Very clean and sanitary. When they fall, disaster is the pharmacy staff running around like chickens with their heads cut off. They tell customers anything to move people along. Their prices were super high, 30% to 60% over Walmart and Lowe's Food, and Food Lion's 20% to 30% higher. B3 stars are generous, I think. Second chances. Complete 180 crazy to calm the only issue was they didn't have what I came for. I think another star is warranted. It felt like a laid-back feel. There's not much you can do about the pharmacy. Small space for a few pharmacists and technicians. It seems to be settling into a more laid-back atmosphere. Little improvements Here and there. Don't they call that progress in the real world?

I got a sandwich from the deli and Carrie mumbled while taking my order and when I asked her to repeat what she had said she yelled "what would you like on top" very disrespectfully. It's clear she's unhappy with her job but no need to take it out on customers.Ryan was very respectful when taking other customers orders and seemed to enjoy being there at least.

I'm giving one star because they have a policy in place that doesn't allow a number to be typed in should the magnetic strip read an error and not process. Even with my I.D. and having the physical card they are not allowed to type it in. I know it's not their fault at the store so this rating is for the company in general. You don't leave a family stranded with a cart full of groceries while other people are waiting just to uphold a RIDICULOUS policy as such. I can understand if someone walks up with a piece of paper with card numbers on it but this was not the case. Food Lion and other stores have no problem typing in the card numbers while I wait for my new one to arrive.

Definitely upscale. I frequent a less fancy food store but my wife is always talking about Teeter. It is well lit, well stocked and pricey. But it is the only place that has a few of her favorite products so it is worth it.

Went in to do some shopping and it is approximately 1049 am. Asked associate making pizzas if I could get a Supreme pizza. There were several pizzas already under the heating lamp so I am to assume they are open. The associate told me that I would have to wait until 1130 because she has to make her “over pizzas first”. I’m not sure what that means but I’m confused as to the fact a customer is in to do shopping and probably won’t get out of the store spending less then $100 but the pizzas for the heating lamps “oven pizzas” must be completed before throwing a customers pizza order in the oven . This may sound petty but in my mind it goes to the level of customer satisfaction you want to represent. So I’ll go to Lowes get my food and do with out the pizza today. Hate it because have always got great service here as a local resident 😩

You can find almost anything in this store! From everyday items like cleaning supplies, toiletries, pet food, and groceries, to more convenient already prepared food you can get on the go. The staff is always helpful and courteous and you can even get wine and cheese taste testing! The salad bar is phenomenal and always full of fresh food and different types of soups and pasta dishes. The pharmacists there are very polite and treat you more like a neighbor than a customer. They even have reminder messages you can get sent to your mobile device for when your prescriptions are ready. It's a little farther for me to drive from the beach, but it is most definitely worth it!

My Harris teeter 🎵🎶 its the little things 🎵 i always singing along with this while i'm in the store. hahaThe customer service here is top notch, there is an obvious low turnover rate, cuz many of the same homies have been working here for years, i know a lot of them by name. Very nice peoples, best item selection around, best produce in town. though the prices on some items are a little steep.. many products are the cheapest in town. I got mad love for Harry Teets just please bring back the box of fresh dates that used to be in the corner of the produce section.

I visited the deli at Harris Teeter , subs are awesome , pizza was very good , deli is always clean and very presentable, prices can't be beat.10/30/22... I went back to Harris Teeter today , still extremely clean. Associates very polite , well dressed and helpful ...definitely will be back...10 Stars !!1/30/23..for an awesome sub. Try Harris Teeter's deli , also try their pizza that is made fresh in their section of the deli, slices are huge prices are great..they also have a buffet. Table for take out, everything is fresh!

Harris Teether is one of the cleanest supermarkets that I shop at. Everytime I visit the store, the associates are friendly, and always offering their services. The prices are good. The sales are real.

My favorite grocery store in this area! I can always find fresh seafood and meats. The bakery is wonderful 😍Love that I can get everything from sushi to suntan lotion. Clean and organized shopping as well as great customer service. Highly recommend whether your a local like us or here on vacation! One stop shopping 🛍🙄

Love shopping there. They have great meat, Deli, Produce and Bakery departments. They carry a large line of products from dairy to cosmetics to choose from. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful . I also save on gas with my VIP card. Handicap parking and access. Restrooms are clean and orderly

This is a very clean, pleasant place to shop. Prices on average are a little higher than other nearby groceries. Has nice selection of all types of food. The deli and meat departments are quite good as is the fresh produce. Store baked breads are good. Cashiers are friendly and very efficient. I don't recommend the self checkout as I have never gotten through there without having to wait for staff help for one glitch or another. (I don't have this problem anywhere else.). They nearly always have advertised items. Service desk help is just OK.

It's one of the better grocery stores, in my opinion. Walmart or Harris Teeter would be one of the first two places to look when I need something. They also have reasonable prices on most things.

I called ahead I spoke to Wyatt. This young man could not have made my experience upon arrival to the store for a seafood "shrimp" pick up any better. On the phone he was professional courteous, informative and very willing to assist both my pricing inquiry and order.Upon arrival I asked to speak to him. He immediately knew who I was and immediately proclaimed, "Yes Sir I have your order right here " . His demeanor stellar his customer service skills absolutely beyond reproach! Thank you Wyatt ! In a world where often customer service is lacking you are a most pleasant exception. You deserve this recognition for a job well done!

I'm new to shopping at Harris Teeter, but so far, I like the store. At times, parts of the fresh produce section offerings are disappointing. On the other hand, the staff is unfailingly helpful and friendly. They seem to intuit that I need help even before I think to ask!! The meat department looks impressive but I won't speak to quality as I don't really eat much meat. The deli has an extensive selection of Boar's Head cold cuts and cheeses. The sushi I've had has been fresh and tasty.

If you can't find the food items you want here, then you need to look at specialty food stores because this grocery store has it all. Produce is fresh and there's lots to choose from of all description. Some boxed, canned, bottled items might not have a huge selection, but you'll always have a choice. Deli items have a huge selection and they make lots of their own baked goods as well as some meal items... good salad bar and fresh specialties such as different kinds of olives. Great selection of cut flowers and flower arrangegements, lots of cashiers plus self checkout. Very helpful, friendly employees

Lost a star as the yuca was rotten in the produce section. Everything else was great. I normally get my produce with Harris Teeter as they tend to have better than Food Lion or Walmart. Love that they have more items available that you don't find at the other two mentioned.

First time ever and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The employees are very helpful and friendly. And their sushi is delicious 😀 yes it's a supermarket but it's full with all you might need and more. Harris Teeter in Morehead, North Carolina keep up the good work.

We find it really easy to order our sandwiches and pizza ahead of time, we get a text letting us know it's ready. Kat in the deli is the best. She's always welcoming and friendly.The prices on the shelves cost a lot more then other chain stores but, you do have more opinions, the produce is fresher and they actually still have a counter to get sea food and fresh cuts of meat for you.

Went to this place for the first time and i was surprised by how clean the inside are. All the products looked fresh in vegetable sections and i liked how meat section had daily special or freshly cut beef steaks along with other fresh seafood etc. Every isle is nice, clean and well organized and employees are very friendly as well. Only reason i am giving 4 star is both times i went in to buy fresh chives they did not have it.
