Always a great place to get gas. Prices are lower and competitive to the market. Best of all, pumps are available and accessible. Stations have drive-through pickup and a car wash. While foot traffic is high the associates are friendly and welcoming in showing their appreciation for your visit. This stopover was in Nashville, just outside of Rocky Mount, NC off of Hwy 64, soon to be Hwy 87. Okay...let me Wish Everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Reach out to anyone who feel like they are suffocating or that no one cares and get them into some care. Let them know how much you love them and give them a hug. Life is short, but showing someone you care is Awesome! Be kind and again Merry Christmas!

Easy and fast, gas prices were great..the only complaint was the cleanliness..the floors were sticky pretty much every where I walked..and the area with the to go sodas were not to appealing..the service was fast, cashier friendly..

On several occasions I have had to deal with the manager Tonja, this time did me in. She is very unprofessional in her dealings, from standing outside smoking with vendors, talking bad about her job to how she speaks to customers when they have a question, she's bad for your brand. Once again, I took my business elsewhere. I wonder how many sales you will forfeit before you give this employee some coaching on customer service. She is unkind to the other employees and gives your business away to your competitors, with pride. Just sad and you pay her to do it.

This is the SLOWEST place ever if you decide to do ANYTHING drive through. Every time I come here it takes more than 30 minutes to get what I ordered. And most times it's not even food. I don't always feel like going inside. But I guess I'm going to have to. I can get what I want and use self check out for faster service. Geez!

Edit February 28,2023: Thank you for addressing my concerns. The most recent 2 interactions with Crystal have actually been pleasant ones. She smiled, was quite friendly, and made a clear effort to be more customer service oriented. The change is much appreciated and as promised, have updated my rating from 4 to 5 stars. Keep up the good work! ❤️I actually love this location.......However....ONE EMPLOYEE is keeping you from getting a 5* rating from me. Her name is Crystal. If you see the tall thin blonde with a pony tail, you'll get better service using the self checkout. Every time, and I mean each and every time, this employee has a resting b**** face. Never smiles. Horrible customer service skills. A gnat is more agreeable than Crystal is. I am a loyal regular customer who is always respectful and understanding that some people have a bad day. But, after 3+ months of interactions this one employee just is the worst! Here on out, I am refusing to interact with this one.The managers are super sweet and helpful; always ready to help if an order isn't quite right. Some employees even greet me by name smiling and happy to see me back in the store. I will visit this store again and again, but I had to express my disdain for Crystal.

Bad manager and bad staff , they assumed a young lady was intoxicated (which she was not) with no proof. She was in the drive thru, ordering her food and they called the police saying "she was intoxicated" as a cop I know you have to have extensive training to be able to LEGALLY determine someone is intoxicated. So how did this person assume she was intoxicated without the proper signs and training? Why was she handcuffed and searched this was extremely ILLEGAL and the manager was very nonchalant when the situation was brought to their attention.

Since the best manager Jason left, that place has gotten bad. If you go in at late night you will be waiting for a long time. No help at night. Cashiers running back n forth when cleaning the floor and running register. Where's the help at nighttime?

It took over ten minutes to have my drink order done, I ordered it at 7:23 am and didn't get out of the store until around 7:40. The poor batista was scrambling as the drive through was backed up and there were a few people waiting inside. They shouldn't have had only one person at the drink station for the morning rush. The drink was good and the gas is cheap but for the amount of time it took and for the stress on that poor employee is the reason for this low review.

When ever you go their they never have wind shield cleaning fluid available at the pumps. Other locations do. And the trash is always spilling out of the trash bins at the pumps. The other locations do not have this problem. The manager said they don't have a person to do this, my thing is couldn't she assign someone to do this, or she can do it. Makes the place look really bad. Sadly this is normal for this place.

Stop here on a weekly basis. As others have stated, the windshield cleaning stations are usually empty & trash cans are overflowing at the pumps.The staff working the drive-thru are friendly & get 4-5 stars in my book. The only complaint I have is whoever put the lid on my coffee cup today was wearing entirely too much perfume; kinda ruined my coffee.

Horrible self check out wasn't working said excuse me twice to the old lady working she kept walking so i got louder and she comes out was that nessasary yes ma'am it sure as hell was cause I know you heard me saying excuse me when you walked away and kept walking when I said it louder a second time. Just straight up ignored me. Won't be coming back during her shifts.

I couldn't believe just how CLEAN this Sheetz store was in Nashville Nc yesterday when I stopped in compared to the other stores I have been to ..Wow,The parking lot looked AMAZING.There was NO trash all over the parking lot etc and you DO NOT see that at other Sheetz stores.Makes you feel good to stop in without trash everywhere..I Was super super impressed!!!!

You can always depend on Sheetz to have clean facilities that offer safe, well-lighted locations, reasonably priced gasoline, well-stocked convenience stores, and good quality made-to-order fast food...this location is no exception to this rule of thumb.

The ATM doesn't charge a fee! The small coffee was only $1 with my Sheetz card. The gas was 3 cents per gallon cheaper with my Sheetz card. The huge drinks my kids wanted were only 99 cents worth my Sheetz card. I felt like I was a VIP with my Sheetz card!
