We did go in about 815, more people were still coming in at 845 and each time an associate would holler we are closing at 9pm. While I do understand it came off rude. What appeared to be some type of manager was running around mumbling how much she loves her job. just a bit off setting when we want to enjoy our shopping experience at any hour.

me and my boyfriend went to this ross location and had the most disrespectful experience from a cashier. we were waiting in line at the very front with a few people behind us and the line was getting longer so this older women hopped on the cashier to help. we assumed it was our turn because we had been waiting and were next in line and as we were about to walk up to get check out by her she proceeded to ask if the man behind us was first even though he clearly was behind us and gave absolutely no indication that he was before us. we assured her that we were first in line and had been waiting and she questioned us like we were lying. we were too stunned to even process how rude the lady was to us. she didn’t even seem sorry and she clearly didn’t want to serve us. you shouldnot work in customer service if you are going to treat people that way.

One of my favorite places to shop! Dominique one of the managers is amazing! Always helpful friendly and courteous! She is one of the reasons I shop here so frequently! If every department store had a Dominique they would be successful! Just love her! She guarantees my return almost daily! Lol

Sometimes when you go into a Ross, you can find some pretty good deals. But I went into this one today, after coming from T. J. Maxx...and the two places just don't even compare. T. J. Maxx, for example, is much cleaner, has a MUCH bigger selection, and is a lot more inviting to shop in. Ross is very sparse-looking compared to its competitors and not as organized/clean looking. Their prices seem to be lower overall, though, so that's one good thing.

The manager on duty mishandled my clothes. Although I brought them in a hanger, she took them and threw them on a shelf while I was done shopping. That was absolutely repulsive!!

Excellent staff , especially manager she helped me even though my arms are larger and longer than normal people my size and even though they didn't have the coat I needed I always recurve excellent customer service Everytime. Thanks Ross hopefully I'll get the coat I really want being it will be in stock before next year fall or winter starts because I need a 2x, 3x maybe to feel comfortable and the price for the coat is amazing too. Thanks for a positive experience everytime I go there

As soon as I got in line an older lady completely stopped organizing a shelf and got behind the register as fast as she can just so she could Say raise your mask higher. My mask was completely over my mouth and nose and if it went any higher I’d be blind. She was extremely rude and shouldn’t be working there.

Customer service is awful, went in for a quick little trip during this pandemic, my friend was standing in line outside with my baby (1 month) in his car seat in one hand and her baby (8 month) in the other... I had a c-section and he's to heavy for me to carry since I'm still recovering, I grabbed a cart just to bring to the door and get him in an associate immediately stopped me very rudely and told me I couldn't go out that way so I was like ok I headed to the exit and she yelled at me saying I couldn't take the cart outside I explained I was just grabbing my baby because I can't lift him she said it doesn't matter so I left the cart at the door and went to grab him and she took my cart and put it away and made me walk all the way around to the entrance again. Do not recommend this store for any mom with babies!

My wife and I visited your store on Saturday night around 5:30 pm. We bought several items and went to the check out line. There were two registers running and one person in each line. We are familiar with where the line starts when it's crowded. We got in behind a person inline at the register and we were told we had to get out of line and go where the line starts. Hey there was no body in line! I felt the clerks over reacted and we exchanged some kind words. We left without making our purchase. Just feel the clerks need to look around instead of being rude to folks in regards to where the line starts.

I walked into this store yesterday with my family, my 3 month old who was asleep! The girl with pink hair handing out masks at the front of this store stopped us asked if we forgot our mask? I simply asked “I have to wear one”? Because I have yet to shop somewhere where I was FORCED to wear one! She very rudely exclaimed “well it’s state mandate” we immediately left & went next door to TJMaxx where the lady very politely & calmly asked if we would like some masks! We accepted, put them on and did our shopping! I have never had a retail worker be rude to me in my entire shopping experience in life! We will not return and do not recommend to anyone that doesn’t want to immediately be met with hostility!

