Poor service is an understatement! One register open despite 3 employees standing in the front of the store, one evidently the manager, who was not interested in the extremely long line of 30 + waiting customers. Another worker was busy playing with hangers, because that was more important than taking care of customers. The muttering of the frustrated crowd of customers got louder and louder.... someone in this store needs to get their priorities straight...The one young man who was checking out customers maintained his cool, despite asking his coworker for help and not receiving any.

Went to find a dress for my daughter's school dance and we found one for 15.00. We also found her pretty dress shoes for 10.00, definitely great prices on their items.

I visited this Ross last Friday night 1/26/24 and I was shocked. It was so organized, neat & clean. Every other Ross Ive been to is a wreck. Most of the staff were Latinas and Carmen was busy cleaning & keeping that location on point! I live in Concord so its a drive for me. She needs to be a DM & get Concord in check!!

This store always looks like it’s going out of business. There’s a lot of space with little merchandise and always a mess. There may be some good deas, but it’s hard to tell what’s new or used. I’ve shopped a few of the Ross Stores in the Orlando, FL area and they have plenty of great clothing, shoes and household items. Perhaps management may want to model the Charlotte area stores after the Orlando stores.Of the few store associates that were visible, only 1 looks like they may enjoy working here. Otherwise, good look finding assistance.

Ross has plenty of designer items mixed in with lots of dollar store quality items.Found a quality carry on bag mixed amongst a ton of cheapies. 19.99 yay

Love it, love it! I've gotten so many things there just purchased two lovely small end tables. I am crazy about them. The pricing is phenomenal and it has a little bit of everything which is so great. You can get exotic foods fashionable clothing and things to decorate and use in your home. I'm a very difficult it was to choose I found a couple of pairs there that are lovely and again very inexpensive.

Fitting rooms are FILTHY! Tried on some clothes and there was SO MUCH dust it clumped into large dust balls, made the clothes dirty and wouldn't come off, was sticking to my socks and pants, and lots of tags, hangers sizes and trash on floor. I want to buy clothes that look nice, not trash them before I even get to the register ☹️

This Ross store in Mooresville, NC has two things that I've not found in other Ross locations across the country.1. It is by far the cleanest and most organized of their stores that I've visited thus far.2. The employees were courteous.

I got 4 plates ,$9 ,when I put on the table one was broken!Cashier at cash register said I broke it!!!!!??????Refuse to take it back!!!I have receipt and bought 2 weeks ago!It is said that we have people like that!They lost this customer and hope some others when they read this!It is matter of good business and customer care and standing behind what they sell!!!!

The lady at the counter was a total fraud...I gave her seven $20 bills for $123.75 total.She was chatting with me as she packed.As I came out I realized she only gave me coins and no currency notes.I ran back to store immediately, but the lady at the counter completely denied, she claimed she gave me 10 and 5.I asked for CCTV footage and the manager said its not possible as they are closing in next 30 minutes.Asking me to come back... probably they will remove ir edit it.Totally dishonest manager and employees.

I finally hit it just right! They just re-stocked the whole store! I bought two pairs of Sandals, four Blouses and a light Sweatshirt (on sale). Yeah!! Also a Cat Bed, Towels and some Spices and goodies. Usually, I was disappointed because this store has been very sparse. I guess with all that's going on in the world, that plays a big part.#*** If you buy too much to carry.... You can't take the carts out. You have to drive up to the door and they bring the merchandise out to you. ***

I love the great deals that I find at Ross, but I despise being followed around the store like a thief. I thought it was just the Mooresville location, but I experienced the same phenomenon at the Matthews store. I refuse to continue spending my money with a vendor that does not support my happy shopping experience.

WORST experience I've ever had. The man at the dressing room was very rude and disrespectful. He yelled at me and my boyfriend and treated us like we were stupid.I brought 8 items of clothing and said "I have 8" which prompted this nut to say "Do you know how to read? The sign says 8" repeatedly ... He then proceeded try and force my boyfriend to put away the clothes where we found them after we decided to take our business elsewhere. He was yelling at another customer prior to this ordeal!A review two weeks ago said he acted a similar way, so I can't imagine how many others have had to deal with this guy. Do better, Ross, or you'll be losing a lot more customers.

This store used to be AMAZING!!! But now, you get that "run down" feeling when you walk in. Kinda unorganized and you have to hunt for the "good finds". Still, it's all very reasonably priced and a good place for random gifts.

Went there today had a good amount of household items stood in line waited to be called and the cashier was taking every one who came in with returns I stood there for over 10 min with about 8 people behind me. It didn't matter about people trying to pay but like I said a return came in they took them so I ended up walking out

The store itself was fine but the gentleman at the register was a tad rude. I was the ONLY person in line to checkout and the signs on the ropes made no sense with where to go but even being the only person in line, he said I wasnt in the right place and that I needed to get behind a woman and her kid that wasn't even in line and were looking at a table of merchandise. If I hadn't needed the gym bag I'd have sat it down and walked out.

The man who was running the dressing room was very rude. He made fun of my daughter for wearing a mask....and when 2 girls walked up with Abt 5 pieces of clothes each, he asked them if they planned on buying all of those. They said, " possibly, that's why we are trying them on"He then continued to lecture them Abt how they were taking all the clothes from other customers and that they " needed to do better"I was down one of the aisles listening to him berate them. It made me very uncomfortable. The ladies that were up front at registers just looked miserable, so I didn't feel the need to tell them what I had witnessed. Ross was always our first choice when clothes shopping, but we won't be back. That guy was just too much.

It was ok, nothing special honestly. We didn’t have a car that day so we took an Uber 15 minutes specifically to shop here and we were a bit disappointed. We were told dressing rooms were open, but they weren’t, meaning we couldn’t get any clothes. The shoes were kind of thrown everywhere, like someone came through to try every single one on and dumped them. I felt like some of the sections were randomly thrown together as well, and the clothes section packed so tightly together so you could barely see anything. There were very few staff, and they didn’t have any larger bags, meaning we had to carry a lot of our stuff that we did get in our arms while walking to other stores. I have limited mobility and was really hoping there would be manual wheelchairs available so I could comfortably shop as I really needed one that day, but was told that they don’t have them because essentially they’re cheap and can’t bother to get a device that would help many people shop more comfortably. (not just disabled, but injured people as well) I get that they’re a discount store but I don’t think that buying a wheelchair or 2 would really take away from anyone’s sales. It was generally just a mediocre experience, I’ve gone to a much better one. We won’t be going back, we’ll travel to another one instead.
