I was really hoping that the new groomers would have done a better job as I know the grooming department has undergone some staffing challenges. We've used this store for at least 7 years only taking a break during covid but I don't think we'll be back. There were some choppy parts which I can deal with but paw pads are a basic grooming item. They clearly weren't trimmed and if so they weren't done well. For $90 plus dollars I expect more.

Inquired about my pet appointment, the staff was very rude towards me and my puppy.. Let me take off from work then informed me they don't do grooming at this location. 9am arrived 5/1/2024 I will never visit any petsmart location. I've been going to the Cary location for years. I'll go where customers are respected and valued.

Dani is awesome. She does a very professional job. My Evie always looks great after being groomed. Dani is so gentle, and Evie always comes out looking relaxed and happy. I highly recommend her.

Absolutely love coming here! Park West village offers so much in a beautiful space in Morrisville! They staff at this location is wonderful! Someone is always available and prices are much better then what you may find in a grocery store. I purchase pine litter for my cat and it is always $7 at the grocery store for a 10lb bag. PetSmart offers the same Pine litter for $10.99 and you get 25 lbs. Amazing! I also purchase any supplements needed because I love the huge selection. My cat suffers from anxiety, so I purchased these natural supplements $18 , to help. I mix it with wet food, otherwise she won't eat it. Your sure to find exactly what is needed. They do offer on eat adoptions for cats, which I love. I wish I could adopt them all!Also picked up some bird seed as well for my backporch. $20.99Make sure you stop in this location and redeem all of your pets needs. Don't forget to sign up for their rewards to receive special offers!!

This PetSmart is always well kept, and the staff seems helpful. The Banfield inside also has the best and most knowledgeable staff, and Dr. Lebron-Ortiz is phenomenal!

I always love stopping in PetSmart to see the animals, this Pets Mart does it have a large selection of animals but definitely has all of you the supplies you would need if you already owned one. They have a huge Stock Supply to choose from, from pet toys to pet food, items for a grooming needs and much more.

DO NOT GO HERE OR BOOK APPOINTMENTS. Terrible customer service. Booked a grooming appointment almost a month ahead of time only for them to call and cancel. Sincerely wish these big wigs would finally be put out of business. Too bad, now I’ll buy all my dog food elsewhere in addition.

I’ve been to quite a few locations coming from Florida to North Carolina. Each and every single store I’ve ever shopped at or just brought the kids to just look at the animals has been amazing. I can honestly say without a doubt this company goes above and beyond. Thank you so much for your service to animals.

This store has pet training center, salon center and health center. There are dogs under training and doing hair cut. It also has cat for adoption with price around $110. The pet center has fish, birds, genuine pig, hamster and small reptiles (snake, lizard).

Despite showing multiple photos of the haircut we were looking for, we not only arrived to just about the complete opposite result, but also some condescending remarks as to how we maintain our puppy's coat.Probably best if one of the 6 people standing around start to take some pre appointment notes instead of offering up unwanted advise.First and last time here; It would be irresponsible to leave any pet here for any extended period of time.

All of the Groomers are amazing! They all worked together and took their time with a very anxious Loki and gave him a nice experience there. Everyone was super nice and very friendly with the people and the animals that came in. Loki was so happy!

took my dog for a grooming appointment, and i paid for the basic brush and bath. They do a sanitary trim and paw trim for this choice. When i went to pick up my dog his ears where shaved off… after i specified to NOTTT touch his ears at all. They barely even trimmed his legs and paws, WHICH is what the basic brush and bath is suppose to be. I don’t know what these workers are on but i know they should not be working here.

Small store that's easy to navigate and relatively quiet, which I like.Seems like they offer less diverse selection because of the smaller size, but they had the basics I needed. Staff were upbeat and communicative.

Don’t go here if you want your animal to live they tell me my animal is fine nothing wrong with her two days later I have to take her to another vet for the same issue she went here for come to find out my animal was extremely sick and had to be put down thank you petsmart for not doing your job and u got 1 star cause they don’t allow a 0

The cat grass is dead. The cat catnip is close to dead. No fresh plantings. But, with only 2 people working, they are doing their best. The cat food section is getting slim. They had 4 litter boxes in stock to choose from. They are about 2 bucks higher per item than target.

We always have good experiences here. Their prices are good, particularly when you get something on special. They took great care of us when our kids were getting into having fish. They also have good services for puppy training. We get our dog groomed here and they always do a good job on his very difficult coat.

This store is consistently very clean. The service is outstanding. Folks greet me when I enter, and when I leave. They have a great variety, and competitive pricing. Their return policy is very customer friendly. I don't know how long they can keep it up, but at the moment they even have an online price match with competitors. There is a vet team (separate) in the store, and they even offer clean restrooms. On the weekends, they often have adoption events.

I took my Whoodle to Pet Smart in Morrisville to be groomed today. He can be mouthy when doing his nails or legs; he had a bad experience early on in his grooming life that has affected him forever, so I’m always on alert when I drop him off.Never heard a word until they called that he’d be ready in 10 minutes. He looks beautiful! I am so impressed! I just moved to this area in January and had taken him to a private groomer who also had a doggy day care. I wasn’t happy with his cut or the fact that there were at least 30 dogs running around. Pet Smart groomer ask questions, and I shared a picture of him after grooming in my home state. They are wonderful! Thank you, Pet Smart!

I've been taking my pups to this location since it opened and I've met with only helpful staff! The convenience of having the pet hospital/vet and groomers in the store is immeasurable. Just today while my pooch was getting his nails trimmed I was able to walk to the vet in the back of the store and set up an appointment for him. The staff have always been helpful and sweet to all of the animals I've brought in, and they all seem to genuinely care about animals. The vets and vet tech staff are great and I've never felt pressured into any sort of procedure (except those required by law, but I would want my dogs protected against rabies anyway lol). The store is also always neat and orderly, and staff are helpful in finding items or doing price checks whenever I've needed such help.

Nice store with lots of employees to offer assistance. The employees were very friendly with my puppy. She wanted attention and the employees were happy to help. They had the products we needed. We visited the on site daycare, as my puppy will need daycare once she receives all of her shots. (Currently only 13 weeks old.) I'm not sure this is the daycare for us. The dogs are inside all day. While, it looks fine and safe, I would prefer that my pup goes and plays outside. I did observe an employee in the play room with the small dogs. They looked like they were having a good time. I think in a pinch I would take my pup here. They do not have assigned kennels, which I think my pup would prefer. The reason behind this, is they are only in the kennels for a short time to nap and eat. The daycare prices were about the same as others in the area. Again, I would take my pup here if needed.

I took my dog for grooming earlier,there are women's in the grooming area that are friendly but I was so unluck enough to be with this arrogant women who is trying hard to be friendly but sounds so sarcastic.She is the biggest one there at the grooming area.Hope the management will take action on this one employee.Petsmart got a good reputation but having her there is no good for business,customer won't returned for one rotten employee.

In general my experiences here have been very positive. However, twice I received emails saying I had picked up an order when no order was placed on that day. I checked my online account and found that this reflected orders picked up days prior. I called the store and expressed concern that there was s<ch a delay, as it made me wonder if my account was compromised. When I spoke to a store assistant manager he told me there was a delay in clearing the orders. He was very flippant about my concerns. I will find another Petsmart to go to in the future.
