There is a huge disparity on the price of items. Sometimes there is a price posted on the item sometimes not. The weekly advertisements don't match with the POS price. This pricing irregularity makes it difficult for the amazing staff to provide great customer service. Tractor supply does have a good selection of products for the farm and farm house.

We have been waiting weeks to get their baby chicks and have been calling to check on their arrival. We called and they finally arrived, 120 total chicks. We were going to head there but they told us they Can Not sell them for 24 hours. So we can only buy them the next day at 9:30 am.... Well guess what, we arrived there at 9:00am the next day to wait, just to find out there were only 9 chicks left from the 120 received, and the lady in front bought the rest. Well guess what?? they sold them All the day they arrived after telling us they could not sell them... That was so frustrating and a waste of our time, my kids were soo sad when they arrived and found out they sold them.... that was so unfair of Tractor Supply..!!!

I've been able to find supplies for the animals in my care at Tractor supply at reasonable prices. I needed a cage for a cat after surgery and found one for a beagle sized dog that was perfect and on sale. Prices were much better than Amazon, Target and Walmart. Check online and compare! Also the people there were very helpful.

Always friendly staff, and products I need available. I almost bought a hose sprayer on clearance for $9.99, and the cashier shared with me that they have a really heavy duty one for $5. Saved me money when she didn't have to! Love this place, friendly people, knowledgeable staff!

Decent store with plenty of stock. It is a little dated on the inside, but it has everything you expect at Tractor Supply. The cashier was nice and greeted me at the door. The team was busy stocking shelves and no one asked if I needed help. Not a big deal for me, but I can see how it would be for others.

Went to see about purchasing a safe that was listed on their website and was on display in their store, but I couldn't find a sales associate on the floor to open and show it to me. I went to the registers and waited in line and asked the associate if I could be helped at the safe area, and was told to go find a floor associate. I was expecting a call to be made to have someone meet me there, but I was expected to find someone myself. I was interested in the item so I did make one more loop around the store and still could not find 1 single sales associate. I walked right out and took my business to another retailer.

It seemed understaffed, so I'll give them a little bit of slack, but the one cashier that was working was on her personal phone the entire time we were in line and while we checked out. The store phone was ringing and she was slowly! cashing us out because she was on the phone talking about some two month old baby?? So the store itself was ok. Clean, well stocked. Had everything we needed. My complaint is with the customer service

Took 15 min to get any help at the self checkout register when it messed up even though they had approx 6 employees working and 2 of which were on the registers on either side of us whom completely ignored us and proceeded to attend to whatever they felt like instead of acknowledging us until we had to get unnecessarily loud and then they just stood there looking towards the back of the store waiting for someone else to handle it I guess then after 10 min when no one came to the front decided to make us unbag everything we already had rung up and move to her register for her to ring us up herself when all we needed was an item deleted because it accidentally rang up twice... Ridiculous... First and last time I'll be shopping here

I use to rate this store 5 stars but here lately it has become a very unclean and cluttered mess, I understand it is a older smaller store but I remember how it once was. They seem to always be understaffed and a few of the staff are just rude. I live in Wingate and have started driving all the way to midland if that puts things into perspective.

The place is too dirty. I went to go pick up some dog food today, and there was a lot of rat feces all over the dog food bags and the shelves. There had to have been months worth of feces laying around there, and it’s impossible too miss it, staff must be ignoring it while stocking items. I don’t do reviews on hardly anything especially bad reviews, but this can be dangerous to a lot of the customers that go here.

Today I went to this store to get some cattle panels. Most of the panels and gates outside didn’t have prices. I went inside to the middle desk and the man working there seemed like I was bothering him to ask for prices. After paying for what I needed I drove around back where someone was supposed to meet me to get my panels and no one was there. I went back inside where Reina annoyingly told me she would call someone again. Patrick came out back and helped me, he was polite and helpful.

We went there Saturday on June 15, 2019, it was the worst experience we had. You would think that if there is a long line of customers waiting to check out that they would open another line. I watched the lady handled them herself, when they decided to open another line the guy told us that he would be back because he was looking for a boot instead of just checking us out. We waited but after about 20 minutes, we ended with the lady that is a superwoman. She deserves more than a raise, she needs to be a manager or a supervisor and show all the employees how it's done. Next time I go there I'm going to find out her name & give it to the corporate office and as for the others watch & learn from her. Where is undercover boss at?

Ceiling was leaking in over 30 places. Ceiling tiles had fallen all over the store and only a few areas were marked off. Was worried about a few tiles falling and hitting elderly or children. Was raining hard outside but still no excuse for the failure to close off certain areas that were being dropped on by water. Self checkout was open but didnt work. After scanning item and paying, machine malfunctioned and took a few minutes to get a manager over. Manager didnt even attempt to help. Literally said "it shouldn't have been open" and then walked away. Another cashier had to get a younger employee to help get receipt from another register. Thankful for her. Manager needs to get ahold of his store.

I drove an hour to this store because I called and asked if they had ducks, and they told me yes they did. When I got there I asked an employee where the ducks were, and was then told they didn’t even have any... So I drove another hour back home. Wish someone hadn’t lied. Very sad now :(

I had a faulty tire on a trailer I bought and visited the store 4 times in one month trying to get it exchanged. I spoke directly with a young man named Jonathan twice in person and once over the phone and he said he was helping a customer and would call me back. He never called me back. Another employee named Cassie told me to come back on Thursday and speak to the store manager named Roger. I did and it took five minutes for him to exchange the tire and I was on my way. I don't feel it should have taken this much effort on my part to receive some customer service from this location. I suggest you shop somewhere else.
