Friendly staff in a very clean facility. They treat the animals well, and you can tell they love their job and the animals. They do not push the dogs if the dog is not handling treatment well (such as ears or nails). Prices are fair, and the quality of the wash is better than some of the other places I've been. They also have an area set up for pictures.

These girls are fabulous!! Are dogs love coming in for grooming and this was our first time ever boarding them anywhere (they are 4&5)!! They were so well taken care of and had fresh bath before we picked them up! 100% recommend this place for all your grooming and boarding needs!!❤️❤️❤️

WE love this place! Lucky isn't easy to groom because he doesnt like it- he is old, grumpy, gets dirty easy and can be a handful...but Dondie & the others are so good and patient with him!

😀😀😀😀😀😀👍 'Lovin' is the perfect word! What a great place to groom and board our dogs, they get the love and care as if they were at home. Dondi and the staff treat our guys like they were her own! Super place to leave our dogs with lots of play time and loving. We highly recommend them every time we're asked about grooming or boarding services in the area. You can leave that special pet with no worries on how they will be treated. Our vet speaks very highly of the level of care they receive.A great staff that truly cares about how our special family members are treated!!

My long-haired dachshund was desperate for a haircut when we moved here from Florida over a year ago. My new vet gave me several business cards for groomers in the Andrews/Murphy area, and Lovin Care answered my call. From the start, they were welcoming and friendly and eager to answer my questions to make sure they got it right. Every groomer there is smiling and always glad to see us come in (and I suspect happier to see Dolly than they are to see me!). My Dolly has never looked better, and now I bring her sister to get baths and be pampered as well. I highly recommend Lovin Care to everyone!

If you need a dog groomed I would recommend you get this company to do it. They are really professional and personal with your most precious possession. They had a small problem this morning but called to see if I wanted to come and get my dog. It all worked out but they were concerned about my pet. Excellent customer service.

My fur baby is very afraid of people and I was a little worried to take him to a groomer since he has never been but Dondi took her time with him and gained his trust. Not only did he look like a million bucks he smelled heavenly. I was so impressed we booked another visit . Highly recommend them for all your fur babies grooming needs

This was my second time coming here! First time I took my German shepherd they did a good job! This second time I took my toy poodle! I picked him up was not pleased at all!! He looked the same as when I dropped him off! His hair was cut out of his eyes a little bit but the hair around his paws hadn’t really been touched his bottom was still dirty!!! On top of me picking him up claimed he had fleas which I had seen no sign of before dropping his off! Brought him home had to bath and clean him again my self! So I will not return!

We took our mini poodle mix to Lovin care for the first time, his first time at the groomers ever. The entire staff was friendly to us and Marco, punctual with the time frame given to when he would be ready for pick up, and did an amazing job with his haircut. They explained what they were going to do, why, how, etc. and even gave us tips on how to better care for his coat. Marco liked the staff, they seemed to like him, and we will definitely be back for his next trim.

Great place with very kind and caring workers. You can tell they really love working with the animals. They are always quick to get our dog in even on short notice. Very reasonably priced and they do a great job.
