Great deals in the bins. Get in line early to get the best choices. Saturday is the best restock day. Sunday is restock also. Bargains can still be found on$3, $2 &$1 days.

Every time I come in here I think of them Macklemore song Thrift Shop because this place is a bargain hunters heaven. The amount of incredible things that I've gotten in here, from the Diagnostics statistical manual to diapers to baseball cards to our son's crib is tremendous. The prices are always great, the customer service is terrific, and despite being a more prominent place, it is always clean. If you want a great deal and a great product, come here.

No big deal to me but people love this place really love this place. If you like plundering through and finding a great find you'll love it too.

Big bin and lots of various stuff as bin-store usually have. Just noted that no internet reception for us to do the search for what product price was. So maybe it’s only us using T-mobile, so anyone have similar experience, please share. Ps.small corner for big item in separate price. Have bathroom in the back.

I do really like this store, I love getting great deals. BUT. The majority of stuff I buy is defective, and they have a no return policy. My solar lights have been charging a week and haven't come on. Bought a nice mirror, but it lites up for only 5 seconds at a time. 3 shelves? 2 were broken. This stuff goes straight to the landfill.

It's a bigger location than the one in Hickory. I had a great time today and can't wait to go back.

I drive an Hour to go to this store, it seems like they just randomly change the hours whenever they want. I showed up today for $1 item or $25 bag day . Then I get ready to go and I'm told oh yeah it's now $2 day , $1 is back on Wednesdays. No sign posted on door or anything wasted my gas and 3 hours to find out it's not bag day. Must be nice to just keep changing prices and days whenever the feeling hits you I would go to the hickory store but they are always so very rude. act like they are so much better than you are. Not very happy at all.

If I could live in this store I would!!!! Just make me a nice little pallette in one of the bins!!! Lol. Seriously though, I love this store!!! I'm so glad they brought it back. If I could rate 10 stars I would.

Nice people, great prices for the products that you can get. Crazy selection of products also. I would recommend buying there and I will go back myself.

It's like a treasure hunt. Pricing varies by day as the stock gets older. We went on $2 Tuesday knowing the super deals were likely already gone. We found a lot of items that were in great condition and a good deal at $2. We walked away with 9 things for $18+tax that totaled over $100 when new. Be sure to use their check station where they will open boxes and plug in items. We almost bought a kettle until they opened it and we saw it was burnt to a crisp inside. Employees were friendly and helpful. Worth a visit if you're in the area.

I was there for their grand opening and I waited over two hours to wonder inside. I was in awe when I seen how many products they had and the pallets of merch they replenished. That was crazy but a five star service and worth the $5. Sadly, the price increased ($7) and the employees decreased. They "new" items were wrapped up on pallets. Saturdays are still $5 but the whole place was ran through, that is do to people not caring enough and ripping items out of packaging. (Throwing them down not putting them back in the package.)

Went today for the first time today. It was a lot of fun! I did find a REALLY good item shortly after I got there, but even if I hadn't it was still a fun experience. If you want a deal you definitely need to put in the effort to find it. Might even go back tomorrow!

Went on Wednesday afternoon and the bins were pretty much bare and what was left was broken or parts missing. So, unless you were looking for kids masks or 4 packs of small hand sanitizers, there wasn't much selection. Will definitely go back earlier in the week for, hopefully, a better selection. Staff were very nice and helpful!!

Dirty.. $7 Saturdays not worth the junk. Ripping people off. Been twice both times spending well over $130+and when we got home ended up throwing half the items we purchased into the trash. Some items you cannot test. Example: Keyboard, headlamps, coffeemaker which did power on but no output of water. Most items have been used and then returned broken or extremely dirty. All the good items are put aside mark at retail price. Seen better bin stores that where cheaper.

Was turned away with 30+ customers still shopping because they were closing early in 2-3 minutes. Not really sure how all of those people were getting checked out in 2-3 minutes and I drove across town 30 minutes to still have thirty minutes to shop. I would’ve bought around 20 things in under 15 minutes like we always do. Very disappointed with management and the rudeness of how they talk to people.

