Outstanding Customer Service, I had a few questions about my receipt and a gentleman in a white shirt, I assume he was a manager, politely and professionally answered all my questions. The store is clean, prices are reasonable, the quality of food in all departments is outstanding. They even have fresh sushi which is very good. If you haven’t shopped there before you should! Highly Recommended.

Wonder what I ever did without one of these stores in my life! I always have amazing memories of visiting the mountains and stopping at Ingles. Love the deli and eclectic food. I love the isle with all the olives!! Yum. Also they always have a Starbucks! Ha ha yes! Pumpkin latte’s all around!

Not just this Ingles but also in Blairsville. Stores are TERRIBLE staff is rude, Deli is a disgrace ask for thin you get whatever they feel like giving you. Lady at checkout today was rude uncaring did not say thank you have a nice day not a thing. Handed receipt and change went all over the place. This people are a disgrace. I even called corporate a few years ago about the deli. I don't remember for sure I think her name was Cindy? I do remember she said she used to work in the Murphy store ? Still NOTHING done. I am not one that wants a Publix or anything I like keeping us a small town. But this place is really terrible. The prices are also very high maybe higher than most because they have a captive audience. You would think with prices like they are management would take better control of this MESS.

Great variety here. Starbucks inside for those who like that. Plenty of organic food, baked goods, gluten free food and pretty much anything else you want.

They are out of popular items way too often . We love the regular Tandoori naan bread and they never have it . They always have the whole wheat and garlic which should tell them it’s not as popular. Also popular salad blends on a lot of days are just gone .

Hot Bar is great. 7$ meal is the best in town of Murphy! Can't get a better deal anywhere else in Murphy for 7$! The fried chicken is awesome..

I love the intimate and upscale feel, the many options of fresh food bars, the Starbucks. BUT the produce is sometimes not fresh. Never buy anything on sale in the veggies.

Ingles is the only grocery store (besides Walmart) to shop at and the Murphy store needs a TOTAL re-vamping! The store is not kept clean, shelves are not restocked regularly, and staff (mostly) feels you are more of an inconvenience than a customer.

Clean store, meat dept is great about getting the chicken you need, produce carries WNC seasonal and yearly items as well as exotics. Great salad bar and deli. Chicken wings are great, the caprese is good, they have some good soups. The deli employees run the gamut from unhelpful all the way to angelic- they can get meats exotic for this area(mortadella being one). Sub and bollillo rolls are awesome. Wish they kept sparkling non-alcoholic cider.

I got the most amazing salami ever and the guy Jake gave me amazing service he cut each slice so perfectly it’s melted in my mouth I will definitely be coming back here and asking for Jake

Always love these stores, I am used to Publix stores here in Florida and I think I like ingles more as they have more variety and some really good values and specialty items. They just need to step the fried chicken up a notch, it just gets a bit soggy breading too quick. Always buy the salted caramel chocolates in the bulk section.

I'm not happy for this past end of month of trying to get gas. Price was 2.79 on 29th 2.99 on 30th and 2.79 Dec 1 . Draw your own conclusions but that's what happened.

Great grocery store with a good Veggie, bakery, fish monger, and meat section. Also they have a good delicatessen. Everybody working there seem happy

Clean store w good product selection. Would give a five star review, but their self- checkouts are the worst. Constant delays by the IA assuming you did not put something thru the scanner.

I loving those it's very neat clean in order a lot of staff for the most part are very very nice except for one lady who I will not mention and that's where I get my prescriptions they have really good prices on meat and great sales! I definitely would recommend this place to shop I give them five stars!!!!

Ingles is a nice store, always clean & orderly. Their shelves are always stocked, unlike the Blairsville Walmart. They are a little pricey, but if you shop the sales it's not too bad. You can't beat the meat or their produce for quality.

I find a lot of organic and natural foods but they’re really overpriced and their selection can be limited at that. I would recommend looking at competitors because some of their prices beat ingles by 30/40%. So I do use ingles when I need something I can’t buy elsewhere and I buy in bulk when possible. I would give them a 4 star but again prices are high and always going up!

I only buy meat from Ingles because I've got bad meat from every other place in town, well get home after spending almost $200 in groceries to find mold on my turkey that has a sell-by date of March 29th 2024

Store #025: This store carries just about anything one could need at competitive prices. The flies inside the store should be addressed asap!I bought some great looking large shrimp. The package claimed there were 10-15 CT. @ $10.99. Mine only had 9 so, next time I'll count!

Expensive, not stocked well, 1 person running the cash register until large line forms. Then they put one more person on another register.The guy in meat department was very helpful, reason for one star.Most of the workers are kind and helpful, it's not their fault.Obviously they need more help..

Uncles here in murphy is amazing,store is always clean, the produce section is awesome, everything is clean, all produce is fresh and just beautiful, everything is labeled, always can find what I need quickly, this is the best store ever. Staff is always friendly, and very helpful. The meat section is also amazing. I can always find certain items that I can't find at other stores, Ingles is the best, and to top it off Starbucks, get my coffee and shop.

Rarely does one encounter an Ingles this nice. Good produce, clean, nice wine and beer selection and a coffee shop? All plusses.It's easily wheelchair accessible as well.This isn't a Super Harris Teeter or close to an Eataly, but it serves It's town well.

I shop here often. They have a wide variety of food and common household needs. The staff are always friendly. If I should ask anyone which aisle an item is on, they always volunteer to lead me to it. I may occasionally need to visit Walmart for an item, but Ingles is so much easier to navigate. And Ingles always has cashiers available to check me out - which I prefer over self checkout. And the bagger ALWAYS asks if I need help getting my groceries to my car. That extra kindness is much appreciated. I usually answer "I don't need your help this time, but thank you for asking."

GREAT FIND !! The bread , cookies & cupcakes from the bakery are delicous!!!On Family vacation and made several trips just because of how good it all was.Nice selection of bear and wine.Make sure to sign up for the rewards it will save you money all thru out the store.
