I took my dog at this location. I checked in and knew this wasn’t going to go well. There was a note that my dog doesn’t do well with getting his nails done. That was in Charlotte and they just wrote that because they didn’t want to do their job. I had gotten my dog back wet. I was hoping just maybe after talking with the groomer he would be able to do it. What dog likes getting their nails done? At what job can you tell the customer it’s too hard, I’m not going to do it. I usually have a mobile groomer come but had a scheduling conflict. I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! I just clipped my dog’s nails which I paid them to do. Maybe they need me to show the groomer how it’s done.

Been using the groomer for 15 years. Never again. Policies updated for Mooresville location but not listed on website. I wasted my time to set up an appointment just to rejected because my vet hand writes the rabies receipts. Fortunately I will never be back. Highly disappointed.

Chris is our favorite groomer at the Mooresville NC location. Our Coco is a doodle. She is sweet but she does have her quirks. He is very patient and loving with her and she always looks so beautiful when he is finished. Thanks again Chris 🐾 We appreciate you!

Always go to PetSmart just Because. I went in for a name tag for my cat and I am very surprised at how much it cost nowadays for a simple name tag but that's not the stores fault of course and when it came to getting the tag engraved it only took a matter of 5 minutes and I was done. Did not know that you now buy the tag from the store and then they give you a code on the receipt that you enter at the kiosk, but You learn something new everyday.

Brittany and Amy thank you so very much for treating our precious furry family members as your own. My Wife and I have tried other so called groomers in the area and were extremely disappointed 😞 in the end results. However, this dynamic duo has restored our faith in groomers, we exactly own 2 Shih tzu Bella and Braxton and they were treated by true professionals. Thanks again ladies and we'll see you soon 😊

The food is out of sight!Really good portions & tasty. You'll wanna go back.We dine-in or do take out at least once a week.They are consistent with service, pricing & menu quality.Highly recommend .
