Took my 2 chihuahuas here for grooming and to get there shots. i receive a phone call saying not to freak out, but one of them fell from the top of the cage waiting to be groomed. we then had to drive 30 mins to a nearby pet hospital so he could be assessed, and now my dog has to be kept overnight to be evaluated. thankfully the vet paid for all the bills. when i asked why the cage wasn't secure, the only answer given was that it was "still being looked into" and that the cage looked fine. he then tried to throw the blame on my 3 pound dog for jumping on the fence causing it to open. the 4 hours out of my day i had to wait at the hospital were not compensated for or the gas i had to use to drive back and fourth. do not recommend going here if you have small dogs as they will not ensure their safety.
