SLOW service for years now just about any time of day, inside and drive thru. It has gotten so bad I will not be returning. Only used it since it is 24 hrs and the other nearby one is closed on weekends. It took me 3 weeks and multiple calls and visits to get a simple prescription. Manufacturer was out so they just kept leaving it on hold until I finally requested a switch to generic. Home delivery request never was processed. Switched to in store and they kept saying oh the next shipment is coming without even verifying it was available. They could have solved it if they spent 30 seconds of time but don’t seem to really care enough. Waited 20 min in the drive thru line to finally get it after calling earlier, and they hadn’t even filled it despite telling me it would be ready an hour earlier. They made me go back through the drive thru line and I finally got my prescription 40 minutes later. This is not an isolated experience either. Though my insurance preferred pharmacy is Walgreens, I will be switching to another. Would rather pay more to not have to waste hours of my time every month.

Same complaint as others. The commercial for their rapid flu and covid test is quick and easy. Made an appointment for 945a this morning. Took 45 min for a 30 sec swab. First they didn't know the computer system, then I just sat there while they went about their business until I finally said I had the 945 appointment and it was a crazy 45 min wait. Not going back

This pharmacy is incredibly inefficient. Despite scheduling a Covid/flu test and arriving punctually, I had to wait in line for 30 minutes. Upon reaching the register, I was informed that I would have to wait even longer due to the prioritization of a walk-in vaccine appointment that arrived before me. It begs the question: what is the purpose of scheduling an appointment?

The pharmacy is open 24/7 which is Very convenient. I drive almost 20 miles one way because of the service. It's a very clean store inside and outside. The bathroom was very clean also. They always seem to have just what I'm looking for in stock. Always fast friendly customer service. I will continue to shop here. Thank you Wal-Greens.

This evening I sat in the Pharmacy Drive thru with only 3 cars in front of mine for 45 minutes!!!! The car in front of me finally gave up and her moving allowed me and the truck behind me to give up and leave as well! We were blocked in and had no way out of the lane! Unbelievable that a 24 hour pharmacy that makes a tremendous amount of money on drugs, makes people wait for 45 minutes and we still never were waited on! This is my 3rd bad experience with the PHARMACY here. I will be shopping for better service! Pharmacies make a lot of money on the drugs! It certainly doesn't show in their pharmacy customer service!!! Beyond disappointing!

Went here on 4/1/24 to pick up and RX for my niece. The pharmacist that was on duty that night acted like she didn't want to be there. When she was talking on the phone to us, I had to ask several times what she was saying because we could not understand her. I finally just gave up and started agreeing with her. After that she took my payment, when she gave my card back to me, she hit my car with the box that comes out. I asked her to back it off my car andI was told that it's ok because it has a bumper on the box. No care in the world at all.

Only thing good about the pharmacy is it is open 24 hours. Lines are crazy long and they are very slow. The other walgreens on east plaza drive cut their hours so I had to switch to this one, which has been very unfortunate. Call in day before, get told it will be available at 8 am, show up at 5 pm, wait in line 30 minutes, only to find out its not ready and I have to move to the back of the line. 1 hour here and still waiting. So disappointing, my prescriptions will be going to a different company.

Worst pharmacy. DO NOT GET YOUR MEDS SENT HERE. Too many new techs that have no idea what they’re doing I’ve been waiting for over 10 minutes just to pick up a simple prescription. The new girl has looked me in the eyes 3 times and told me I’ll be right with you. Don’t bother coming here it is a waste of time. Walmart or CVS or even a different walgreens , but not this one.

This Walgreens offered incredible service after the CVS across the street shut the window in my face. They worked through some insurance issues with me and had my sick daughter's prescription in my hand within 30 minutes on Christmas Day. 10 stars to this location!

We pulled up to receive my prescription and they take forever to get it, I waited 35 minutes at the window after waiting 40 before that in the drive thru, I would recommend going elsewhere, they are too busy, forget going inside, there are always people stacked to the bathroom

This place is awful it was a convenient location so I tried to use it 3 times and all THREE TIMES I waited over 40 minutes and encountered NUMEROUS problems. Every single time they had an issue billing my insurance even after the first time I had a manager assure me she corrected the billing issue it happened 2 more times. The 3rd time on top of not being able to bill my insurance when I initially arrived they told me they didn't even have the prescription and blamed the provider for not sending it in. Then after calling and giving them the day and time stamp it was sent in after waiting over 20 minutes they found the prescription and said sorry it was buried under other prescription. You looked under my exact child's name but couldn't find it and had it buried under other people scripts? How does that even happen these people are incompetent and should not be handling drugs and narcotics. I will gladly use cvs instead. This place has to be open all night cause it will take all day for them to figure out how to give you a simple foot cream.

I would give zero stars if it let me. I called and waited 45 minutes on the phone just to give them my updated insurance information so that I wouldn’t have to wait as long for my prescriptions to be filled properly. Not only did nobody answer the phone, but when I arrived at the store, like numerous times before, there was a wait of about a half an hour with 15 people standing in front of me and probably about 8 to 10 cars in the drive-through line. Once I finally got up there to hand them my insurance information they said they couldn’t fill half of the prescriptions. The people who work here are either completely incompetent or they are extremely understaffed and the store should be closed as they are not able to effectively help customers.

