Customer Service…NOT!I contacted Petsmart to have my dog’s nails clipped. Unfortunately, the grooming department’s coordination left much to be desired. They couldn’t find a suitable time for the nail clipping. The scheduling process was chaotic: the first appointment offered was three weeks out, followed by a week-out date, and then a 10-day wait.During my three separate conversations with different representatives, I emphasized that my dog had special needs. He was well-mannered but needed to lie down during the nail clipping. Each time, the grooming department assured me it wouldn’t be an issue and noted my request.However, just 1 hour and 45 minutes before the scheduled clipping, I received yet another call from the groomer. Despite accepting two digital reminders on my phone, they informed me that corporate policy dictated they couldn’t accommodate dogs unable to stand on their own. I respect their policy, but why wasn’t this communicated during our initial conversations?This oversight resulted in unnecessary delays, four phone calls, three appointment changes, and wasted time. Clearly, corporate policy should prioritize informing customers promptly. Additionally, groomers should be well-versed in policies, appointment scheduling, and calendar management. Petsmart’s grooming department needs improvement. Save yourself the hassle—look elsewhere for pet grooming services! 🐾🐶

I don't mind this location but they are seemingly always out of stock on the dog food and meal toppers I need so if they could fix their stocking process I'd give it 5 stars

We had to change groomers due to our other groomer changing there days, we brought them to petsmart for the first time and we will continue bringing them there!! Everyone is super nice and our dogs looked amazing ❤️ thank you Laurie!!

Had an appointment to get my dog groomed, they rescheduled. I was okay with that. Rescheduling date comes.I take my dog there telling me they can only cut his nails. That they will need to reschedule for a hair cut. Complete joke.

Austin and the Ladies do an excellent job of grooming our Turbo. Turbo does not like to get groomed. 😀 We love bringing our doggies to Petsmart to get groomed. Thank you All!

Took my puppy for her first time appointment puppy bath, nail trim etc. It was included in the coupon book I purchased. The groomer, Ashley, was absolutely wonderful. Hildie loved her...I could tell. All the groomers were very friendly. Excellent service! When I checked out my coupon wouldn't work. A manager was called and he explained we also got a cut which wasn't covered, but he honored the coupon anyway. Very pleasant and helpful cashier and manager. This store has always served us well.

Everything you need for you pets (dogs, cats, reptiles, rodents, birds & fish). The staff is very helpful and the cashier, an older woman with brown hair (didn’t get her name) is AWESOME. You can tell she loves animals & she always asks about your dog or cat & wants to know why you chose that animal

Disappointed in this location. Most of the employees seem unhappy which reflects on how they treat their customers. When asking questions; it seems like you're a burden to them. The older lady who checked me out on Sunday morning was rude. She didn't greet me, she was sitting down eating, once getting to the register, the only thing she said was "what's your phone number". I had a case of canned cat food that I wanted to keep in the box, however she just opened the case and dumped all the cans in a plastic bag. I will definitely from now on avoid this location and either order online or go to Tractor Supply where at least you feel welcomed and appreciated.

My dog hates the vet’s office and groomers so I had to get her a bribe. If you travel, the vet service is great because there’s a Petsmart/Banfield pretty much everywhere. The groomers are inconsistent depending on who you get and the product selection is great and the staff is helpful.

Not a bad visit (1 star), not an exceptional visit (5 stars) either.Got what we needed for our soon to be adopted dog. Leash, collar, harness, bowl and name tag. Also picked up some food for our cats and some items for the aquarium.Waited a little long for someone to open a 2nd register, but not enough to get bent out of shape about.

Clean, respectful, and eager to help. Large variety of reptiles, lizards, fish, crickets mice, rats a few cats... also has a veterinarian on duty, with grooming services too... treats, food, collars, name tags, and Dr. toys housing for the above listed pets plus some not listed, and animals are allowed inside on leash preferably.

The PetSmart employees treated our late Bichon "mork" with respect and dignity and had his ashes in a very pretty container with their signatures and expressions of sorrow. We highly recommend PetSmart and we continue to use them to this day. I pray that when max and Minnie go to doggie heaven they do the same for them

My big Ole hound dog loves his warm and cozy new jacket!I also can't remember the girl at the counters name (because I'm an idiot😆) But she was also extremely friendly and helpful.
