500 stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We have used the same groomer for 30 years but moved and was forced to find a new one. I researched the local businesses on Google and found 2 that I thought would be the place we were looking for. Both places were booked for months, so I went on the website and found an opening to Dogs Unleashed, 1 of the 2 places I wanted to take our furbaby to for grooming. They were beyond amazing! They did everything I asked them to do and did it at top notch! Excellent customer service!!! Highly highly recommend them! Prices are great but most importantly our furbaby was his normal happy self when I picked him up. I dropped off at 9 and he was ready by noon so he didn't have to stay in a cage all day. Love love love this place!!

Amy and her team are superb!!! So glad we found her to help with our boy. If you've ever had a bad experience at a groomer, you'll be grateful when you find a place and people like this! Amy deserves 5+ in my opinion. "Hesed" even gets super excited when we pull up to Dogs Unleashed in Morganton!

Bought treats and toys a while back. My husband and I always remark how nice and helpful the man in the front was. Very patient and took all the time to help us and answered all our questions. I would be annoyed with customers like us and all the questions we ask, but he was above the status quo when it comes to public service. Thank you for having the best kind of people there to greet the customers and to help them. It goes a long way and we spent more than we intended to because of that wonderful experience.

High recommended to this doggie spa place. Jax (full blood husky) loves coming out here to see his favorite groomer, Jess, and the owner, Amy! He love them to death. Jax always came out like he had a great time. They would tell you something if they are concerned about your furbaby. I always truly appericated everything they have done for us. You will never leave the salon disappointed. ❤️❤️❤️

I love this place and its people! After a Very Bad experience with Pet Parlor, I've found a place I love and trust with my dog. Amy, the owner and groomer, always meets Rosie before her grooming, pets and loves on her while asking me what exactly I'd like to have done for her. I really appreciate that. Rosie, who is leery with people, goes straight up to Amy, lets her touch her all over, and walks to the grooming area with her with no problems at all. Rosie always looks and smells wonderful afterwards, and is never stressed. Christopher always explains to me what was done to Rosie, and if she has any problems, what they have found. Dogs Unleashed will be the place I take Rosie forever. I know I can trust them completely with her, that her best interests are foremost with them. I've had dogs for 40 years. Dogs Unleashed is the best grooming service I've found in all that time, including in Atlanta.

They give you the customized customer treatment... I've never passed another customer when coming and going- they schedule their customers right. They are usually booked about 6 weeks out. Amy was very welcoming to my very large strong dog that PetSmart denied because its an "aggressive" breed (German Shepard). He loves going there and I do too!

It is such a powerful and wonderful thing to see a business utilize their space to stand up for truth, transparency and simply - focus on service! I have pets at home and while I do not take them to the groomer or utilize any out of home services (check other reviews for specific 5 star feedback on services) Dogs Unleashed caught my eye during a recent stroll through downtown Morganton. I literally stopped in the middle of the sidewalk - cheering and clapping once I noticed the sign "masks not required". THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for standing up against the human muzzling of this crazy ridiculous world. I will be sure to shop here for pet accessories and be sure to make this my first stop should I ever need pet services! Please stop by and support this business.

LOVED this place! Downtown Morganton, prices were VERY reasonable. SUPER nice staff and my animals have never smelled better :-) NOW....They do have a bit of a wait time, SO I suggest checking every day or so on line to see if any one cancelled. ***Free Tip of the day**

I took my shih tzu there 11/10/2021. She doesnt like many people but she seemed very comfortable with them. They also gave her a treat for being a good girl.
