This Dollar General is fine by me. My sweetheart and I walked in and greeted by a dude named Sage. He walked us to what we needed with a smile. Sage would not leave until he made sure we walked away happy.I didn’t find this Dollar General lacking in any way.Keep up the good work, Sage. We will be back up that way soon in need of tooth paste and Fruit Loops.

The only star it gets is because the cashier was friendly. In all my life I don't think I have seen a worse store. Had to search parking lot for a buggy. Stock and empty boxes everywhere. Shelves were empty. The excuse is not enough help but that has nothing to do with milk cooler being empty every time I go. Things that vendors stock have no reason to be empty. I had hoped it would get better but so much worse. My dad found 1 jug of milk and had to throw it away. Date was good but milk smelled horrible. Close it, clean it up, hire, and retrain. It's too far gone to keep open while working on issues. Or close it permanently and offer a transfer to employees. Cashier was nice. I do not recommend this store. Go on into Murphy and get what you need or Hayesville Dollar store because you won't find it here. So you gonna have to stop anyway. There must not be mystery shoppers anymore or they would have made them shut down and start over. I apologize for such a bad review but something should be done to help them stay open for the poor and fixed income folks that would continue to shop there if issues were fixed. People should shop there because of choice not because they have no choice

Today I shopped this DG for the first time ( new to area) and was pleasantly surprised at the selection and cleanliness of this store compared to all others in area. Shelves were well stocked and NOT ONE box on the floor! I commented to young man behind the register and he told me he was the mgr and appreciated my satisfaction! I will definitely drive the extra miles to shop in his store!

Absolutely needs to be shut down. They close at random times, nothing ever stocked, employees would rather talk bad about customers instead of helping them. Stood in line for 8 minutes before an employee finally came from the office and started ringing people up, and with a bad attitude the whole time.

Great staff. They do run out of some items these days so ask when next shipment is do in. Overall the cheap prices for the smaller than grocery store item is worth it. Aisles are narrow so sometimes difficult to get past other people or pallets of goods being put on shelves.

I love shopping at DG and this store is close to my house. BUT today we asked a question about the price of paper towels and the manager LOST HER MIND! She yelled at me about her hours and not having enough help. We put our it's back.amd left.

Just the nicest people. Awesome customer service, good selection of items, overall, just a good environment when shopping. I definitely recommend this Dollar General. Prior to this visit, I had decided that I would no longer shop at the Dollar General, due to numerous bad experiences with Dollar General. Though I will now return, especially to this Dollar General!

Very polite and friendly cashier. Her name was Christa.Made me laugh and helped me find an item with ease. Store was well stocked snd clean. Bathrooms were really clean. I enjoyed my overall experience.

They do have a bit of a problem with their staff keeping their check outs occupied in the store so as check out is fast once you find what you need. My wait came with the automotive department not having a staff member present at the register!

Jeanna and Debbie are truly an asset to your company. These ladies showed great integrity, by returning my wallet to me with over $1700 in $20's I had dropped on the ground exiting the store. That money today was used to sign a lease less then a mile a way, and for that, you will most definitely get our buisness from here on

Staff is always there and ready to help... as long as you ask. Not exactly outgoing but are very helpful. Only problem I ever really have is going to get a specific thing and them being out of stock.

This USE to be one of my favorite stores... In the last 3 weeks of going on a weekly basis it has gotten terrible. I buy nearly all my catfood here and take advantage of the sales. Feeding 24 cats you have to do what you can and they like the food as well. No catfood food on the shelves... Little petfood out period! Carts are parked at the end of every isle full of stock. It is ridiculous! The girls at the registers help when they can but being only 1 or 2 in there they can't really leave their position. If it doesn't improve soon I will sadly no longer be using this location.

The best candy prices hands down. Also their disinfectant spray, is as good if not better than the name brand. It's the only brand I use now. And if you like videos they have the Redbox. Though for some unknown reason they don't have every Dollar General with a Redbox. Think Redbox might be closing up pretty soon. Just a feeling I get. Everybody's trying to push streaming on everybody, go figure ruin a good thing.

Well around here, I think more ppl shop at the dollar General than they do amywhere else it as to find stuff and have good deals on stuff most of the time. this new one has a lot more room and it not cluttered up like the last one 🙂

It is hard to get down isles they are always blocked with stock carts and always out of lots of stuff but great prices if it is stocked
