Everyone has busy times in customer service but being busy is not a license to be rude and/or disrespectful. I had a simple question, “what is the most efficient means to get a replacement for one broken section of a five section shower stall you guys delivered on Saturday?” After multiple attempts to finish my question being interrupted by the customer service representative on the other end yelling and eventually putting me on hold never to return, I was left with no option other than go online and fill out a generic return for the whole order and wait. What if … there was a store local to me (Greater Atlanta Area) or in Western NC that had the item in stock (or an alternative item that would work)? Maybe 3 weeks without a working means of bathing could have been avoided for an elderly couple who waited 3 weeks for the first stall to deliver from their local Lowe’s, scheduled a contractor for demo of existing bath and install of the new to improve their lives. If only someone on the other end of the phone cared why the customer would be calling “Customer Service”.Yesterday was one of my worst customer service experiences and a reason I will seriously consider whether doing any future business with Lowe’s vs local independent home improvement or feed/seed stores is worth it.

This Lowe's store is a joke. If you don't need any assistance, or if what you want is in the store, then no problem. But if you are trying to get warranty work done, or a delivery date confirmation, then you are out of luck. You can't even get the store to answer the phone, it will just ring forever. They sell Craftsman tools, but good luck getting any replacements.

Always friendly working people, and great service from many knowledgable people. Ive bought a washer, dryer, refrigerator and dishwasher, items for my bathroom, toilet and shower head and faucet, plus shingles for roofing. Im very pleased.

Today makes twice I left items in the cart, and walked out. I REFUSE to use self check!! Seems ironic the Murphy store will pay two associates to watch you to make you don't steal from self check....and yet they can't pay a cashier to check you out. Today was the last straw, I will spend my money elsewhere. I am building a new house this Spring, and Lowes will not see a dime of my money!

If I could give this store zero stars, I sure would! They NEVER pick up the phone when you call. I just let it ring for 11 minutes before I hungup. No one ever answered !!!Hate this store and will shop home Depot from now on.

I usually look online for the products I want, and then I go to Lowes if they are in stock. I like shopping there and appreciate they have a store in the area.

Great Dane puppy had the best time! 90% people were so kind about dog shopping. 1% customers avoided large puppy... but staff were kind to keep foot traffic flowing for all shoppers while others casually spoke and behaved neighborly. So many helpful knowledgeable friendly staff. Amazing! Thanks to all.

Lowes Murphy NC , I ask for quote for installing doors , took 1-1/2 month after they measure to get information so I can order the right doors , I ask to modified order they forgot, also they send info to wrong installer . Delivery was delay next day ,delay again (3 days later) , and delay to tell me they don't deliver in my area, and decided to cancel my order without more explanation.PS they delivered all my appliances coming from same warehouse (Chattanooga TN) couple months prior.Be aware no communication between delivery, installer, store. extremely disappointed.

Purchased appliances and scheduled delivery. They failed to deliver twice and I had to cancel the order. Will never buy from Lowe’s for appliances ever again. They sell off your order to a 3rd party service and don’t care about you anymore after the sale. Avoid at all costs and go to Hone Depot…

We went to lowes with a broken glove for a ceiling fan. Leanne went out of her way to help us find the right one. She even spent her valuable time calling and getting the right past and price. Which was more than the original fan. Thank you Leanne for all your help.

Small but very helpful , handled order and pick up well, as well as helping us load stuff and find the right thing. Out of gutters we needed and limited options on some things, but overall still very helpful and useful.

We always find everything we're looking for at this Lowe's. The employees are always friendly. Whether we are shopping in store and check out with a cashier, use the self-checkout or check out at the garden center we are able to get in and out quickly..

The absolute rudest customer service! I spend 10's of thousands in this store every year. The last time I was there I had to speak to customer and again today. Both times they were unbelievably rude. The manager wasn't much help either. I found a solar light on the clearance isle that looked like it had been returned. It was supposed to be 75% off. It rang up at full price $27.99. She told me that she would give it to me for $8. I told her that that's 75% off of $32.00. It should have been $7. She didn't seem to care and wouldn't give it to me for the correct price. I didn't end up buying the light. If a company isn't going to honor the price they offer, they're not getting my money. Between that and the customer server, I may be spending my 10's of thousands a year elsewhere. Very disappointed.. I've been a customer at this location for over 10 years.It doesn't take much to turn a business into what this Lowe's has turned into and it starts with management!

