So glad I found Pond Country! I had been looking for a company to service our pre-existing pond. Brooks and Kinsey did an amazing job cleaning out the pond and putting new lights in and plants in for us. I know our fish are a lot more happier now. They are coming out more and being more active! Thanks again Brooks for all the knowledge you gave us before the Initial cleaning. GREAT customer service and knowledgeable. Highly recommend! Great job Brooks and Kinsey!

Erik is GREAT!! Very Knowledgeable and helpful every time we visit this location. We have been to both of their locations often and they have a great selection of products at very competitive prices. Pond Country did a fantastic install of our new pond. Troy visited us twice at our home to go over our vision. Andrew and his team did an amazing job with the install and we are not easy customers!! The process took a bit longer than we planned, we had a January install and plants were not ready until spring, but it is complete now and far exceeded our expectations and imagination. This team even bent over backwards for us and were able to accommodate us during the difficulties of the pandemic. We do believe it is the most beautiful pond ever and will continue to enjoy it for many years to come. Thanks Guys!!

Great staff. We bought a kit and had one issue out of the box. Brookes took great care of us and we couldn't be more pleased. Definitely take advantage of their expertise if you plan to install a water feature of any type.

Never would I believe a pond could be cleaned in the winter, but Pond Country took on the challenge. Brooks and Lee braved the 32 degree temperatures did not leave a stone unturned. Winter is never really the best time for a pond, but they did an amazing job trimming all the plants and removing the overgrowth and dead foliage. I had some concerns about water loss in one of the falls, and they were able to confirm the cause and the remedy. They were prepared with replacement lights, wiring and dosage equipment which they examined during the cleaning process. Brooks and Lee reviewed services and items they could work on while cleaning. They also let me know the pond was healthy. One might expect working in the water in freezing conditions would be stressful, but Brooks and Lee were completely unfazed. They seemed to really enjoy the process and I enjoyed their company, I would have them both come back and I am pretty particular. Even my koi were unstressed and appeared quite peaceful that evening and the next morning. This is one huge chore I know will be handled annually by Pond Country.

I am so grateful for this place. My pump went out, and I had no idea where to go. Found this outfit online, and they were the nicest people! They had the pump I needed, and if my wife wasn't there, I'd have spent a crapload more on other cool stuff!

Amazing result! We started off looking to do the Koi pond option with an upgraded waterfall and ended up upgrading to a custom pond / swim pond with wetland filter, jets and beautiful waterfall and lights. Their pond galleries in Mooresville and Colfax are top notch and leave you not guessing how this will turn out! Super important! Couldn't and wouldn't recommend anyone but pond country. Andrew,Troy and Brooks took care of us start to finish! First class operation.

If there is a rank lower than one star, please apply it. I called because my pump wasn’t working anymore. They sent Eric (very nice) out to do an estimate.I told him I thought the tube from the battery to the spout had a hole in it. He indicated they would have to drain the pond for this. I asked if the cost of the estimate would be deducted from the final cost. He didn’t know.Brooks called and said the cost of repair would be 585$. I asked if they deducted the cost of estimate ($125) would be deducted. No, it would not. He said to replace the pump would be $125. I said I preferred to get it from lowes for $73 and had a new one on hand. He cleaned out the basket(which I had already done) used his new pump,, shortened the tube and checked the spout. Total time expended was 18 minutes. Pond was not cleaned out. Basically, it cost me $585 for the installlation of a more expensive battery and for Eric to tell me (incorrectly) what they would do.This is a huge rip off. Don’t go here in less you like being grossly overcharged.Brooks kept telling me he had my back, I assume he thought that was where my wallet pocket is.

We have been visiting the Mooresville store for the last two years, after installing our own pond (ordered a kit online and rented a trackhoe - didn't even know about Pond Country at the time). Found Eric at Pond Country and he's been a wealth of information with helping us improve our pond from a few errors along the way. We've bought almost all our pond plants and supplies from Pond Country and all have thrived (after I learned not to use an algaecide which knocked the plants back too). We have happy fish, frogs, and tadpoles, creating a wonderful ecosystem in our backyard on our farm. We highly recommend Pond Country!

We are new to ponds. We started with the advices of the big and small stores close by and failed. Spent big dollars for painful results.Then I drove 35 min to meet Eric.First of all -- a great guy who takes the time to listen and talk to you. He likes to know you and what your vision is.Second, his knowledge is unbelievable and he will tell you clearly "don't do that" even if it would mean less revenue for him.Third, everything we bought from Eric turned out just wonderful ... because it comes with "Eric-instructions" how to do it right.We only have a very small patio pond (50 gallon) with 4 fish. But now we are hooked ... and look at our backyard -- thinking where a real pond would fit !!Eric -- THANK YOU !!I highly recommend Pond Country and even more Eric !!

Jean was outstanding and incredibly helpful along with being full of guidance and suggestions! She got me all set up for a small above ground pond we’re making off our porch. I’ll definitely be back to get more pond accessories, but am thrilled at how easy she made it all come together.

I've traveled to 36 different states and into Koi ponds as a hobby. All the displays are filled with algae, especially string algae. Couldn't see some of the fish, until they came to the top. They didn't even have any Koi fish for sale. They claim they are the number 1 in the US. I beg to differ.

I found most of the pond plants I was looking for. Staff was attentive and very helpful. There was a large area in back, where I could see some small ponds on display. I was even able to buy some hanging baskets that I was dreading going to Wal-mart to buy (No offence, Wal-mart, I just wasn't in the mood for a big store and a lot of shoppers) 😄
