Before coming to the store at Monroe 28110 NC, I checked online and the item was available but when I arrived the store, it was not on the shelf. The employee checked and system showed item unavailable. Right away, I checked online again the website indicate item is available! Other than this issue, many tools at Harbor Freight are cheaper than those at Amazon.

My husband loves Harbor Freight. He visits the one in Lancaster several times a month. He can usually find what he needs at a reasonable price.

Went into the store Needed assistance with a pair of cutters that would go through a screw asked the guy. Damien to help! He Was not even remotely helpful. He acted like I was an inconvenience. I ended up just leaving the store and going to Monroe hardware and paying a little bit more for good customer service.

Your store in Monroe, NC is to be commended. It is clean, well stocked but most of all your clerks are helpful, knowledgeable, and take time to get your products for you. Cashiers are friendly and courteous as well. Well done!

9/9/21. I love this store. Every time I go there, I find new stuff, but the best part is the music. It makes the shopping very enjoyable. Thank you!! Fall is around the corner and they have good gardening tools there. Check them out!

Dont waste your time here.We've given this location so many chances and every time the staff is incredibly rude. We have had better customer service at Walmart....Today we went in looking for an item and the associate working couldn't be bothered to get off his phone and assist us. He just pointed to the wall, asked if we had looked there (which we had), and walked away.We will never be back after this. Absolutely pitiful how poorly this location treats customers.

Harbor French Tools is the best store i found for buying tools, any time you buy a tools there they offer to you insurance for you tools and when your tools is damaged you just go to Harbor French Tools given then your tools and they will give it to you brand new tools again to you no cost to you just pay insurance again to save for the future your tools again.

Great place to shop for all kinds of tools,my son wants to further himself into mechanics, instead of him giving up a lung to snap-on i purchased alot of his starter tools from harbor freight....check them out they have seriously great deals on the products and they last...

I love going here due to the pricing. Although they may not carry a lot of big name brands like some of the larger hardware stores, everything I've purchased has served its purpose without any major issues. They have great customer service; I'm always asked if I need assistance with anything everytime I shop here and the store is pretty easy to navigate once you been in once or twice.

Was greeted as soon as me and my daughter walked through the door, as well as being asked if we needed assistance. Seems to be more employees than the last time I was there that's why I changed my 4 star to 5. Will see y'all in the near future

You know what this place is about. Cheap tools, but the quality of much is not really that bad. The service at this location is pretty good too. I'd visit this store over one in Charlotte any day.

Good value and had everything I went in for. Store was clean and nicely organized. Employees could have been a little more helpful, they seemed to dodge customers at every opportunity. I would have made a bigger purchase if I could have gotten some assistance. But, it was Christmas Eve and nobody wanted to be working, I understood... I just went to another store! Overall good store, I'll be back.