I shop at Ross all the time it's very affordable and they get new stuff all the time. The bathroom isn't very clean and I notice the staff dont seem very happy. If everyone there seems unhappy it sounds like managment needs to make some changes to help moral.

I love ross!!!! But it seems like lately... They just dont have much in the way of purses and shoes. I have been several times and multiple days a week. And it seems like they have the same items. Makes me sad. I would like to get some nice things for my new job!!!!

Scored 3 dresses for a little more than $10 each, love that, but gosh the service here is terrible. I stood at the front, ready to checkout for about 5 min with staff standing around. When I was finally acknowledged, the lady said " well you're in the return line, if you want to pay for something I can help you". Good Lord! When I went to check out with her, I made a special point to be kind and she did not respond at all. I looked for her name tag, but surprised, she was not wearing one. I also looked at my receipt, and the sales associate area only has a number. Not sure if this is the standard practice of this Ross location or not, but I know I won't be back to this one.

I'm really impressed by how neat this store is. I find that the departments are usually well organized and straightened up throughout the day, and lately they have been very well stocked since re-opening during the pandemic.

Store was clean and the service was good. The lady who checked us out was friendly. One thing I hate about Ross is that the clothes are always all mixed up. The shoes are also. I got a pair of pants that were on the wrong hanger (tag on hanger) and in the wrong section and didn't notice until I left. -_-

Yesterday we were in Ross in Morehead City, NC. and went to the register to pay for our items. There was a sign that indicated for us to stay behind the sign until called, which we did. There was a person paying and the cashier looked at us and knew we were waiting. In the meantime a lady came and stood on the other side of the sign. When the lady finished paying we started towards the register and she looked at the other lady and told her it was her turn. She then looked at us and said we were in the return line. The sign did not indicate anything about a return side. There were people behind us waiting to pay, also, that did not have a return. No one was on the other side of the sign. Our line turned around and walked to the other side. By this time there were 5 people in front of us. We put our things back and as we were leaving the Loss Prevention woman, I won’t say lady, said Hayley “You should have gotten in the right line”. I replied “You just lost a big sale.” I will never go in this Ross again and I will post this and a picture on Social Media for all to see. There is no excuse for rudeness!

I loved the store but when I went to return Christmas gifts I went through an embarrassing moment with one of the cashiers..the bad part about this my granddaughters were with me. Adults have to keep in mind when children are present not to act irresponsibly with their words and most of all with their attitude! I had to tell my g/d's that sometimes you have to learn to ignore bad clerks/cashiers and concentrate on the good ones...but I was not at all in the ignoring mood and hope I can let Ross Store know with an official complaint. I'm going home soon to my island of Puerto Rico where it's very rare to encounter such attitudes from store personnel, especially in the category of Ross. Too bad for I originally intended to suggest for them to come to PR because I truly loved to shop there, but now I'm praying they NEVER step into our island!

Manager on duty yesterday was extremely rude and nasty attitude! Can barely fit inside dressing room in middle of the store. Any plus size person wouldn’t be able to try on clothes and won’t allow them to use the bigger ones in the back.

I used to enjoy shopping at Ross, but I don't anymore. This is my second trip in a couple of weeks and I walked out empty handed both times. I HATE the temporary cubicle dressing room in the center of the store. There is no access to the bathroom either in the evening. No journals or books anymore. I doubt I will be back unless I am desperate for a dress and can go before 7 pm so I can use a real dressing room.

I have shopped at this ross since I was little and I personally have enjoyed my experience. The store is the slightest bit dirty but in a way that it needs an update. The employees have all been respectful and the selection is the typical variety of past fads dropped to the affordable after market price off flopped trends. There are plenty of fashionable clothing choices from top brands. Shop or dont it is your choice. I say as nike would say "Just Do It" and as Under armor says "I Will".

I was shocked at the lack of stock on the shelves. They look as if they are going out of business. I do realize that change of the seasons depletes the shelves but this is ongoing at this location. The staff if very nice and helpful.
