Poor place now a days. Hardly anyone there Shopping.Prices are very high, customer service ,well not there. I did have the manager finally, come over to me. Asked me what I was needing. He hung around me followed me around a bit. . After I purchase, the item I went over to look at the prices of grass seed a worker lady came over Stood therethere next to me,just hanging around not saying a word to me, I felt really uncomfortable, I felt like they thought I was about to shop lift something..terrible place

Don't let their description "retail agriculture ...etc" of themselves stop you from checking this store out. There are many things in inventory that also relate to other usages. Someone had recommended to my friend that he might find what he was looking for here. Went with him to look. Amazed at their selection of goods that can be called every day hardware!

Went to this store to shop for several items after not finding them at Tractor supply. Walked in and as we did we were approached by an individual telling us they were closed and that the door should have been locked. As we walked away the individual proceeded to stand in the open doorway and vape. Bad look on business, especially with their competition still open down the road. He turned away another lady as we left. Money down the drain and bad customer service.

I normally goto goodnights on saw rd. In china grove nc. but when I forget to order feed before week up or before they close I go to southern states in mooresville nc to get my Goats and chicken feed it's a nice store, I do think Southern States price is more then Goodnights in China Grove even when they sold Southern State brand feed , other then that what I mainly love is them keeping door open later then 5 pm and is open on weekend, they saved me from my Animals going hungry. Thank you for that 🙂

Called and asked if they had 8 foot heavy duty red gates. They said they did. We drive all the way there and every single red gate they had was damaged, rusted, and has holes on the top of the gates. We asked if we could purchased a non damaged gate. We were told no. Then asked if we had to buy the damaged ones that are rusted and full of holes is there a price discount and was told nomas well. Terrible customer service

This is the first time that I have ever been in a Southern States Store. I was looking for a couple of different things. I was asked by at least 3 employees if I needed help with something. I was told that if they didn't have exactly what I needed that they would be happy to order it for meWhile I was there I spoke with several people about different things. I will definitely be willing to shop here again

I shop this store quite a lot for horse feed and barn needs. I generally find the offer of help soon as I walk in the door. I think closing at 6 is really a bad move. Two other people were walking towards the store in front of me and an employee RAN... RAN... to lock the door and quickly turned away as the 3 of us just stood there, shocked at what just happened. There wasn;t anything there I couldn't get at tractor supply down the road so that is where I took my business. Some customer service training on perception is sorely lacking.

They have always been friendly and helpful to me whenever I have been there. Commenter Abi Vargas is a good customer who comes to my garage for service on his vehicles. If he says a place is helpful and friendly you can depend on that being the truth.

Asked for assistance on placing an order was told I had to wait for the girl or someone Inside to answer. Had to press the button 3 times still no-one answered. Sat waiting 10 minutes still no-one responded. I had to keep re pushing the button to try to place an order still no answer. This was my first time at Sonic in Mooresville North Carolina oh, so needless to say not a good one. Would not recommend

Always greet me when I go in, usually multiple employees walking around helping other customers as well. I constantly see employees help other people when I'm there. Store is kept clean and has a warm atomospere.

Employees are about as friendly as rocks. No greeting. No help. No thank you. I had to load up 3 fifty pounds of feed and load it in my car by myself. I am a 115 pound female. Should have gone to Deal-Rite like I usually do. Won't give them my business ever again.

This store never ceases to amaze me check the hours online because i needed to grab dog food google says closes at 5.. awesome load the kids up drive all the way out there nope they close at 4 per the note on the door. thanks for the inconvenience!
