My first time to browse Big Lots. Did not show me anything to get excited about. Prices seemed too high for quality. Ollie's, Ross, and some others have much better prices as well as merchandise. Think I'll stick to them.

Its been a while since I've been in big lots and when i got through the door I was greeted by the friendliest cashier. As i shopped i got some help by a friendly associate who helped right away. To cap it all off the cashier Dawson was really happy and excited to check me out and he really made the entire experience in the store.

You never know if you will be 5 or 20 minutes in line. Always 1 cashier and they never seem to have the answer or power to handle a simple situation....always waiting on a Manger. Empower your trusted employees to make simple decisions because it will speed up the checkout process which will also make for a better customer experience. You trust them with money but not an expired coupon or an override????? Do better!

Typical Mark down big box store. Lots of selection. Everything here from dang if I know to little eye Joe's. Easy access. Handicap parking and entrance. Public restrooms. Clean too. Not many employees. Open everyday normal hours. Better quality items than Ollie's but not on par with top shelf stores. Slightly above average rating on this one.

I like big lots, but for some reasons this location always seems low in stocks. There were lots of empty shelves. (That was the previous visit.) Went on Sunday n notice it was well stock, there wasn't empty like in the past. It's always a great place to shop.

Store was messy and disorganized. When I asked for a price check the cashier rolled her eyes and told me the price from the package, even though the product was in an area that said 75% off. I had a coupon, which she would not accept, and said that it was expired, even though there was no expiration date on the coupon. Certainly didn't look like she wanted my business.

Extremely rude manager. I have gone to this location a lot for years but now I'll avoid this one because of this rude man. My 1st expense was when I asked if they would take anything off a broken item (1st time I've asked a store for a discount on damage in 15-20 years) and he made me feel like I was inconveniencing him cause he was too busy or like he didn't want to deal with me. 2nd time he lied about an item not being able to returned in the system. 3rd time he was rude from the start and his cashier cut me off when I tried to explain I had called and spoke to a manager about a defective item return and what they told me. At the end he came back and told me a LIE about what the other person said to me. Lying to your customers, cutting them off in the middle of talking, and refusing to try to help, is Very bad customer service,

Have been to Big Lots a lot lately and have been really impressed with the customer service...today was the same but even more. It's thanksgiving and received the best service with a return on a malfunction. He was so nice and went the extra mile to get me the correct item and with a big SMILE. I am thankful for you on this Thanksgiving

Went in and picked up a few things to purchase. Went to check out. Only one check out line open. Lady ahead of us had a problem and the store manager was trying to help the lady and was having difficulty. The cashier was standing next to him watching bit not assisting. I don't expect to be served before someone else but after 10 mins of standing watching this person struggle trying to help this person my wife and I were ignored. Why the cashier couldn't have check us out while the manager took care of the other customer is beyond me. Put our things back and left. The cashier and the manager glanced up and didn't seem to care that we put back our purchase and were leaving. Explains why there were only 3 people in the store. Won't be back.

Went looking for a new bedroom set, they used to have a good selection but not much of one anymore. With the help of the last in the furniture section we weren't through some books and found what we were looking for. Ordered it and it arrived quickly, would purchase from there again.

Big Lots is my alternative to a quick stop and grocery store. I'm usually there 3 or 4 times a week for cat food, cleaning supplies, drinks etc. Every one is very nice and helpful. I'm in an out quickly I love that. Parking is easy always something up near the door available. Oh and there is something new almost every visit. Seasonal decorations on sale. I got new cushions for my patio furniture just$15. Great! Halloween and fall is out and beautiful. Go enjoy
