Love, love, love Shampooches!! Today was the 2nd time I've taken my Maltese puppy for a bath. The ladies are fantastic and so sweet! Buster still has lots of puppy in him, so their kindness and patience is greatly appreciated! Being a local, I'm so thankful to have found them and we look forward to many more visits to Shampooches! Very cute ambience as well! Highly recommend!

I stopped in to check out the boutique to find out that they actually do dog washing and grooming and a multitude of other surfaces. The place was very clean and the stop was extremely friendly and helpful. Prices are about the going rate. I was pleased with the service that I had and would recommend. They did a great job with my new Fur baby.

While visiting family in the area took our 3 doggies to get their nails cut and decided our senior one needed a bath, the staff were fantastic and our dog seems so happy and clean now!

They did a great job trimming and bathing our dog Petey. He looked and smelled so nice. Petey has some "special" issues, but they handled him with no problems. Will definitely be going back there and recommending to everyone.

Love this place! My whole family has been using this place for years without issue. With my grandparents dogs, who have anxiety, they do the same thing the vets do. They either wait for us to leave, or carry them, (one is medium and one is little) and then maneuver them to the back. Never getting down to their level or trying to yank them away, that just makes anxiety worse. They always look great, smell fabulous and they have the cutest little scarves on! I will not trust anyone else with our dogs.. 10 out of 10!

I'm a first time puppy owner and brought my puppy here today. They took great care of him and he looks and smells amazing. Staff also was so helpful in educating me about the best types of brushes to use on him etc. Will definitely be returning!

I can't express how happy I am to have found this place. I am new to the area and came in to use their tubs to give my Chesapeake a bath. The employees were all very friendly and walked me through how to use everything since it was my first time. They provided me with ample shampoos, conditioners, brushes, and anything else I could need. The price was fair and I was even given a discount for January and a free cute bandana :) They have a lot of specials and a reward program- 10 washes and the 11th is free. I will definitely be bringing my other dog with me to use all of their services!

Took my 14 yr old dog Jazzie get her nails clipped today. M⁶y husband. And I was very disappointed. 1st we weren't even welcomed by staff at all, 2nd I had to interduce myself n my little dog. 3rd they didn't comfort my dog at all and so my dog was shaking so bad. I then told the lady that she bas seizures when stressed and , then we get home my lil grl back paw was bleedingIn 2 places. They didn't mention anything to us about it. Never will we talke her back there. I just wanted to let everyone know our experience there was terrible for us n ourJazzie.Thank youLisa&Mike WolfOctober 11 2023

I bring my boxer in once a month for nails and glands. I call spontaneously and am always provided a same day apt. New product for sale for pet odors, it is amazing..Fresh grapefruit scent, for use on everything.Called Wiz BGone, only 9.99 for a 22oz spray bottle.

These people are completely unprofessional.I came to drop off my fathers dog.I waited approximately 20 minutes before even being acknowledged.There were only two people in the whole building that I could see.When someone finally checked me in i was rudely informed that…(IT’S GOING TO BE A MINUTE!)!

Love shampooches and the owner Brandi is a super nice person her staff is awesome. I’m take my dads two little dogs to get groomed my sister dog gets groomed and my favorite is washing my dog myself bc she don’t need grooming and she doesn’t like water so the self service dog wash is just the best thing since sliced bread !! We RV and I’m all for Brandi to open a chain so we could enjoy that awesome service of self washing every where such a brilliant idea to me and this lady did it right !! So anybody a angel investor go talk to this lady

I've been taking my golden retriever here for about a year and have had no issues. We always get the same thing - ears and grinch toes trimmed and sanitary trim. I guess we got someone new because they cut ALL of his feathers off and now he looks like some kind of weird Labrador. You need to be very specific every time you go about what needs to be done or your dog could end up with a bad haircut.

The employees are kind compassionate and skillful. They treat every pet like it was their own. They talk to them, calm them like they were little furry humans. They have a great selection of treats for the pets and their humans too. Your pet won't be disappointed. The regulars just run to the employees; they are so happy to see them.

Well, the place treats my 7 yr old Maltipoo great. I highly recommend it, the people who run the place really takes good care of your pet. But l have been using 1 girl for my dog for 7 years, so I follow her where ever she goes. Unfortunately she ( The groomer) has moved.

Excellent experience. Stopped by to just see how the self dog wash worked. Ended up having them wash our Great Pyrenees. Will definitely be bringing him again. Very friendly and excellent service. Fair pricing. I like ability to either have them wash or you can wash your dog.

Expensive, but they did an excellent job with our large and medium-large dogs. If money were no obstacle I'd send the dogs here every time.Be warned there's little to no natural grass on the property. Ask the staff where you can take your dogs to do their business, and be sure to clean up after yourself!

This place was awesome, truly full-service self-wash, they thought of everything. Mica did a great job on my dog’s nails! Everyone was helpful, definitely worth $21. My dog even liked the air dryer, I will be back to try their grooming.
