Jimmy was friendly and sweet with our 3 dogs. We have a grooming appointment this week for our fuzzy little wuzzzy IZZY. When we arrived all 3 were nervous then the dogs seemed more at ease with him after her clipped their nails. Thanks Jimmy

We had our first visit to Pet Parlor today and I cannot say enough good things about the business or the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and accommodating. For the first time in five years I found a groomer who actually did a proper job. Our dog looks beautiful. We are well pleased with the service we received and will be regular customers from now on. I would highly recommend them.

This place has went downhill from what it was. We had our 3 dogs boarded for 9 days, called and checked on them every day while we were gone and were assured they were doing great...then we get back to pick them up, they have no idea which dogs are even ours. On top of that, one of the dogs managed to lose 25 percent of its body weight. Our dogs weren't being fed like they should, or like they were instructed. Very disappointing experience. The other two dogs are great, but I honestly feel like no one had a clue as to what was going on in the place.

They were wonderful with my Sassy. It was her first time going there and she was really anxious and scared. When I picked her up they came out and explained what all they could and what they couldn't do. They were very professional!!

This was the worst experience I have ever had. My 9 year old dog has been getting groomed its whole life. My husband and I travel and have been to many groomers all over. I requested a bath, a toe nail trim and a hair cut. The bath and the toe nail trim were good but the hair cut looks like she was butchered. I won't be returning.

Marjie and the Pet Parlor team are absolutely wonderful. They have taken care of all of my pets' grooming and boarding needs for more than 35 years. They provide excellent customer driven skills with an obvious love for animals. I will use their services always. VERY special place. My Basset loves these special people.

All the staff are great, I will not let anyone else groom Starr. When I pull into the parking lot Starr gets so excited and and can't wait to get in to be groomed.Margie, Jimmy and Janet are the greatest people I have met, they all are so passionate about what they do and are so good to all the animals that go there, my dog goes every month and has since she was 12 weeks old and she is 7 years old now I don't trust her with anyone except Pet Parlor.

Called for an appointment for my dog and waited 3-4 weeks for one. I let them know what kind of dog I have, this would be the second time bringing her there.. Well, when I took my dog in they give me a line about the guy who was supposed to cut my dog is sick and might be going home and they would call me when I could bring my dog back. Well, there were multiple people dropping off little dogs that they were able too. Oh, then she said that they would be able to get to her till 4pm. This was 9am. Why would you have me bring my dog in before 10 and not even start on her till 3, second why were all the small dogs able to get cut, bathed, etc and my dog wasn't? I will NEVER be taking my dog there anymore. So, if you have a dog bigger than your calf, go somewhere else.

here's an honest review. I tried going once and they did okay... missed a couple of spots, but it was the happiest I had been with my dogs hair cut. I come back again and they lost her card so I had to explain things all over and she wasn't done exactly as before because of it. They apologize and I try to be understanding. I went back a third time and her card was lost again.. I think they were switching to a computer system and had been having issues with it. This time I met Jimmy (I hope I spelled his name correctly!) I told him what had happened and just said I trusted him to do his best, anything would be good.. we would see the outcome and decide if it was a good fit after. I have to say that Jimmy saved me! He did such a great job and now I will not let anyone else cut our dogs hair. He is the only reason I continue to go there. Everyone there is really friendly despite the issues in the beginning and I will continue to go there as long as Jimmy can take care of us! I give it a 10star and above because of him!! Thank you, Jimmy!!!

If you care nothing about your animal then take them here. I took my dog in for a nail trim they cut him on two places and when I brought it to there attention they acted like they didn't care and blamed the dog for moving but the cuts was no where near his nail. This was just animal abuse and this place is so horrible they shouldn't b allowed to operate.

I brought both of my dogs in for nail trimming, one roughly 50lbs and the other 27lbs. Beforehand I told the older female working that one of my dogs has a fluxating patella, and that meant that if she chose not to walk that she would have to be carried back to the grooming area. Although this is not an unreasonable request in the grooming field by any means she acted like this would be an issue. A few moments later she told me to bring my dogs in from the car, so I did. She asked for my small dog first and then took her back no problem. When she was done with her she came back for my larger pup. She then proceeded to PULL my dog with an injured knee to the point that my husband had to step in and pick her up. We both would have been more than happy to carry her anywhere that she needed, but she chose to blatently ignore my instruction for care of my dog and pulled her which easily could have resulted in further injury. While my second dog was back with her getting her nails trimmed my husband noticed something red on my smaller dogs paw. Upon further inspection we both realized that she had been "quicked" on 3 out of 4 of her paws. Quicking is when the nails are cut too closely and severe bleeding is a result. Quicking can lead to infection if not handled properly and SHE SHOULD HAVE TOLD US. Instead she acted like it didn't happen. Long story short, I have no idea how this unprofessional place is still in business but I know that they will no longer have mine. Never again. If you care about the SAFETY of your pets, find somewhere else.

This place is amazing!! I was so nervous to take my baby in because of a past horror story with a different groomer. . well as soon as I walked in I was put at ease ... The nice young woman at the counter was so sweet and assured me everything will be fine.. She came out to pet my baby and make sure he was comfortable and made sure she knew exactly how I wanted him cut (I'm kind of picky) she assured me that everything was fine... When I came back to pick him up he was so happy and seemed comfortable and the cut 😍 amazing exactly how I wanted it I dont think it could get any more perfect. Thank you guys so much!! Great place to take your pets!!! They give wonderful care to your pets!!! They can take care of all your pets needs from boarding, trimming their nails, hair cuts and baths! They are local owners and are dependable and foremost trustworthy!!! We have used their services for years and couldn't ask or find anyone better!!!!! We highly recommend The Pet Parlor!!!!!!!

I took my Bishon to have him bathed and trimmed ,. When I went to pick him up they had totally scalped him , he looked like he had been to an Indian reservation. The guy said "we had to do that because he was matted" what a load of bull. My dog never gets matted, the girl that was there that helped with the grooming said " I don't know what a Bishon cut is" , no kidding! They are the cheapest place in town but they are not the best place in town. I won't be taking my dog back ever.

The gentleman was very nice went to have my mom's dogs nails cut. After he got her from me she decided she wasn't comfable and got very nervous and had accident and he was still nice to cut her nails. I will be bringing her back for my mom who has MS thank you very much to the gentleman.

Everyone at Pet Parlor are incredibly sweet and does an incredible job with your pet. Our two schnauzers always look so cute afterwards! It's always service with a smile:) We wouldn't go anywhere else!
