Be prepared to be talked down to if you’re a novice at owning a pet fish. Was spoken to in a very condescending way while trying to simply get a beginner fish to reward my son on a great week at school. Also, don’t go in when it’s 5 minutes until closing for an emergency replacement fish. They DO not like that!

The manger that they have here now has the worst customer service personality! I have seen a few times how He has talked to people when they need to return something. Well I got to experience it today myself with returning a item that i had delivered to me. So For now on I will just use Chewy for my deliveries instead of petsmart.

Bri my favorite Groomer here, is amazing!!! The grooming staff overall are great. I do not care for the store manager, but I will not let him affect my review of the ladies. Lol.

My sweet furbaby, Candy, loves her new collar and harness. The employees were very friendly and helpful asking about my furbaby. She is very hard to fit and the store was really patient with us trying on all the doggie clothes 😁 trying to fit. We did find some cute things to fit my Candy Girl!

I took my lil dog to the dog parlor there to get his hair cut and the girl wanted to say she couldn't cut him bc he was biting at the clippers when I was looking through the window at her the whole time and she never even pulled the clippers out 😡😡😡

Love their care plan, it saves me hundreds of dollars at every check up! The person checking me out was quick and he knew what was going on and didn't have to wait forever like in the past, whatever changes they've made were for the best! My dog has extremely bad anxiety and they got her done quickly and was able to pick up my dog within just a couple of hours. Great job team! Y'all rock! Keep up the great work!

I registered my 5-month-old pup for puppy training class hoping he would learn and have fun with other dogs. However, he didn't get along well with them, so the trainer suggested we try private lessons. I agreed and enrolled in an 8-week course. After two classes, the trainer said she would call me to schedule his next class, but she never did.I waited for a week, then two weeks, and still never heard from her. Frustrated, I decided to cancel the remaining 6 classes and get a refund, but when I asked for the refund, the manager said they could only refund me the single session price, not the package price I had purchased. After a long discussion on the refund price, the manager offered me the package price per class refund, but $50 of it would be in a store credit. Tired of arguing about it, I agreed but I feel I should have received the refund as a credit to my debit card like I originally paid.To make things more confusing, the manager couldn't find a single record of us being enrolled in the Puppy Class. Luckily I had all my receipt. This whole experience left me disappointed. The trainer's skills, scheduling, and customer service were all below my expectations. It's frustrating that what should have been a good learning opportunity for my puppy turned into such a hassle and letdown. I would not recommend Monroe's PetSmart dog training class.

I love Pesmart.. love especially the one in Monroe. Cashier by the name of Missy, Carlene who takes care of the kittens. and especially Ms. Sybil who is the wonderful keeper of the kitties. All are beautiful souls.I have never had to complain. Blessings ♥️

We adopted our cat from this Petsmart 2 weeks ago. The rescue, Zack’s rescue is easy to work with and really care about the animals they are trying to adopt out. Our cat is healthy and a pleasure to be around!

Not happy with the service I have received. I paid for service which I didn't received , employees were rude. Spoke with Becky the shift leader and told me that she didn't think so. Also spoke with Liz who recommended to refund my card and go else where. Refunding my card doesn't fix my problem. Very unprofessional . Liz could have handled my issue better than refunding my card.Do your self a favor and stay away from them.

I love that we have a PetSmart in our city because it makes it so much easier to get everything you want for your pet in one place. They have great customer service and their cashiers are super friendly. Just got my new puppy and was able to get all the information from the PetSmart vet front desk receptionist, about how much shots and other services. The only thing I would say to possibly consider adding would be, that not all of us adopt our animals from rescues Etc. Some of us adopt from people who we're not expecting do you have puppies and couldn't afford keeping them. So they let us adopt 1. But since we don't have paperwork from them we are not offered the free adoption PetSmart package because they are not a rescue. So we should still be offered PetSmart adoption packet with a letter from the person who we adopted the animal from saying that it was official that we did. That way we do get to teach are animals 2 go to classes and get some free training like everybody else does. And we would also get the PetSmart adoption package as well. It is just a suggestion because not all of us find our pets through a service. Some of us find our pets in need of a home unexpectedly, on this side of the road, or abandoned or trapped. But they still become our fur babies. Thank you so much for your help PetSmart. You can always throw us some really good coupons too.😉🙂

Kids enjoy going to see the different animals they have for purchase or adoption. I don't purchase many items here for my animals since I feel the cost is higher than other stores. I do shop for rabbit supplies though since those are limited in other places.

My cavapoo was groomed on 8/10 by Judy. The appointment was at 830am and we were told she'd be ready by 1230 but she wasn't actually ready until almost 2pm. When we picked her up, the groomer had cut off all the whiskers on one side of her face and didn't express her anal glands because she "forgot." My dog has been scooting ever since and everywhere is now booked and I can't make her an appointment for that. Not a great experience with this location.

I’m not sure what has happened with the grooming employees but they are horrible now. We had been bringing our 2 dogs here for a while to get their nails trimmed. The past time in particular one of the groomers forcefully held our dog down to trim her nails until she freaked out. The whole rest of the day our dog was a nervous wreck. They used to be so good and knew what they were doing but now it seems they hire anyone. However, the rest of the regular store employees are usually great and very helpful. I do not recommended Petsmart grooming at this location.

We got small bird 🐦 and the staff was super friendly and informative at Petsmart. I was instructed on what they like to eat, what not to do etc. So I was leaving the store understanding how to take care for it. Thank you for training your employees!

Went to Petsmart today to pick up some feeder mice for my snake. While we were there, we decided to check out the reptiles. While we were looking in the reptile enclosures, a female employee (who I believe to have been the manager) comes over, and instead of asking if we needed any help, reaches over our heads and turns the lights off in the enclosures. It was 30 minutes before closing, and her and the cashier were very rude and trying to rush everyone out of the store.
