Ive been out of my seizure meds for 2 days now because they said they dont have any refills. If you run out of refills it is the pharmacys job to contact your doctor and request refills

I had a box to send out by Fedex. I had called the store to make sure I would be able to send it from their location because I had seen a review that said they weren't. Yes, you can send Fedex packages. I went with a fairly large box, probably just under 3' x 2.5'. Customer service came to help. Then another woman comes over and starts saying, in a very rude voice, that the box was too big; it probably couldn't be sent; they don't have much room for Fedex packages, etc. She flips open a notebook, looks at the box, then closes it and says it can go. Rudest experience I've ever had when sending out a package. She could have just kept silent, checked the book, then walked away, instead of going on the tirade she went on. I won't be back at that Walgreens for anything! May be sending this review to Fedex, also.

Angela always recognizes me. It makes you feel very welcome to know that she gets to know her customers. She’s always extremely kind and has helped me when I’ve had issues getting my medication and when my insurance was messed up !

Angela is the best at the drive-thru. She remembers me by my truck when I have to pick up meds for my mama. She is always very kind. I ask about transferring my meds from another store, she said no problem. Pulled it up, ask me if I wanted 90 instead of just 30, cost less. The other store never ask me that. She filled it in a few minutes. She is the bomb. It's hard to find good customer service now. Everybody is out for their self, you feel like you are a inconvenience to be shopping there or asking for anything. Angela is great.

Pharmacy never has the meds and has to order. You will get notifications that drug is ready when it isn't. Receive multiple recorded calls every day even though I opted out. Pharmacy is always confused and can't find your orders.

My wife waited at the drive-thru a half hour before anyone acknowledged her while I was waiting for her to pick me up from the emergency room. The female pharmacist or tech was also rude. This will be my last business with Walgreens.

Don't try to pick up a Rx between 5pm and 6pm. The drive through were 10 deep and going inside to pick up Rx isn't better. They were 10 deep as well. Course the same 2 people (pharmacist and pharmacy technician) are all there is. Inside or outside they can only handle 1 at a time. Walgreens ceos and share holders need to come off some $$$ and help your staff cause they are killing themselves for you.

Ai stopped here to pick up antibiotics for my daughter. They did not have it in stock. The pharmacist called around to every pharmacy in the area. 6 places latter he finally found it at a rite aide. Plus he have gave me number to call to get a coupon for her ear drops that I had a 50 dollar copay on. This place is great.

Did not even have the decency to call me and tell me the meds my child needed were not available. They waited until someone arrived to pick up the prescription and then advised they were out. When I called to discuss the issue, they couldn’t have cared any less. They didn’t even try to sound concerned. Awful customer service.

On this day September 22,2022 I went to this location and woman at desk was not a good service. I asked about ice...she was negative...I was not happy at all! Bs more curious instead of being being a Karen