So this specific Lowe's the lady we worked with was dismissive and rude. That's my first two stars. The second reason I gave this two stars is some information for those of you who are a veteran like myself. You can't get a military discount unless you go through a bunch of hoops that you have to jump through to put yourself into the system. I don't know exactly what it takes to verify but apparently your military ID or a veteran ID isn't going to be enough. I'm just saying I wouldn't be handing out my DD-214...I don't know about you. The item that I came to get at this Lowes they also had at tractor supply. Because of the headache that this woman gave me, and the problems with the fact that they won't let me use my military ID, it sent me to tractor supply. And to be honest, this will also solidify me going to home Depot probably for the rest of my home repair needs..

DO NOT BY AN APPLIANCE HERE !!!!!! Ordered an appliance and scheduled a delivery. This is the third day that they said they were going to make the delivery and no one has come with my appliance, again. No one at the appliance department will even answer the phone. The people at customer service that direct you to the appliance department do not seem to care. WHAT A NIGHTMARE OF A BUSINESS TO DEAL WITH. LOWES SUCKS!!!

This is the near Lowes we have (20 plus miles away from home) We come here for garden department, I like their Top Soil ($1.69 a bag) & they have what I call the cemetery area. Plants that for half price I can use & improve the landscape cheap :-)

Nice, clean, and had everything we needed.... Only down side - they had over a dozen folks waiting for someone to help in appliances, see picture, and not an employee to be seen anywhere. After 30 minutes,and repeated paging, someone went upfront and found an employee and got them to come and help ... then they only had one register open and had a long line to check out. I asked them why they want to lose so much business, and was told they are not allowed to schedule anyone else. Sad.

Made new keys. The self controlled kiosk was super easy! In and out! Quick and painless. Now I can get on with my day! Absolutely no hassle! Some would even say hassle-free that's the way to be! No drama over here okay! Lowes is really helping yall out with the home improvement over here! Gosh there's nothing else to say but yarsh.

Extremely unhappy with our purchase. Our washer and dryer were supposed to be installed. They were not. Our dishwasher was damaged and we will be sending back. We were told it could be another week before we see another one. Our washer we purchased is shaking and rocking forward. 2500.00 wasted. I will be shopping elsewhere for APPLIANCES.

Always out of stock. Prices sky high these days. Have taken so many things back because things we’re missing. Way too hot. Some staff are pretty friendly but supervisor was downright rude to me. I let it go but they have no reason to be rude to customers. Prefer Home Depot.

If I could give it 0 I would. I purchased a new granite counter top on sale for 30 a sq ft paid money down the man came out and measured said it will be 2 to 3 weeks . This is where it gets crazy . We waited never got a call was told that we have to pay for a 3rd person because of the law and how heavy it is. I live in a tiny home it was 32 sq ft . Was told if I cancel i have to pay for they guy who measured the counter top . I didn't want to loose my money so I said ok I then again waited no call back infact I called 4 times no one ever called back . I asked for the manager I spoke to Shelby she said they had some kind of computer issues and infact nothing was done as an order also the counter to I wanted is on back order and don't know when it will be in I was offered to pick something else at this time I'm done with this I asked for all my money back I did not feel that I had to pay for the man's time due to there errors and they need to absorb this . I was told she would need to ask her boss and she would call me back. Needless to say she never did and now will not answer or return my calls . On a lighter note I went down the road Murphy granate Outlet bought a counter top for 55 dollars a sq ft and it came a total cheaper by almost 800.00 . Not sure on how that happened but all the hidden fees lows must be charging. My advise avoid the hassle and go to the mom and pop places they will be cheeper. Lows you lost my business from now on. You do not stand by your product you sell and you in the long run too expensive. Also I have now heard from others also they have been having issues with lows on there counter sales as well .also lowes please don't give me the line you give others call the 888 number you have listed This is just a line to look like you are concerned. I tried calling and can't get a real person. What a joke . Come up with another line

Went in looking for a new refrigerator, and we meant the best, most knowledgeable customer rep who helped us find exactly what we wanted. Clicked all the boxes! Made us feel listened to. We are very happy and will continue shopping at Lowes.

Got to love that military discount of 10%.Then around the first of the year they removed the discount from lumber and appliances!Now I understand some plumbing and electrical items aren't eligible for the discount either. After looking at my receipt today: I got no discount at all. I'm removing a star!I won't take another star, but today the store was a mess. Isles plugged up employees standing around talking. Not a good look.
