Two stars because the gentleman was so helpful and quickly located what I needed and sold it to me. Not five stars because I specifically asked if he knew the price would go down for the Black Friday sale later coming up and he said the prices were already at the BF Sale price. A few days later, I saw the BF Sale price and it was $50 lower. I don’t like being lied to.

I wish I could give this store a zero. Absolutely no help at all. Finally got someone and all he wanted to do is argue with me about a charger for a smart watch. I wanted to use zip to make my purchase and was told that they don't know anything about a program that is offered online to customers. Even spoke the a manager named Chris who was to busy to even assist me with my issue, just blew me off. I mean I was trying to SPEND MONEY and they didn't even want to help me! Do not waste your time with them.

When I go to an actual store instead of just buying my electronics on the internet, I expect good service and assistance. I just don't get that at Best Buy anymore. The staff are there but never available on the floor to help. They seem to be very busy talking to each other while I roam isle after isle looking for something. I did finally find what I needed, but it took forever.

It seems to me Best Buy doesn't carry the same amount of selection as it used to. I went in to buy a laptop and wandered around for 20 minutes looking for help before I got disgusted and left.

Drove a little over an hour for a deal that was online because they were the only place with it in stock. By the time I got there the online deal wasn’t active. Had screen shots of the deal from before I left to come pick the item up and they wouldn’t honor it.

This is by far the worst Best Buy in the entire country. I’ve lived all over and most Best Buy’s are at least ok. Not this one. The staff is incompetent. The management is non existent. I will now be calling Best Buy corporate in order attempt to get them to address the egregious nature of this store. I am a 6 year total tech member who spends five figures at Best Buy yearly. This store is horrible.

This Best Buy has come a long way from when they opened. I remember the first employee I met not even knowing that buying a hard drive for a laptop was an option. Your employees are top notch, each and every one of them. They go above and beyond to help you reach what you need and if they can't, they find someone who can instead of pretending or trying to muddle through helping you. Thank you!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! DO NOT BUY A LAPTOP FROM HERE AND EXPECT GEEKSQUAD TO HELP YOU! When you call for tech support, you get to wait on hold and speak to ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ONLY! After buying your device, and DO NOT PURCHASE TOTAL TECH SUPPORT BECAUSE YOU WILL WAIT ON HOLD FOR ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE! We bought a laptop here, instantly starting making crackling noises. We returned it.. they sent it off to repair. And then instead of telling us that they were going to mail it to us they sent it through UPS who lost the package. We had to go to the UPS store to track down our laptop. After we open laptop again, it was still making the same crackling noises. We have waited on hold for over 18 hours over four days. This is the most absolutely ridiculous Customer Service I’ve ever heard of in my entire life! You never actually get to speak to a live person, and when you do finally get to speak to a live person, it’s someone in a foreign country, whose accent is too thick to understand! Best Buy total protection is a JOKE! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I give this place 5 stars because of the staff, they are really friendly and honest about this store. It's small compared to many other locations, and that's really a shame because this amazing crew thrives on helping clients.they unfortunately have very little accessories, and most stuff has to be ordered online . Dont let this discourage you from going there as they may help you find substantial savings and even give you some helpful substitute options if possible. By the way, there is a guy there that looks like the rapper "the Game". He is very nice and respectful, and Joy is a very warm and friendly person who checked me out as well.I do hope they are on the list to expand and bring in more merchandise as they are in a great location for in and out traffic and next to other stores. If you need the best buy geeks, they truly do an amazing job also. Check them out

A nice Best Buy. For this particular visit we had an appointment with Geek Squad to fix an iPhone that was still under warranty. The agents were great to deal with and fixed our phone. Our only issue is that our name was typed wrong when the account was created by the agent and apparently Best Buy software won’t let them change the name 🤦‍♂️

A little disappointed with the new Pixel phone display. I was wanting to test the new Pixel 8 Pro's Pro Mode photography, but it appears the phone is missing updates to enable those features and they didn't want to, and would not allow me, to edit demo mode so they could install updates and then see if the updates added the Pro Mode. After the updates are installed they should remain when demo mode is turned back on. Looking in the play app it was showing a bunch of updates for Google apps, but the buttons to install those updates were blocked, either by demo mode, or lack of a Google account. I would have helped them make a store Google account for installing updates if needed.

I went there to trade in a phone, and have the data transferred to a new phone which I purchased from them. Instead, they erased all my texts. It was during the pandemic, and to look down at the phone screen and see that four years of texts from my friends and family had disappeared... well, it was a lot. I went into the parking lot and burst into tears. They never apologized. I waited a few years to write this review, thinking I would feel better and forget about it. I never did.

Today I came here to have my files transferred from one computer to another very expensive computer I just bought from Best Buy. After waiting in line at the geek squad desk the representative James says to me if you are not my 11:30 appointment I can’t take you. I’m new at the geek squad thing and I didn’t know appointments are mandatory. So he continues to say the next appointment is 5 hours away and there was nothing he can do. Then he tells me I should have read the signs. He continues to give me and attitude and let me tell you I have never been so disrespected and told to so rudely in my life. Let me tell you this is the last time I ever go to Best Buy. I am also returning every Christmas present I bought for family and friends here this year. The only positive experience I had was the manager on my way out. She took the time to explain everything to me but unfortunately it was too late. James from Geek Squad ruined my relationship with Best Buy for good. James from best buy you are rude and have 0 customer service.

Walked around for approximately 10 minutes in the phone area before finally being approached by staff asking if I needed assistance, and I did. In my opinion that was a little longer than it should have taken, hence the reason for giving 4 stars, but I'm also aware of most businesses' staffing difficulties in today's trying times. The gentleman that did approach me was more than helpful, accommodating, and expedited the whole process through checkout. He was the face of this business on that trip and he did so superbly. To him and the young lady at checkout, thank you!

My washing machine went out. And I went there and associate got with me and we walked around the store and I found the perfect washing machine and it was reasonably priced and I was able to get it along with insurance, / warranty. Great work y'all I really appreciate the hard work that y'all put together to help people to find out what they budget is and try to work it in and that's what happened with me and I'm very happy with the results

I went to the Geek Squad when I first got my Galazy A13 Android for a protective glass shield, with a lifetime warranty, transfer data. Too..Recently, after a few drops, the screen scattered. So all I had to pay was 7.99 for applying the glass. Way to go! Absolutely recommend that service for a lifetime. You can't go wrong!

Worst customer service ever. God help us if you actually stay after closing to activate a device I’m wanting to buy. God forbid you actually want to take activations after 6:30 when the store closes at 8. God forbid you want to actually service the your customers. Successful stores actually want to take money from paying customers and actually bend over backwards to help their customers. And all of that after I drove 45 mins to get to you guys when I was told it could be done. Just ask the wilmington store. Heck, even the Jacksonville store, ie successful stores who actually give a rip. And for the record, I’ve never had an activation take more than 30 mins with all the devices I’ve purchased thru BB. Laughable
