when we got there, otherwise we would have left. I asked about scheduling a bath before pickup and the older lady seemed kind of annoyed by the fact that I even asked. She didn’t really respond just sort of chuckled under her breath while she clicked away on the computer. Anywho, long story short the website does not accurately represent this facility, I did not feel at ease about leaving my pet here and customer service is lacking. I get the vibe that this used to be a really nice place but has gone downhill over the years. WagsEast will be a no for us in the future.

They're very friendly and love my boy Whiskey! I know he has fun there and has a great play time! However, I've has an issue with him getting fed...which really upsets me.

Quoted one price per night, then I was charged added fees because the dogs weren't picked up before 1pm however the hours were 430pm to 530 for pick ups.....I wasn't able to pick up my dogs. If they want to charge additional rates for the weekend thats what they should advertise. I was told I was notified of the fees when I signed papers....I NEVER signed any papers at drop off. They do not seem well organized or knowledgeable.

Was not impressed by any means. I ask for things to be done that should have been done anyway like nails done an ears done but they were not. His haircut was so bad that my dog was embarrassed to go outside. I Do not recommend this place to anyone that has a doodle as I don't think they know what they are doing with them

I took my baby there for the first time and I am so impressed! The staff were so sweet to me and they took her in as their own. She looked AMAZING!

Not real sure about this place. Staff is very disengaged when you drop off/pick up. No eye contact, no apparent interest in your dog. Our dog, who never goes to the bathroom inside, has had accidents after her visit here and the staff reports that she has gone in her cage during her stay. Holy smokes - let the dog out to use the bathroom! This crowd has some work to do….

Wags East Resort did an awesome job bringing out the hidden cute in our furry baby PooPoo. He was clean and well-groomed when we picked him up. His eyes were uncovered and his hair was clipped. He will return!

My puppy Cassie, a Golden Doodle, is loving her days at Wags East. They take excellent care of her and she loves playing with the other dogs. I highly recommend Wags East ❤️

I love Wags East, I always take my Great Pyrenees Poe there for boarding and he seems to always enjoy it. Staff always remembers him and it makes me feel comforted that he gets attention while we are on vacation.

Customer service was piss poor! I called today to check if they got my papers because no one called me like they said they would. I called at 5:45pm asked if they got my papers from our vet and was then put in hold for 20 minutes, I hung up and tried calling again. The phone just kept ringing. I couldn't even leave a message because the was no answering machine. Now because we can't get our dog boarded I have to make arrangements for our trip out of state.

Asked a question because I've never boarded my dog before. They laughed at me. Luckily I just walked out. Guarantee 30 years ago if someone embarrassed me it would have been ugly. Found my answers about required shots sbut, not there. Recommend: go somewhere else! I wouldn't trust anyone there to take care of a street rat yet alone a dog after the way they responded to me. Basically they laughed at me due to fact I can't hear well and they found my disability funny. (I did however pray for them that evening.)

Worthless they had all week to call me to let me know my pet needed a shot but they wait less than 24 hours before I am to leave town to call me and tell me he has to have had shot for a week before he can come. SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
