Constantly make our drinks with no flavoring. And when you ask for another one made correctly, employees give nothing but attitude and then more attitude after you come back the next day. I have gone to this location every. single. morning since the day that it has opened in my town. I've been nothing but respectful to these employees, so when I asked for a new drink, it's not like I'm asking for something horrible. Over the last month my drink had been made with no flavoring 8 times!

1st review... I typically like the coffee here especially all the different choices and the service is amazing. Two things to improve... whole milk & almond milk are not the same, please ensure I get what I pay for and the pumpkin spice is HEAVY handed. Typically I taste test at time of transaction but I was enjoying the conversation of the cashier. Got home was not satisfied... refrigerated and tried again this morning and had to dilute with home brewed coffee. My tea for the day has been spilled... thank you for your time.

As I pulled up to the window Marina had the biggest smile on her face it was a ray of sunshine! Her attitude has always made my day! Kryn was the one who made my drink and it was awesome! The scooters team has always had the best attitude when I approached them! To asking how my day was to telling me to have a fantastic day! Kenzie always has a great smile on her face as well! The coffee and Red Bull infusions has always been my favorite! Great costume service!

My sis told me try this place if Im ever in Monroe because its so tasty. And she's right! It's delicious. I got a vanilla iced cold brew with cream😎-- amazing. Its such a cute place on the outside and customer service was good. Has a drive thru!Thanks Scooters :)

Two blended coffees with espresso shots were amazing! Cinnamon bun was fresh a little light on the delicious cream cheese frosting. BACON burrito contains eggs, cheese, grits, sausage and some bacon, not as expected. 4 items $23.54. A bit pricey.

RUDEST staff members and zero customer service skills. I have always been a customer here and today I went to order my Caramel Blender with an extra shot. Lady didn’t hear me and gave me an iced coffee instead. They shut the window on me so I waited outside to ask for my correct drink. Nobody would respond so I lightly tapped on the window. The manager then came to the window to confront my family because she said they thought we were “homeless people” banging on the window….I told her my drink was incorrect and was told since they didn’t hear me, they would have to charge me to make the correct drink. I will never be back to this location again.

Good coffee and about the same price as starbucks but you'll be supporting a local small business here. Don't let the size of the place fool you, they pack a huge punch. Also if the drive-threw line is full don't worry, they will have you through there in no time.

Terrible service. Lady in the window decided to have a very long personal conversation with a car while there were at least 3-4 cars in behind. Went on for well over a minute after finally giving them their drink. No regard for everyone else trying to get to work. Refused to give me her name when asked because she must know she sucks at this.Also interesting how I can order the same drink and it be a different price each time and I've received it in two different size cups.

The coffee is MUCH BETER than the "other coffee chain". The lines move quickly and low prices are great especially considering the quality of the coffee. Staff is always very friendly and efficient. I always try to leave a tip as those girls work very hard to keep the line moving.

Was excited to grab some pumpkin coffee. However the drive thru person who took orders was extremely rude. I was a quick order but she has a tone as if I was exhausting her to place my order. I order well over in less than one minute. She also spoke very rudely in telling me to pull up as if I had no clue how to drive from the menu to the drive thru window. Overall very rude and condescending for no reason. The only nice person was the person at the window which was clearly not the person who took my order. There cost of the product isn’t worth it when associates have an unjustified nasty attitude first thing in the morning.

Iced mocha coffee is delicious. Service is always great and their tip jar is always hilarious. My son loves their cinnamon rolls and always takes the stickers off and puts them on his shirt.Kid-friendliness: My son loves their Cinnamon roll!

I went there for the first time today and I was very pleased! Great prices, good coffee, and good food! The service was fast and great! My coffee and food was fresh and soooo good. What made my experience so great is the three girls that was working this morning! They all three were very kind and energetic I went around 7:30 this morning! Great experience I would definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Better than Starbucks! The coffee is amazing. They don't put as much sugar and syrup in their coffee and I find that Idont have some of the afertaste that Iexperienced with their competitors. Smooth tasting coffee.The menu is diverse enough for the average coffee drinker. You can special order. Some pastries and small sandwiches are offered depending on the time if your visit. The wait time in line through the drive thru isn't bad. I'm happy to have a viable alternative to Starbucks, finally.

I really tried to like it but I have to be honest. The spicy sausage burrito was the perfect spiciness but the potatoes were undercooked/crunchy and the tortilla was too big for the little bit of filling...I got a small blueberry iced latte and it was watery I could barely taste coffee...staff was pleasant and had an awesome attitude...would give them another shot and maybe order something different.

I stumbled on Scooters out of pure luck. I was driving out to coach a game in the Monroe area and I just searched on my route for some coffee. The options were either Starbucks or Scooters. I went to Scooters and was really happy I did. Coffee was phenomenal, and the customer service was great. Super enthusiastic workers there, and I was there at 6AM!!! Only reason I notched it down to a 4 star is because their food is not that great. I had a Breakfast Burrito, and cookie. Burrito was not great, and cookie was alright. They heated up the cookie so that it was warm, but still you could tell it wasn't made in house. Will definitely be coming back!!!!
