This was a good store, but with the remodel in progress this location rarely has any cashier's working the register. Tonight there were five employees standing in the "self checkout" area. I don't work here, I want someone else to check me out. If this continues to be the way food lion in general, this store in particular, operates I will take my business elsewhere.

Don't know what's happening at this particular store....no bathrooms are working, two cashiers so line is extremely lo ng, and re-stocking after a weekend is needed. Go tor another location!

Went in on 2/14 and had some young people standing next to the registers vaping while the workers and manager looked on. Very bad being inside for someone with lung issues!!!

Well, I visited this Food Lion for a deli sandwich. Having never set foot in this town, I wasn't sure what to expect. I visited at about 7:00pm and found it to be in a busy, but pleasant area. The store sits adjacent to a small shopping center and there is a gas (petrol) station and family restaurant across the parking lot. So, the area is relatively safe. The store was well stocked and orderly. The employees were neat and clean as well as polite and helpful. Checkout lines were not long and social distancing was in practice. The bathrooms were VERY clean as was the rest of the store. I would recommend shopping here.

This foodlion isn't my regular one I got to, but its always clean. The associates are friendly and helpful and the shelves are stocked well too. Its more expensive than the one I usually shop at because they dont have much competition. Other than that...great place to shop...

I visit your store on 8/11/23 the young girl working the register had the worst attitude. Didn't even greet me as a shopper on her cell phone not even enough sense to say thank you she was working lane 3 at 4:43 pm trace # 00068423 regardless of how your feeling when you work with the public always have a friendly smile ,I will be sharing my experience with this cashier on all social media outlets .

This is my favorite store to shop. Everyone is friendly except for meat dept fellow. I asked if there were any more fresh picnics, he said no and just kept on putting out meat in a different section. He made no effort of saying when they may have more or anything. That's why it's 4 stars not 5. On the good side, at the checkout I was greeted and I asked about an item in advertising that I couldn't find, she call a young man that was near the cleaning station, he went off and found the item. I was very pleased with their assistance.

Food Lion is clean, the staff is excellent. They are always friendly and willing to help. My only fault is that, I feel, the prices could be somewhat lower. They had prices on some items that were comparable to Harris Teeter and Publix.

Nashville foodlion is the best by far...Friendly fast and really aim to please.Thanks 😊 🙏I shop online, they stay in contact over text if any substitute, they send a picture of choices.Its difficult for me or my husband to shop nowadays.This service is God sent 🙌I always tip.Its worth buying them a lunch for all they do for my family.

While the staff are incredibly nice and helpful, the store itself on the other hand is atrocious. I can't tell you how many times I've seen mold on the food and the other day I bought something that was covered in green mold and a few months back I bought snack food and it was incredibly stale and when I looked at the expiration date it was two months old! And I didn't even pick something from the back either, it was front and center.I really feel like they should hire a quality check guy or something, because I have never experienced things like this at any food lion in my life.Oh and the dust, it's everywhere and covers everything on the top shelves on every single aisle.

One of the cashiers saved my life here I had left my purse in the buggy when I left and didn't realize till I got home she had picked it up and put it in the safe for me and waited for me to call she was super nice and I can never thank her enough because my whole life was in there. Thank you food lion employees

Prices are a little bit higher than Walmart but no struggles and delays. Convenient for a quick in and out. Everything is clean and neat. No surprises. They offer MVP discount card.

I would love to see this grocery chain achieve prices more comparable to Walmart so I can shop more at Food Lion. I really hate going to Walmart.

I walked in needing something for insect bites. Two young ladies were standing near the end of the their registers and greeted me, just as I was about to ask for the isle of the above mentioned item. I was able to see where my item was within seconds I have what what I came for. So I have 1item and all the registers have 3 or so people in line. I'm trying to get this product to stop the awful itchy. When the cashier at the end of the register notice that I'm pacing she opens her lane to checkout me. I'm sorry I didn't get her name. But I will surely remember the wow service I received.

I checked out on one of your short aisles. The guy was nice, but was not well trained for this job. Raw chicken placed in bag with a bag of flour,no blue bag. Other items glass apple sauce and grape jelly in with deli meats and frozen vegetable boxes. Bag split before we could get in car. Able toI catch before it hit the parking lot. I not trying to get hi I'm on trouble, but he needs more training.

This is like any other Food Lion you would go to. I would rate it a five-star except for I've been to a few where all of the employees go out of their way to be helpful and happy, here he could tell they were just doing their job. That said, the store was neat and clean and easily shoppable.

Tried to call this store over 30 times to place eing tray order and no one would ever answer the phone. My son went it to try and order the tray and they told him oy had to be ordered 24 hours prior. Well heck this is what I triec to do with 30 phone call attempts. Will not ever shop at this store again!!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Baggers lazy. Don't offer to help elderly. I was told we have to ask for their help. I did hear the young man complaining that he would be so glad when he gets off work. Why? He wasn't doing any work..the cashier was bagging. He could have offered to help you to your vehicle.
