I paid $11 for a large salad on my lunch break, thinking I could save some for later. Wrong. The bowl was half filled, amounting to about 8 bites of salad. I ordered 2 salad dressings that sounded good, but neither one had any flavor whatsoever. That's when I looked around and saw half a dozen people on their laptops and drinking a beverage, but nobody was eating the food. Now I understand why literally nobody has suggested Panera when I've asked for restaurant suggestions.

I ordered a package of mini orange scones that according to online should have contained 9 scones. When I arrived home, I discovered there were only 6 in the bag. I tried calling multiple times to let them know and no one answered the phone. There wasn't an answering machine so could not leave a message. The salad and sandwich were delicious, but disappointed number of scones they gave me were not the same as indicated online.

Just started eating Panera and definitely will be back to this location. They were very helpful and food was really good. Easy to eat healthy here as well if you know how to order healthy. In general the food is a lot healthier than other restaurants regardless how you order it. Definitely will be back.

Our food was good but the poor lady at the front could not beg anyone back there to help her. She charged me and my kids wrong and when that was brought to the managers attention he said well our prices have gone up and didn’t give my daughter-in-law her brownie she was missing. I’m pretty baffled with the customer service. Must do better!!!

Great customer service and delicious food! First visit after moving into the area after a long day at work. I ordered food to go and didn't find the cheese for my onion soup when I got home. I dragged myself back to the car and drove through the drive thru to get the cheese. They didn't hesitate to take care of it and got me on my way quickly. Got home and finally sat down with my delicious soup and there was my cheese in my soup but it had melted so it was in the bottom which was why I hadn't seen it. I can't say how much I appreciate their patience with me and not arguing about whether or not I had gotten the cheese. They were very nice and helpful and the food was wonderful. It was just what I needed at the end of a very long day.

This is for the Morehead City, NC restaurant. I would like to thank them all (specifically Faith, one of the managers). I ordered through the drive thru yesterday. When I got back to my office I realized that the flat bread pizza I ordered was missing. (I didn't know they gave them to you in a separate box.) I called because I couldn't leave the office to go back and Faith took my name. I was told to come any time and pick it up. So I went back today to get it and ordered some other things in addition. I was thinking that I would only be receiving the flat bread for no charge but instead I was not charged for any of my order. Totally unexpected and totally appreciated! Outstanding customer service!! Thanks so much!!

So I waited in the drive through and it was a super busy day so it took a while. This drive through in particular you can’t escape from because it has a curb on the other side. I asked for a buffalo chicken sandwich but with a softer bread because the French baguette is as hard as a rock everytime I get it. Apparently they “aren’t allowed to substitute the bread?? Honestly not worth going back to. I ended up not ordering and still being stuck in the line until the curb ended.

While the food is great most of the time I highly advise you to check your orders before you leave!We are consistently missing items from our order. When speaking the manager you get the basic “we’re so sorry” or “let us fix it” but bother ever comes of it.You’d expect a little bit more quality control due to their price point and how slow they fulfill orders.It’s super frustrating

It's a decent panera. My only complaint is that the iced green tea tastes odd and the chicken is dry to the point of crumbling.Update: 8/3/17Green Tea still tastes off. I'm still never touching that dry chicken again.

5 stars are not enough for this Panera location that helped me with 2 very short turn-around- time catering orders. The district manager personally helped me place the order, decide what would be appropriate for the groups, and ensure they were delivered on time. Thank you Panera at Morehead City! You saved the day!

I love the soup at this restaurant. However, the decision to require a customer to decide whether to tip or not prior to receiving their food is an atrocious way to do business. It is for this reason alone that my family will not return.

1st time and last time.PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER!!Ordered two sandwiches and didn’t get my drinks. Only 2 chips. Don’t recommend it. Sandwiches were okay but not worth it.Save money go somewhere else.

Usually we are satisfied when going here, sometimes they make minor mistakes but today was a aggravating experience. We asked for a bagel and cream cheese, we got a molded open cream cheese. After we went back in to tell them, they gave us a bagel with hair baked into it. They also disregarded our request for no cheese on the sandwich because of allergies and wanted avocado on it. There was cheese and no avocado on my sandwich. The manager was very sweet and kind about it and refunded us our money but I recommend double checking your food before you dig in.

Ok we went to treat ourselves got a potpie salad with chicken and a green goddess ok the blue berries bad the tomatoes on the way out barely any chicken check your fruit and veg something not Wright we gave a 2 star for the cookies if people spend 32d on 2 salads and 2 cookies make sure it fresh fruit and vegetables more chicken

Everytime I come through here, I end up missing something. Ik at times yall could be busy, but order accuracy is important. This time I ordered a bear claw and it was missing, last time it was the soup. Yall got me twice now lolol can't let ya get me again 🤷🏻

They are so expensive! I got a half sandwich, salad and a cookie and spent $16! The salad was good but the avocado chicken sandwich was nothing to write home about. I had it in my hometown 3 weeks prior and it tasted way better. Something was missing.

Came in on my hour lunch, i ordered a teriyaki bowl with no cilantro. I waited 40 minutes and asked if my food was coming and the staff laughed and put my food up onto the counter a minute later since it was just sitting there. 40 minute wait and it was lukewarm and was more of a cilantro salad than anything.
