We usually come there regularly to pick up feed for our animals, while shopping this evening we noticed you get a gift card with purchase of food, before leaving we asked the old lady cashier; with gray hair and a pink bandana to help us with that, she threw a fit and said loudly “she will have help you” pointing to the sweet young girl, she then stormed off and was SO rude during checking us out. She acted like everything we purchased was so inconvenient for her to have to come around the register scan, terrible customer service and so rude. We will gladly find somewhere else to spend money.

I enjoy shopping here. They also have pick-up options where you can order ahead, and they bring it out to you in a designated parking spot. We get our chicken feed here. The staff is friendly, the store is clean, and the store is in a good location. Overall, this is a great store!

Very interesting due to the wide variety of items for sale. Especially like the selection of dog food (cat food available, also) and a fun amount of women's and men's clothing. Most with a western theme. The employees were helpful and pleasant. My dog loves her new bed. You can also order online, which is helpful to someone like me who is handicapped.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in, which was very nice. Associates asked if they could help us find anything while we were shopping. Usually I have to find someone to help. I found everything I went to get and then some.. lol. When I checked out the cashier asked if I found everything. I enjoyed my shopping with y'all! Thank you for the excellent customer service!!

Love this store! People are friendly and know you by name as we have a rescue farm and frequent here often. We bring our dogs and they always have a treat for them and lots of love to give the dogs! Highly recommended!

Worst customer service I have ever seen! Manager lady and assistant manager lady are very rude. Never buy a Coleman UTV from this place. They are pieces of junk. Tractor supply will not support it whatsoever after you hand them the money to purchase it. It’s your problem from that point on if anything is wrong with it, per the manager. Seriously, her exact words! And goodness don’t have Scott, the Coleman mechanic for Tractor Supply, try to fix it. He has no idea how to fix anything on them but he’s their so called mechanic. He never responds to calls or texts. Worst purchase I ever made! Been almost a year now since I purchased it and mechanic has had it several times and it still doesn’t run. I’ve got to ride a total of about 15 miles in a $12,000 utv in a year!

The manager lady and the assistant manager lady of this store have awful customer service. My dad, who is 75 years old, bought a UTV there and has had problems with it since the day he got it. The UTV doesn’t even have 10 miles on it. When my dad tried to go to the store for assistance and to find out what he needs to do, they both were flat out rude to him and told him they wash their hands of it 30 days after they sold it. A 30 day warranty on a brand new UTV?? They said that he would have to contact some guy at Coleman that is the technician for our area. Well, that guy Scott, has terrible customer service also! If you’re looking for good customer service and you live anywhere near here, spend the extra time and drive to the Hickory location! You will receive way better customer service and nicer employees! My dad even asked them in Morganton for the contact information to contact Tractor Supply’s corporate office to talk to them about the problems he’s having and they refused to give him that info. You would think a company as big as Tractor Supply would stand better behind their products they sell, especially one that costs over $12,000. On a side note, never never buy a Coleman UTV from them! At this point I wouldn’t ever buy anything that has a motor on it from them period! Because if you have problems they will basically just tell you that’s your problem not theirs! They just want your money but could care less about it after it leaves their store. My dad got a second one from Coleman, after the technician kept it for 2 months and wasn’t able to fix it. The second one has the exact same problems as the first one and as of right now he’s not got to drive a total of 15 miles between 2 new UTV’s and the second one has been with the Coleman technician 2 months now and who knows if he will even get it back.Review Update 8/4/23 went back to Tractor Supply last week because we needed some info off the UTV that Coleman requested us to send them, and since our UTV is setting there because the technician never delivered it like he promised and we have no way to get it home we had to go to the store. The new assistance manager lady Meghann, is super nice! Hiring her was the best thing Tractor Supply could have done because she is very helpful and has an awesome personality! Thanks Meghann for the help we really appreciate it!

So, here I am leaving 5 stars for tractor supply. Do I love this place? No. Can you find cool old timey candy here for your child who likes wierd candy? YES! It is usually why I go there every Christmas.Now, my boyfriend likes to go here every time he is looking for something, EVEN though he is certain they won’t have it!! I have come to the conclusion, IT IS THE FREE POPCORN! We walk around for what seems like hours to me, munching on popcorn and we will buy something stupid that we don’t need! Will add photos later for more points!

I take no issue with this location. “David” could not have been more personable, and entertaining. He approached me seeing I was in distress over a special cat litter system, and when searching the internet even knew how to spell “igloo” I think he was elated that it wasn’t a “pyramid”.We both discovered it was an “ONLINE ITEM ONLY”David informed me of the “toilet trading system for cats” to go gradually in a human toilet, but I think I have to train my Husband first.

Food is great, service is great, but when you go to pay, you better watch that. Somethings they have on special and they try to charge regular price and make sure they give a discount if you have a coupon. The big guy with the beard that takes money is very sneaky, got me for about 3 bucks the other night.

We had to return a battery my dad had bought for his tractor. At first, I wasn't impressed because we stood by the front registers for several minutes and the only person in sight (I think her name was Savannah) wouldn't even look at us or acknowledge us. We walked to the back of the store before being spotted by Heather - and everything changed. I told her the battery was dead, and she asked if I knew when it was purchased or had a receipt. When I explained that my father had all of that information, and we had just called in hospice for him, she went into overdrive - processing the exchange & offering to help carry it out within seconds. Her compassion and expertise won Tractor Supply Company a customer for life.

Awesome store, we had a flat tire and Used our spare tire on our travel trailer. 10 minutes later we had another flat on the opposite side of the camper and didn’t have another spare. This store went above and beyond to make sure My family and I were taken care of. I ordered my tire online and they delivered it to me!Thank y’all so much!
