Upscale Tails is fantastic! This was one thing I was nervous about when getting my doodle, but once I found them, I was so excited! They not only do the BEST job at grooming my dog, but they also love him like their own and I couldn’t appreciate it more. He loves going to see them and have himself a spa day. You cannot go wrong trusting and hiring this team as your pups groomer!!!!!

Michelle and her team are great! My JoJo hates having his nails trimmed, but they got him in right away and got it done with minimal stress for him. I will definitely be back and will recommend to other friends.

My "Latte'" hasn't been here yet for her first puppy cut but excited to actually have her one scheduled now!! I am already impressed because she is the ONLY single groomer out of the prolly 10 I called on Tuesday!! Super friendly and I could literally hear the love she already has for my pomeranian without even meeting her YET !! I don't know about you other pet moms/dads but I worry to death wanting to be the place I leave her as comfortable as possible. The professionalism was refreshing to me and a nice change for once. I am super excited and have an appointment now on the 19th and can not WAIT to see my girls FIRST hair cut.Thank you again for your immediate response and politeness!!

I have been using this groomer for a year now and they have been FANTASTIC! Prior to this, they had only been groomed a handful of times. I never heard about how they were and I would notice that things were skipped in the past. I figured they were nervous, especially my youngest because he is a nervous around new people. The staff at Upscale Tails worked with him and was very honest about his behavior. They even were able to detect the first signs that my oldest had knee problems and if they hadn’t mentioned it, it would’ve taken a lot longer for me to notice and get her treatment!!! After going there so many times, my youngest is now much more comfortable, they are happy to see the staff and getting better each time with the dryers! I can’t thank them enough for taking the time to work with them. On top of that, they come back completely fresh, clean and fully groomed!!

If you are looking for a new groomer, I highly recommend Upscaletails. I have been here twice with my Standard Poodle. She loves going and is sad to leave. I will not use any other groomer from this point on.

I've had better customer service at a fast food restaurant than at this place. If they get overwhelmed in any situation they call you to come back to get your pups before doing anything. Not worth wasting your time here, let alone trying to get someone to answer the phone!
