I've only stopped twice but I assure you I will never again. Both times left store almost in tears. Employee was actually mad that he was told not to charge for the key cut service and shoved keys in my hand. I NEVER EXPECTED IT TO BE FREE. The store should keep in mind KINDNESS goes along ways.

Great local hardware spot with a bit of everything, and knowledge of places to try if they don’t. Could use a few more staff at times, but also understand that depth of knowledge isn’t easy to come by.

Today I searched everywhere for a kerosene heater. I found one at my local Monroe hardware store. With the winter weather coming in this weekend, it's reassuring to know that we will have heat if we lose power. Thank you for keeping these essential needs in stock and being so helpful finding the accessories needed.

They are never busy sometimes I wonder how they say in business however every time that I go in there they are so nice they help me get what I need and get out They don't try to sell you stuff that you don't need it's a really good place I would definitely recommend

Got a key made for my 1998 Mazda. Lowes couldn't do it. Gentleman was extremely friendly and I got my key cut for 2 dollars. Highly recommend them!

I shop at this store 3 times a week at least. I recently purchased $21.30 of nuts and bolts and that is what my receipt stated, a few days later my account was charged $213.00 for the transaction, I called and they wouldn’t fix the problem I went there and the manager wanted to act like it was my fault and didn’t even apologize! And now I’m sitting here waiting 10+ days to have my money returned. They’ve lost my business! Try stepping up your customer service and the quality of your management!

I shop here all the time . Love the young lady who often helps me, especially in the horse area. The older woman at the cash register isn't happy or very pleasant, but we all have issues. I love their selection of seasonal merchandise, like an old country store. ♥️

Excellent service! Mackenzie Tucker is very knowledgeable about horse nutrition and completely understood my concern when I decided to make changes to my feeding program. She listened to me explain each individual horse, their age, and job. She showed me the options and then recommended two different feeds. I am now feeding two of my horses Purina Ultium and the other four are on Strategy Healthy Edge. Not only did Mackenzie help me that day in the store but she has followed up to make sure all the horses are still doing well. The horses are doing very well and I'm happy with the changes I've made. I really enjoy shopping in a store with such knowledgeable and caring people like Mackenzie.

Monroe hardware is a great little hardware store. They usually keep the best of tools and everything they sell. I love how they are quick to ask if you need help finding anything and are very knowledgeable! I will always be back!

I enjoy going to this place. They're like an old-time general store they have a little bit of everything except food. I like to just walk the aisles and see what all they have. The staff is always helpful in answering any questions I have.

Compared to Lowes or Home Depot, this store is much smaller with a much smaller inventory. There are only two registers for check out. It offers hardware, livestock feed, paint, weaponry, clothing, live plants, and household items and it has great parking.

The Massey Ferguson dealership where I work always gets little odds and ends from here. Good quality stuff. I highly recommend the kitchenette brooms. Plus they still sell fluorescent bulbs... in bulk.
