This pet supermarket has everything you need from a pet store. They have a wide variety of cat food, dog food, toys, birds, fish, bird food, cat litter, etc. They also have kittens/cats in the back that cost around 200 bucks to adopt and they are super friendly. The staff are very helpful and will be able to answer any questions you may have. Highly recommend if your looking to find good food for your pet, and other necessities. Will be back in the future for my cat food and cat litter.

I was in the store last week to buy some dental sticks for my dog when I was approached and helped by jazz. She answered all my questions and was super helpful. She made my trip a fun and delightful one. Great employees like her make me want to continue to visit the store.

We brought our Golden retriever in for a bath. She was very reluctant, but we got her in the washing area and put the leash on her and she did fine. Everything was very clean and there were plenty of towels available. The shampoo and conditioner was great and the young lady that helped us was very sweet. Great experience for a great price as well! We will definitely be back for another bath soon.

Looking for a bunny. Called the store,lady was so knowledgeable on.bunnies. hung up n went to store. My 9yr old fell in love with sweet bunny. We were instructed on how to take of it..here 2wks later..litter trained has the rule of the house with 2 grown cats. Fitted right in

I have a pet turantula and go here regularly to get her food as it's the closest store to me with food for exotic pets. It's a very friendly environment with lots of furry friends. Be careful walking past the cat display, they may try to snatch your purse 😂❤️. Overall I love it here, the animals are healthy, and the employees are sweet. Enjoy a video of my little girly, Rui, digging in her hide. (The blueberry is for a dubia that hid under the substrate before she could get to it. Pretty much to encourage it to come out so she can have time to get it before it hides again.) Also, her abdomen is small rn because she just molted. This is my first time feeding her in the last week or so.

I brought my dog in for their self service wash and I always leave thinking it’s the best money I have spent on my pup! Although my Lucy is updated on everything I quickly noticed a flea while I was bathing her. After requesting assistance from the fantastic manager, we found Lucy has more than one flea. the staff not only assured me that it was okay ( we counted 5 in total and each bathing area gets thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use) but that they had preventive products that we could purchase to ensure Lucy is fully protected. We went home with a few treats, protective spray and a comb to ensure Lucy is good to go moving forward this summer. Thank you so much to the staff for helping us! We love shopping here and are looking forward to returning under better circumstances again soon!

We started going here for the awesome do it yourself dog wash service. Today we went in with a lot of questions about our dogs diet issues. Shae was super helpful. She walked us around the store showing us her recommendations, she was very knowledgeable. Only downside to this place is they don’t carry our Fromm dog food!

Only went there to use the self serve dog wash so can't comment on anything else. The dog wash was good, good access, good services, clean, all for 10 bucks. The lady behind the counter was great also helping us in our first time, customer service is a huge thing with us and she nailed it. Although we buy a certain dog food that they do not carry, we will definitely go back and check out their other services and products.

I would never under ANY circumstances purchase anything from this store and here’s why: every single animal for sale in the store looked not only visibly stressed but not well taken care of and most of them had visible issues with their health. Even the beta fish had fin rot. There were very unfortunately two rabbits there, one of which was visibly uncomfortable, labored breathing and painful body language. The other very obviously had ear mites. The bunnies had a dog bowl full of pellets which is NOT supposed to be the majority of their diet nor should they ever have that many pellets to free graze because it can cause GI stasis which is what I am afraid was the ailment with the visibly uncomfortable bunny. They had very little hay which should be the majority of their diet. We originally came in to buy toys for our free roam house bunnies but I REFUSE to support any store who is incapable of caring for the unfortunate souls that they sell. If I had the room to do so I would have gotten the two poor rabbits just to get them out of their miserable conditions and get them the vet care they so desperately need. The birds were even worse that the rabbits. Tattered feathers (this was not normal molting), stressed body language, enclosures that were far too small for the amount of birds within. The conditions for these animals was horrendous. I cannot stress this enough PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM STORES SUCH AS THESE!!

Went in today with zero knowledge of dogs and hermit crabs and came out knowing EVERYTHING that I needed to know. This was my first visit to the store and Shae was so patient and kind with us that I will now come to this store any time I need pet supplies. All of my questions were answered and MORE! I love coming in here and having my dog greeted by his name! As someone who has worked in a day care/boarding/grooming setting, I understand how important it is to remember the dogs name and they have gone above and beyond! He gets a treat almost every time he comes in and all the belly rubs in the world. At this point, I can’t even say “pet store” anymore because Hoosier goes wild and expects to go there and see his best friends. I am so happy this place is close to the house and the staff are so personable. Couldn’t be happier and will definitely continue to go there at least once a week with Hoosier!

We went in to purchase dog food and a few fish. We were so pleased with the customer service. Jess T. and Grace were very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful with assisting us in choosing the right fish for our tank. The store is immaculate, had a great variety, and their animals are clearly well cared for. We have a zoo of pets and we will definitely be back.

Always friendly and helpful staff that put animal welfare above sales, which is refreshing to see in a pet store. Their toy, food, and treat prices are pretty decent and they’re the only place within miles to get live feeder rats and mice. Their mice have always been super healthy and clean, same with the crickets. The store is very clean and well-stocked.

We really like this place. The staff is helpful and they have a lot of selection. They also have good specials each month so we're always trying something new. We have not yet tried the puppy wash station but we think this will be easier than the kitchen sink we're currently using. This has quickly become our go-to place for our pet needs.

This place puts both Petsmart and Petco to shame at Lake Norman. Their fish area, their upkeep and the staff are 100x more pleasant than any time I've had to walk into their competitors. There's no competition if you have pets here, It's a great place to go.

On the various occasions I have gone in, the staff has always been great. Only once did they not have the exact dog food I needed. They recommended something similar and it worked great for my dog. The wash area is also great.

I went in to use the self serve pet washing station.The staff was helpful and made sure I had everything I needed to bathe my dog ( a 60 lb black lab) ,shampoo,conditioner, towels ect. I found the bathing station to be easy to use.I found this to be a lot better on my back than using the bath tub at home.They even have blow dryers, at home my dog only gets a towle / air dry. I recommend this to anyone who has difficulty washing their pet in their home and at $10.00 it is a lot more affordable than using a professional grooming service.

I love this place! This is now my go-to for pet supplies. The staff is extremely helpful and caring. They always go above and beyond when helping customers by giving great information on all products with recommendations for your pets needs. Pricing and quality here is MUCH better than big chain pet stores. (Half the price!)All of the shelves are stocked with fresh items and more products than other stores.This is the place to go with your pet!
