As a dog mom, I was so anxious leaving my dogs with a new groomer (they've seen the same one for 5 years at their vet). However the staff made sure to understand what I wanted for the boys and they were so kind to me and the dogs! Doggos were super relaxed and groomed perfectly when I picked them up. Can’t wait to have them go back!! We’re officially calling it “the spa” ❤️

I absolutely love the way Pampered Pets is so attentive to my two dogs and their completely different needs. They really took the time to evaluate the best fit for their activities. They always come home happy and tired. The staff here is just incredible. I am so glad we found the best place for our pups to go and have fun.

Pampered Pets is the home away from home for our 2 dogs and 2 cats. They get to play and relax while being spoiled and well cared for. We don’t worry when we are away since we know how much the staff members love our pets as much as we do. The facility is spotless and perfect for a short or long stay.

Our pup had such a great time at Pampered Pets Inn for daycare. We could tell they took great care of her during her stay and she had so much fun. They gave us a quick update at our check-out and we could tell she had a blast and loved all of the people! A great spot.We have continued to come to Pampered Pets Inn and our dog Millie continues to love it. Highly recommend!Update — we recently brought our rescue dog, Luna, and she had a great experience! The staff kept her with her sister for better confidence and met her where she was. We are so thankful for Pampered Pets care of our dogs and the amount of excitement our dogs have when we pull into the parking lot!

I have been in the pet care industry for over 10 years in St Louis MO and Pampered Pets Inn in Mooresville exceeds every standard I have for taking care of my babies. My dog and cats come back happy and relaxed and the care and professionalism from the staff is outstanding. I will not leave them anywhere else but here! Love it!

We decided to visit Pampered Pet Inn based on other rave reviews after our regular groomer let us know they were booked out for the rest of the year - and boy are we glad we did! Victoria and her team took such good care of our wirehaired terrier mix. She was nervous when she got there, and didn't want to go back to the grooming station, but the staff behind the counter went out of their way to show her love and comfort. When I picked her up later that day, she was beautiful, clean, and looking/feeling so much better! The staff here are very knowledgeable, very timely and respectful. I would recommend to anyone with a nervous dog and equally nervous owner who wants the best experience for their fur baby!

My girls love it here. Worth every penny for how wonderful the staff treats them. Not a lot of places accept pitties, so finding one that did was a game changer. Even though we moved, we gladly will continue to make the drive to Mooresville just for peace of mind.

After nearly a year of having our precious golden attending Pampered Pet Inn, my wife and I wanted to post a review stating and telling everyone from the caring staff to those looking for a place to either board or just daycare, how delighted and happy we are!Pampered Pets Inn is a caring, warm, attentive second home to our fluffy, happy, Golden. When they say they treat you family member as their own they are not just saying that. Our Golden enjoys his time there and this can be seen in their photos on instagram to face book.As soon as you step into their facility either for drop off or pick up you are greeted with the nicest staff. Words can’t express how grateful and fortunate we are to have found them. Everyone there, and I mean everyone, is wonderful. They will even text you during their stay to tell you how your friend is doing and believe us when we say they truly look forward to going…..In closing, if you are reading this and wondering if you should take your four legged family member there, think no more. We bring our miniature American Eskimo to Pampered Pets Inn for grooming and occasional boarding. Everyone is very friendly and you can tell they love animals. I always choose the full service bath - they include a blueberry facial and a doggy cologne! My girl always comes out of there fully pampered

I could not be more grateful for finding Pampered Pets. The last place my dog went they said he was aggressive and they did not know how to handle his enthusiasm with being able to play with friends. Pampered Pets was very honest but understood dogs love to play and some dogs have more energy than others, which describes my dog! The communication from them was amazing and they gave a complimentary report card the first time and they allowed me to check in everyday if I wanted to and I would get great feedback about my dog along with how he as eating.I wish I could give them more stars but I am so happy to have found them and cannot wait to book my dog there again knowing he is in good hands.

I'm absolutely in love with this place! We recently dropped off our dogs for a daycare test day, and the level of care and attention they received was simply outstanding.As an anxious pet parent, I really appreciated how sweet and attentive the staff was towards our dogs - they made sure they were comfortable and loved all day long. At the end of the day, we even received a detailed report card on how they did, which was amazing to read through and so thoughtful.Plus, the facility itself was spotless and smelled great - which is no small feat when you're dealing with so many animals! Thank you for providing such exceptional care and being the best dog daycare ever!

The staff at Pampered Pets is top notch. They are friendly and highly attentive to our pups. The staff are very detailed in how to feed and care for your pets when you leave them for boarding. I have been using Pampered Pets Inn for some time for daycare and boarding. I have always been very pleased. My youngest dog, Luna just graduated their training program. We chose to do the daycare/train option. We are thrilled with her progress! I have used Pampered Pet Inn for several years now. It’s important to me that a boarding/training facility truly care about my fur baby and their well being. I know with 100% certainty that Jiggz, my beloved Havanese, gets the love, quality care, exercise, play, nutrition, and that he feels safe, happy, and comfortable with the staff at Pampered Pets while I am away. Jiggz is always excited when we arrive and staff are genuinely happy to see him! They go above and beyond when it comes to special love and attention. Jiggz knows, and I know too, that he is getting a little vacation as well. He will have fun, meet new dog friends, and be loved, pampered, and well taken care of in every way. We took our dog here for the first time last week and we plan to make this our permanent grooming/spa spot! We were welcomed with a welcome sign and the staff is so friendly, you can tell they love what they do. The front is adorable with little gifts and treats, they were very upfront about pricing and what to expect. The grooming was timely and she looked adorable, we highly recommend this place! We hope to eventually start the daycare program as we feel safe to leave her in their care, ultimately this place is a gem and we loved our experience!

Absolutely loved taking the dogs here. They did fantastic with their grooming at the end of our weekend lodging and I knew they were very well taken care of and that they enjoyed their stay. I am a person who is very critical when I review places if something goes wrong, but they did absolutely spectacular! Feel confident that Clementine receives good care at the Mooresville Pampered Pets Inn. She gets more supervised play times outside than at most facilities. I like her to stay busy so she won’t miss us. Highly recommend.

Our little Yorkie, Bentley, had a great time while staying at Pampered Pets Inn. He learned to play with other dogs as he had never been around other dogs. I loved getting his “report card” every day along with a picture(s) of his day. I felt that he was well taken care of while being there. I will definitely use them again.

Our labradoodle loves going to Pampered Pet Inn! She has a few health probems and they are always on top of giving her medicines to her everyday. Also, if there is a health issue, they are always on top of it to get the issues resolved. They always give her lots of love and she is always so excited to go there!! They also give me weekly updates (when we are away for more than 1 week) and they treat our dog like a princess! Love Pampered Pet Inn!!

My dog loves to come here. He just finished boarding and I think he was disappointed to leave. I was very pleased because he had a spa day and the groomer did and excellent job. Everyone here is very knowledgeable, accommodating and gracious.

Amazing staff! We just moved to Mooresville and needed a groomer for our little Willow. From scheduling the appointment with Emily to the actual grooming with Sam, I could but be more pleased. They were so wonderful and welcoming.Willow came home looking and smelling beautiful. Highly recommended!

I absolutely love Pampered Pets. Theo does as well. Very friendly and helpful staff. It's nice hearing a cheerful voice whenever I call. I know when I drop Theo off in the morning he is in excellent hands. It's nice to know he is being well taken care of.
