I ordered a bag of dog food and what followed blew me away! It was delivered within a couple of hours on the SAME DAY. They included a great thank you note and put a FREE bag of treats in the package as well! I do not remember such perfect customer relations! Fantastic!

First time in a Hollywood Feed because my dogs appetite changed after being diagnosed with cancer. We were greeted by Amy who listened to my needs and then showed me different options. She knew so much! It was a sigh of relief leaving there with some options that I knew my guy would eat and the fact that if something didn't work out Amy said the bag could be brought back for a credit and it would be donated. Fortunately, my guy is happy with all the options we brought home so far, so we'll be back for more! I really appreciate her knowledge and her kindness!

The guy knew exactly what I needed for a teething 4 month old pit/siberian husky mix! Even gave me some great advice on snack time ideas to soothe puppies gums! Fair prices on treats and food! Will definitely be going back!

I have been buying dog food and snacks from Hollywood Feed for several years. I love this store! They have great customer service. I love the fact that you can get your items delivered if you can't make it to the store. Hollywood feed also has great perks. With every purchase, you earn points which leads to practically free food.

The staff at this location is so kind and helpful. I went in today to make my normal purchase of Ziwi Peak Beef and when I commented that I was interested in the mackerel and lamb flavor but afraid my picky golden retriever would not like it the gentleman working the register offered me a sample of his own dogs food in that flavor. Thank you for providing such great customer service, it is very much appreciated.

Our first time there was 8/27/23 … our trainers for our new white golden told us we needed to shop there for food for her because the store commercial brands are bad for her and basically all dogs. The help there was so friendly and knowledgeable, we never felt pushed to purchase and didn’t have that feeling of someone hovering over us as we browsed ! I highly recommend them!

Wish there was 10 million stars because this place deserves it. If you order by 6 pm you get free delivery SAME day… faster than Amazon my friends…. Our dog has food allergies and here they have so many options for really healthy dog food and treats. I shop online a lot but when I’m on that side of town I always stop in because I just love it!!!!! Thank you so much!!! Top Notch!!!

I stopped by the Mooresville Hollywood Feed tonight to get some ideas for an anxious dog having some seperation anxiety after loosing her brother last month. Wow! This was my first time in Hollywood Feed (after a coworker highly recommended it) and I was so impressed! They have a super wide variety of dog treats - everything from cow tails and rawhides to smaller training treats and fresh cookies. I only picked up a few items but the cashier was very helpful & friendly and, because it was my first time in, even gave me a small sample bag of beef lung treats! I was on a time limit so didn't have a long time to browse but will definitely be back soon!

I was not able to find my dog's favorite dental treats at any stores lately and he needed them so I went to Hollywood feed! The staff were knowledgeable in the products they had that would be a good substitution. The outcome is a happy 15 year old husky who acts like a puppy again just to get these treats and a happy husky mom that he gets so excited about them. Thank you!!

Hollywood Feed has definitely earned my business. Just got a same day delivery of our pets' food with a handwritten note thanking us for our business. We've been ordering through Hollywood Feed since they carry a specific brand that is not available from big box stores (which is what we like), but having a local store with a same day delivery service is such a treat! As soon as the order came, I called my friend and told her she had to order from there and quit picking up heavy bags of dog food at the store!
