Went to several different well known places around looking for a replacement part on my riding lawn mower. Called a friend to tell him I was probably going to have to order it online. He suggested going to Monroe Hardware, a place I hadn't heard of. They not only had the part I was looking for, the parts guy was really friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be going back.