Needed to talk to Pharmacy. Put on hold for 22 mins and then they disconnected my call. Called again. Put on hold for 16 mins and then they disconnected my call. The hold message both times lets me know how many calls are in front of me. When they finally pick up, they immediately put me on a different hold and then eventually they disconnect my call. Unacceptable.

Every prescription I've had sent to this location has taken longer than 48 hours to be fulfilled, if they can be bothered to get to it at all. In person, the pharmacy never offers solutions or reasoning. You'll wait forever to be greeted, only to be told to come back the next day. You can never reach them by phone either, they ignore calls on hold. Typing this as I was #1 in the hold queue for the past hour. Every time. I'm sure there's some standard for Healthcare that is being violated here...

Pharmacy was super unfriendly. Dropped off my fill prescription and was told 25-30 minutes. 40 minutes later I was asked for my name and then proceeds to walk back and not tell me what’s going on and they hurry and scramble to get it made. An hour hour later, I got it. It was 5 pills and they had hardly any foot traffic. Don’t understand. Great communication by not telling me what was going on.

👍👍 Has never let me down when buying certain beauty and hygiene products! Never out of stock. And I absolutely LOVE the late night staff, front end mainly😁. Just wanna thank you for having a lending ear and caring heart(I guess I felt your energy 💞😊) but that's rare these days and I was having a VERY LOW moment and .. I just wanted to say, you Brighten things up and that helps the store ALOT also..TY from bottom of my ❤️. See ya soon..lol ❤️❤️

My daughter has a prescription that is on auto fill. I get to the drive-thru window and the pharmacist tells me they need to order it. Says they don’t keep that in their inventory unless someone orders it. So I told her that we come here once a month to get this prescription. I’ve been getting this prescription for over a year and I’ve never had this issue until I transferred pharmacies.

I have been using this pharmacy since rite aid closed. I used to enjoy coming but now I dread having to go pick up prescriptions. The wait times are ridiculous. The past few times I've had to go pick up medicine, the staff has made multiple mistakes causing an even longer wait. Today was the last day I use this pharmacy. I don't know yet where I'm going to get my medicine but it definitely won't be back here. They screw up and very rudely tell me I have to wait another 30 mins. Nope not anymore!

The staff is friendly and helpful but wait-time is excruciating - 20 minutes or more to pick up a prepaid prescription, whether inside or at the drive-thru. It’s nearly impossible to get through to speak to someone on the staff directly and calls are routed to their call center, where they are unable to assist with certain prescriptions. They obviously could use more help during peak daytime hours.

Rude staff, traffic, waiting times, the list goes on. Expect to wait 30 minutes in line before getting your medicine (and that’s being generous, usually it’s longer).I have been going to this pharmacy for years (since I was a child) and it has become horrendous. Noisy, rude, and lazy staff. I recommend changing your pharmacy to a different location, this place has become pathetic. In all fairness, the actual pharmacist are friendly and they treat you with respect. They are holding this place together. They know what they are doing, but the others do not. I don’t feel comfortable with anybody handling my medication anymore unless it’s a actual pharmacist.

I am reviewing their photo department. I do crafts and home decoration and I need high quality prints for my designs. This is the first photo department that will make beautiful prints in an hour or less, they have great promo codes as well. I used to go to another store beginning with a "W" that would lose my photographs, they'd be missing for months, or they just wouldn't print them. I bought photo cards there that were slightly diagonal, I had to cut the white part off. That department in that store is crazy, and they finally printed hundreds of dollars of prints weeks afterwards and I refused to purchase them. One-hour photo shouldn't take six weeks. They lost thousands of dollars of business that Walgreens is getting now.

Always a problem. They do not communicate with customer. You must always check what you have received from them because they will only partially fill orders and not tell you. The male heavy set pharmacist is the worst of the bunch. Rarely get an apology for his screw ups. Walgreens is the preferred pharmacy for my health care plan. I don't care anymore I will not send another rx to this company, ever. My wife refused to do business with them years ago. Count me on that list. Save yourself alot of grief go to another pharmacy. This is not just an individual store issue I have had these issues with other locations. It a culture of undervalued customer response.

You guys might want to put a sign up BEFORE the drivethru window stating that the drivethru is only open for Covid testing and not prescriptions. We waited a very long time in line for a very much needed prescription only for the sign on the window to state it was only for covid testing. Then to go in was even more of a nightmare. What a mess!!

Completely appalled with the chaotic service at this location. I went to get my 2nd vaccine and was the only one waiting and hadn’t been seen for 15 minutes. I continued waiting patiently bc they were filling prescriptions my final straw is one of the pharmacist started socializing with a customer went to the back to get his phone to show the customer pictures. Mind you this pharmacist was without a mask and the woman he was speaking to was without a mask (and she was coughing A LOT). I can’t believe this is acceptable service during a pandemic.

By far the WORST customer service at any Walgreens I have ever been to. this is my third time calling corporate with my concerns about this store. I am sick and tired of being racially profiled. And I am hoping corporate takes action because the store MANAGER HAS/WILL NOT. There should be a sign on the door that says “SERVING WHITE PEOPLE ONLY”. I WILL NOT COME BACK TO THIS WALGREENS. I’ve spent so much money with Walgreens I’m a loyal customer and the way I have been treated over and over at this Walgreens is in acceptable.
