Highly recommend. Our Pomsky was groomed today and she was so happy when we picked her up. Staff is punctual, attentive and really did an outstanding job grooming our dog. They gave an estimated time for pickup, called when she was done and were spot on. Very friendly and helpful.

My dog was injured with warm razor causing fever, wounds, uneven nails, leaving him in excruciating pain. He is unable to walk now. He has suffered. Yes, he is a doodle but has been groomed in several locations with much more tangles. I wish I could post pictures because he is now bleeding and down to bare skin. They refuse to refund the $95 that caused this trauma. He hasn't slept since the visit. Terrible experience that traumatized and injured our beloved family pet. He needs vet care ASAP due to their terrible treatment they caused yet refuse to refund. I could have easily groomed him better. Strands of hair still, bright red skin, severe pain and trauma, fever and bleeding from his experience there. Forwarding to his vet so they can treat him for injuries sustained.

Their services are questionable, beware of this facility. Make sure to ask closing time, sign outside their gated driveway say 5. I got there yesterday at 3:45. Yesterday they locked my poor babies in there overnight. And yes they charged me for boarding them. I didn’t want to argue so I paid. My babies have never been boarded. They have lost my business. I love taking my baby here to get groomed they do such an amazing job she loves it they always put little bows in karmas hair and they stay for a good while we always go home put pretty little dresses on and take lots of pictures she smealls so good got days she's definitely spoiled

My dogs are boarding there and Mel was so patient with me getting lost…lol. She went above and beyond to make me feel better leaving our baby’s behind. We’re brining our birds, and we know they are taken care of for sure. Amazing service there.

Went to pick up our pups today during their posted hours and their gate was locked. My husband waited from 2:00 to 3:00 at which time they opened their gate so we could get our dogs.

We have a very high maintenance dog that needs constant attention. He has stayed with Di Dio twice now and the experience has been the best we have ever had with a boarder. It is so nice to go on vacation and never have to worry about your dog’s needs or safety. Thanks for everything!

Di Dio has provided our family over 25 years of exceptional pet care. The staff plays with our dogs and our dogs are always happy to see them. The grooming is first class by Susan and staff. I have been using Di Dio for 20 years. I would never want to board my pets anywhere else. Very clean. The employees take excellent care of my dogs. They are very accommodating to my pets needs and I have never felt uncomfortable leaving my pets there.

We have been using Di Di'os for almost 15 years with several of our dogs and it is absolutely the best place. It's always clean plenty of room for the dogs to roam and reasonably priced. Bob and his staff always give you more value than other places we've tried. It's definitely worth the ride even from the Huntersville area.

Di Dio is the only place I will board my dogs or get them groomed. The staff at Di Dio treat my dogs like they are family. I have referred Di Dio to several friends and family and all have had an amazing experience, like I always do. I highly recommend.

In response to Kellie Elliot. Not once did you or anyone at Di Dio tell my wife that the reservation for an extra large runner or to keep our dogs together would not be honored. There was no expectation to "move another clients beloved pets" nor did my wife even ask that, there was only the expectation that you honor our reservation. We are sympathetic to the situation the other customer was in but were not willing to make or dogs uncomfortable because you put her dogs in the extra large runner that we reserved (although you are now telling us that extra large runners cannot be reserved). What do you take reservations for extra large runners for if a reservation is only good for a 4x12ft?Also it was never mentioned that an extra large runner was coming available the next day or our dogs would probably be there with you now and I wouldn't be wasting time on my vacation responding or posting reviews. Not once before my wife arrived were we called to inform us that our dogs would not be kept together as requested or to let us know that you only had 4x12 runner for each dog. Letting your customers know that you cannot accommodate their requests would have been the right thing to do in this situation as we did not want our dogs stuck in a small runner.We have had no issues with you guys in our previous visits but due to the hardship in our schedule this incident caused we will not be using Di Dio again.Brandon Ervin, P.E.

We have two Giant Schnauzers that are our babies and we are very particular about where they are boarded. Di Dio K-9 is the place for us! When they are there, we feel comfortable knowing that they are in great hands!

DO NOT USE DI DIO K-9 Country Klub.We've used Di Dio several times over the years but today, 8/5/2017 we took our dogs to drop them off as much my family and I are leaving for a week long beach trip. My wife arrives to drop our two dogs off only to be told that the large runner we had reserved for both of our dogs was given away, our dogs would not be kept together and our 100+ lb dog would be in a smaller runner.My wife confirmed that Di Dio did in fact have our reservation and Di Dio confirmed that they simply gave away our large runner to another person that they considered an "emergency". However we received no notification of this until my wife arrived nor did Di Dio try and make it right.We are now left with no place for our two dogs and within 30 minutes of leaving for the beach. The lack of professionalism and disregard for my families reservation/plans assures I will never use Di Dio again and would not suggest them to anyone. I got a large shepherd mix from the pound who has super long nails due to being an outside dog in his old home. he has had his nails done multiple times and noone has ever gotten them short since they are black nails. well today we tried di-dio and they were amazing. marmaduke loved them and his nails look like a normal dog for once. so happy I will definitely be coming back

My dog left with an injury on his eye. Ended up having to be in a cone and steroid drops in his eye and on an antibiotic for 2 weeks. We informed the kennel and they did not seem to care nor did the do any follow up to see how he was doing.

As a response to Mr. Ervin. DI Dio'' has been serving the Lake Norman community since 1987. We have thousands of satisfied repeat customers. At Di Dio' we do everything possible to be accommodating to all needs. "Buddy" Ervin (90lb plus Pit Bull) and "Jazzie" Ervin stayed with us 11-26-13 to 1202-13 and again 03-25 -16 to 3-27-16 without issues,,,,,I was surprised when Mrs.Ervin expected us to move another clients beloved pet to accommodate her needs. I explained to Mrs.Ervin,as soon as extra large run became available,I would respect her wishes,and move Buddy and Jazzie into the same kennel run. On Sunday,06 August 3 extra large runs became available. At Di Dio' we consider all our boarders as family members not just pets..... We are sorry we could not accommodate Mrs. Ervin. At Di Dio' we do not guarantee extra large runs first come first serve. The normal size run are 4ft.x 12ft (indoor/outdoor). We honestly hope wherever Buddy and Jazzie go for boarding, they receive the same loving care as provided at Di Dio'.
