I love this TJ Maxx it has a great selection and pretty good prices. I do believe that some things are a higher price than other stores but location probably plays a part in this as everywhere else around here! Love the store tho!

I just left the store with my husband after having the sweetest interaction with one of the cashiers, Katelyn. I really hope I didn't spell her name wrong! However! She was so kind, careful while handling our belongings, and maintaining a timely check out while taking the time to interact with me in conversation. Her smile was absolutely infectious and her gentle nature in such a bustling workplace shouldn't go unnoticed.

Really disappointed. Found the most perfect gift for my daughters teacher, but unfortunately the cashier failed to wrap it and it fell out of my bag and shattered. Now I’m out $8 and a gift. I expected that if u sell breakables you have a way to package them to keep them safe.

I use to love shopping here, but that has changed the last few years. They do not seem to get essential oils anymore. Everything is crammed in and a bit claustrophobic. Lines are almost always too long. Staff is always so polite and helpful, but I will stick to shopping online.

I've come to this T.J Maxx as long as I can remember, I have been to several different ones, but this one just feels like home. I love looking through their clothes and beauty products. And the employees are always so nice!

Lots of cool items at a decent price. Except the one gal stocking shelves was rude. She stepped in my path and just walked forward. I had to walk around her. She didn't even excuse herself.

It's where my wife likes to go for women's wear. The racks are laid out by type: tops, skirts, slacks, etc. and also by size. They also have luggage, housewares and similar items, but Being a closeout type of store, what you find one time probably won't be there the next time.

Great prices, good merchandise. Clerks are friendly. Sometimes, the line gets sort of long. The staff does what they can to get people checked out in a timely manner.

Good shopping experience. Found a good selection. Lady at the register pushed credit card and giving to children a bit hard. If we can, we always do, but making us feel bad certainly doesn't bolster later visit chances.

Love this store. Prices are excellent, always something new to find for your home, clothing, makeup, etc. I love their selection of soaps and candles too. They refresh the selection pretty regularly so it's always a new experience. Downside is it can be a bit messy at times but I can live with that to find a great deal.Update:They really need to have more cashiers. I know it's hard to find employees right now, but I've left the store on a few occasions now because it wasn't worth waiting in line for. I don't really expect customer service when I come here, but getting your customers through the line quickly should be a top priority for any retail establishment.

Great store with name brand clothes for really good prices!!!! I definitely recommend this store. Checking this store on a regular basis has been the best way I found to make sure you don't miss some nice clothes if you buy name brand like I do. Once a month is easy to do and benefits more when picky on your style. The kids clothes is also great prices and styles. If you like college sport clothes they have them also on a regular and definitely better prices than other big stores. They also have some other neat stuff that is not clothes.

My mother had a gift card for this store. I didn't really do any shopping, but from what I could see they had some very nice items. Prices seem to be affordable; however, I wasn't really shopping so I can't really give a straight opinion on the prices. The store itself was very well lit and clean. Everyone seemed nice.

Pricier than Ross with the same things. Plus sizes are not true to size like Ross and run small, plus size selection very small and scarce. I don't like how so much clothing is so jammed together in one small space.On the pro side, sometimes you can find a good deal. Some cute items. Things you can't find at Walmart. Nice makeup and jewelry selection! Nice purse selection.

I purchased some clothing @ my TJMAX here in Morehead City NC.Unfortunately I don’t like trying on clothes in a store. At home when checking my items realized that the sizes were off . Long story short I returned the items I couldn’t wear. A store representative ask very politely how she could assist. I had my receipt but had removed the tags needed to identify . It took probably 20-25 minutes, the store was really busy, I apologized multiple times . “AYESHA” was so patient & assured me it wasn’t a problem. So Ayesha ☝🏻 thank you for being you. I wish there were more of you 👏🏻

I LOVE this store. But I had a very uncomfortable experience with the cashier. I declined applying for the credit card and she just kept going on and on about it. I declined again, saying I'm in the process of buying a house and I can't have any pulls on my credit report. She goes on saying that it wouldn't affect that and I should just apply for the savings and the points. I declined. She goes on to say how it would help me decorate my house. I declined.I understand the reason retail stores have associates mention the credit card. But this woman would not stop, gave me false information, and truly made me feel uncomfortable. No means no.I would not go to her register ever again.

I like to shop here. Love the Betsy Johnson purses and jewelry! My one suggestion would be to have more people cross trained to the registers. If there are a lot of people trying to check out when I'm ready to buy an item or 2, I debate in my head if the item is worth the wait in line.

Checkout lines have become increasingly long. Waiting on average 30-45 minutes to check out. You can see the carts full of items people are just leaving because they don't want to wait. I love the unique finds at this store but it isn't worth it.

Deals on name brand items. You should check it out. I've been going there since they came to this area and always find something I need or want at a good price. Have never found any flaws in my merchandise. Having a Keurig of Starbucks while I'm doing this review for .49 cents. Probably shouldn't post that because you all will rush down there and buy them out.
