Pick up groceries. Place in trunk of vehicle very well with bags tied just the way I like it to keep items inside the bags. The young man was very considerate and concern about the placing of the bags especially the eggs. Very good customer service.

I just so happen to enjoy my experience in Food Lion, ju about every time I shop in Murfreesboro. None of my family works there, so that's not an excuse, lol. The employees are just easy to get along with and very pleasant every time I shop there. Shout out to this location in Murfreesboro, NC; keep up the good work.

I come here all the time. This one occasion, the cashier rang up my merchandise wrong. I said “I will pay this amount cash, and the rest on credit card.” I guess she didn’t know what that meant. So said cashier went and got help. Said associate’s came over and tried to get me to pay another way. If I’m not understanding what you’re doing, then I’m not giving you my money. So, I told them to keep the merchandise and I walked out. Long story short....cashiers fault. Mistakes happen, but the one associate (that “helped”) had a nasty mouth. If front end workers want to have a nasty a** mouth with customers, then that same energy will be given in return.

Definitely could use an improvement but not bad overall.I've noticed the last couple of times I've been here that they are not restocking the shelves properly.They also should work on maintaining the freshness of the meat items.I noticed that some of the meat looked like it had been sitting there for a good month or so. But other than that it's decent overall, maybe a little generous with me review.

The staff here are great, but selection, variety and stock are absolutely terrible. You can go to other Food Lions in area that don't lack in any of those things. I'd rather drive further than go this location.

This store must restock once a day. You better come early in the day or you aren't getting anything that everyone buys. I've been coming here for a year and it's a let down everytime I come here. You're better off driving 30 minutes to Courtland or Roanoke Rapids. They allow their employees to double and quadruple park at the end of their parking lot as well so don't be surprised if you see 2 or 3 older cars parked in between 4 parking spots each, which is comical and the talk of the town.

Some of the customer service workers don't know all accept forms of payment that your company allows. Such as United health care otc healthy benefits app. That can be scanned. Also some of them have bad attitudes. I understand us as customers we can be out of place with our attitudes but some of us customers only get rude loud obnoxious when your employees think we stupid. So I gave you all a three star because you do have some employees that are awesome.

Customer service sucks… I just got hung up on after I was paging for the meat department through the automated system, and someone at the front answered faking like they were getting an associate in that department. I called back twice so I guess there ignoring my calls now smh it’s sad! Where's the good customer service at these days?

I gave it 2 stars instead of one because I do like that they've renovated and have more selections of things. However, they are overpriced because they're the only game in town. They never have enough registers open, for the busiest times especially. Most cashiers dont even acknowledge you. Not even a hello... I find that so rude. Also, they could care less about rounding up the carts outside on a regular basis. This is why I do my big food shopping 45 minutes away at Kroger now. They have better sales, double coupons to a dollar and people are on the ball and friendly. Food Lion management should go there to learn a few things from them...

I'm always surprised if the cashier says "Hey how are you" or even reads the total to me. There are a few helpful employees, but for the most part they act like they are annoyed that their customers even exist. Had a bad run in with a manager a couple years ago. She had an attitude worse than all the employees combined. Haven't tried my luck with managers in recent years. I drive 40 miles round trip to get groceries JUST to avoid this place.

I would give it zero stars if I could. The produce is beyond horrible, very little selection, out of alot of things. Lunch meat counter closes at 6 and they don't preslice items and put them out. Awful grocery store.

The clerk's the last few times have been a little rude, not smiling, and seem to be in a big hurry to get to the next person before you even get your groceries. This has caused them to forget one of my bags on more than one occasion and I had to drive 20 min back to the store to get it. So now every time I make triple sure I have all of my groceries!

This food lion sucks I tried to get a steak so I hit the bell in the meat department and the lady back there did not acknowledge that I was there I hit the bell a few times but then she did not even try to help! People just don't want to work anymore 😕 my experience was terrible.

I am disappointed with the management team (particularly one manager). Proper training is needed for her/them so she/they will know what to do when they hire a minor. My daughter was so happy to finally get a job and the manager has been giving her the run around from day one. She placed her on the register with one day of training and then made her do it by herself without computer training the very next day. When my daughter ask for assistance with some of the transactions, coworkers respond by saying, didn’t I show you yesterday (Smh). Then she extends her shift without proper warning and then tell her I don’t have a place for you yet on the schedule. I will call you when I do. My advice to any parent who is encouraging their minor to work, don’t waste your time with food lion in Murfreesboro. The main manager is unprofessional and unlearned!!! I also believe that she displays laziness also.

Long lines when they have cashiers talking about other things besides work. Do not go at night the people who clean the floors are rude. Will see you standing or coming down the aisle and will not stop, move or say excuse me. They will literally run into you if you are not looking up to see them come.

2 lines open at 4 in the afternoon. My ice cream was melted before I could get out of the store. Also, the store is cramped, there is barely room to get around others in aisles.

Hot sale on Porterhouse, had to wait 15 minutes for someone to answer the buzzer only to find out they only had the thin cut. The lady that was waiting like me said I not feeding a 4 year old, I need a steak. Sounds like they need a new butcher.

Dirty. Most employees dont care and smell of drug use. They would rather play on cell phones then do work. Way too much foul language and yelling. Any complaints fall on deaf ears. I'd shop somewhere else if there was ANY other grocery store in town

I'm disappointed. I have not been able to find the bacon I like in several months. There were few meats available at all. However finally, the coffee creamer I like was in stock. I guess Friday is not the day to shop at Food Lion, Murfreesboro, NC.
