Great place to find good quality tools, hardware pieces and oddball screws and fasteners. Garden tool selection is good and their fishing section is always set for us fishermen in the area. Good folks and prices are lower on this one, maybe same on another...but you always come out ahead and are appreciated here.

When you're tired of over paying, tired of running around looking for someone to help you that knows less about what you need than you do, skip the big box, and come to "Big "Service" , Murphy Building Supply, who has fair prices. I had a choice, $68 or $36 for a 12 gauge extension cord. I also had a choice, find it myself, or mention what I was looking for and have it brought to me. Big difference. Next time you want to visit Murphy's big box hardware store, take a 1/2 mile diversion to the land of fair prices and incredible service.

I just go here for my fishing supplies. They have a huge selection and carry my favorite swim baits! The staff is always kind and helpful.

The guys at Murphy Building supply will take care of you. I always enjoy stopping to see them. Their prices will almost always beat any competition. Also a huge selection of fishing stuff available too including Costa glasses. Great place to shop local!

A down home privately owned building supply store, great customer service been around for the duration many a years, has pretty much every thing it should have, and as a plus, great fishing supplies and sunglasses. Highly recommend visiting!!!

This place really has everything that a contractor might need to build a home. It is mostly the same building materials at a marginally better price than Home Depot or Lowes. The local Lowes does not even stock Portland Cement (the critical ingredient for mortar or concrete aggregate and/or sand). This place has a 93 pound bag for about $16. That will make about half-a-ton of concrete. Lowes only carries premix concrete mix, so you're paying a ridiculous amount for mostly sand and stones.

I buy all my building supplies here. The biggest reason is because the guys there are always patient and knowledgeable, and willing to explain things to me. Much easier than running around a box store, trying to get someone to help me.