A lot of fun stuff, you can find good things depending on what you're going for. The shop cherry picks and pulls any actual brand name or valuable items out of the bins and sells them at close to new cost...which is frustrating. You will pretty much only find dirt cheap Chinese knockoff products in the bins for that reason. But hey...for a few bucks, that's not a big deal probably. Just would be nice to have the real stuff in there too.

Scrounge and scratch. Deals galore younguns but you gotta dig. Make an adventure out of it. Christmas presents for the way-off kin and your incarcerated friends.

While visiting family in NC, my cousin took me to the Bin5 in Morganton. Omg! I had the best time! My first time at an Amazon returns store. I think we spent 3 hours here and walked out with a buggy load! I got some pet stuff. Garden solar lights, massager, and much more. Super friendly associates that were eager to help. I'll definitely be back

Today was my first visit to Bin 5 and I got some really good stuff. I added everything up when I got home based off Amazon and my items totaled $555 and I only spent $85!! That’s a win!! A tip ... take your items to the back counter and make sure everything works and all pieces/parts are there. I’ll be going back very soon!

I've been to this place twice. Both times nothing but broken junk. The fun of these bin return stores is you might find treasure in the bins. I've found neat stuff at the Hickory one but this place goes through the returns before they put them out and then has a section where they sell the cherry picked items for more than $5. It totally defeats the idea of the bin store. Won't waste my time again. Go to Hickory, it's actually pretty fun. This location is junk. Not sure if they are owned by the same people but the difference is night & day.

Goofy concept, mostly Amazon returns. Usually no bargin. It's a Return... Bins filled with rejected goods. Sad really, reminded me of the broken toys in Rudolph. Might go on Tuesday. Everything is $1.00. Probably buttons and push pins. Oh got pallets-0-stuff too, 350.00 and 500.00. Take a chance basically. I didn't expect much, wasn't surprised. Up to you.

Great place to find great deals. You may get sheets, curtains, a shirt or key board or coffee pot or who knows! Don't go thinking I'm gonna get a tablet or phone you might but probably won't. But you can get other great deals.

This place sucks, everything is open, looks like you took miscellaneous items, tore the wrapper open ,through it in the bin and stired it up, didn't purchase anything at this store. We drove back to Hickory where things are monitored more closely and items are together better

Junk in bins. Got home with 3 items with no cords. They are not checking merchandise. The one in Hickory is the best. I was totally disappointed. Bins were just full of empty boxes and packages laying open. Thought they were suppose to check on merchandise. Can you return items would be my next question?

Will never return to this store very disrespectful man by the name of "moe" says he is the manager was very rude to me an my family said we was opening packages as they were already open an laying everywhere. We was looking at the open stuff an was told we couldn't???? We even put things back in boxes that we didn't even look at just trying to be generous. If this is the type of people bin 5 wants to employ this business will not last long at all. Hopefully the real manager /owner will see this an take proper action

Interesting place to find deals if you know enough about what you're looking for. Many boxes in the bins have either no markings or aren't cleat as to the product inside. The counter at the back allows you to open boxes to examine contents and see if parts are missing, so there are options and you're not "buying blind." I've heard other Bin 5 locations are better, but I've not been to them to speak to that, but will say that you can find good stuff if you are willing to commit the time to seek it out.

Very rude employees. They tell their rules to you outside while you are lined up as they smoke their nasty cigarettes. We all do not want to smell cigarettes while we wait in line! Cashier yells out to ppl in line that she will not ring you up if you have more than 1 bag.... Ridiculous..

I've been to 2 other Bin 5's. Hickory and Cherryville. Liked both of them for the most part. This place is massive compared to them. However, the bins seem less full. Here's the kicker - It's called Bin 5 because the buy totes of Amazon returns and dump it all in bins and everything is $5 each. Not this place. They have cherry picked items out like records, video games, nice watches and jewelry, etc. and sell them for significantly higher than $5, which goes against the whole point of this place. Other similar stores that are closer to Charlotte have done the same thing and we don't go there anymore. Probably not going here anymore either. Will have to see if it keeps heading in the wrong direction.
