I took my YorkiePoo in on a day where several expensive Yorkie breeds were being dropped off as well. Made me feel like OK this must be a good place. I had her groomed here once before and was satisfied. This time she asked me if I wanted a bow or bandanna on my dog. I said neither. When I came to pick her up, she told me I was 10 minutes early and when she says 4 she means 4 not a minute sooner! OK whatever no biggie but she was 10 minutes late getting her cut so whats the big deal??? When she brought her out to me she had a pink bandanna on. OK still no biggie (I'm not picky),,, until I got her home and noticed she had a cut on her throat/neck area and I couldn't help but get very irritated as the groomer/owner didn't tell me about this. She had to have seen it. Then I wondered to myself I bet this is why she put a bandanna on her to cover it up. Small but pretty intense cut. I'm not saying she cut her and tried to hide it but when you don't tell me you cut my animal and then put a bandanna on after I asked you not to, it makes you wonder. Never going back. Too risky, my pet is my child.

I have been taking my babies to Lee for years and have never had a bad experience, she has a love for dogs and you can tell once you take them in, yes I give her 5 stars

I took my long hair Chihuahua there about a month ago (May 25th) and the appointment time was set for a 9:30 a.m. appointment however we sat outside and made several phone calls but they wasn't open so I went to work and my mother dropped off my dog at the shop which she didn't open until around 10:30 a.m. once my Mom finally was able to drop my dog off the lady tells a lie and tells my mom that my appointment time was at a different time than what she gave me the day before which I wrote down! That should have been red flag number 2 with number 1 being the smell and the uncleanness of the establishment. Well I got off work at 3 p.m. and went to go pick up my dog once walking in the smell was horrible like she never cleans the place and they were dog urine and feces all in the cages with the dogs. I got my dog went home and it first I was satisfied to a certain extent because the haircut look good good however she was a bit pricey and was not my first choice but due to a long waiting list of my first choice I made the mistake and took my dog to her instead of waiting 6 weeks on the waiting list. A month later I have noticed so many skin issues that my dog never had before but now has due to her not being sterile with her equipment or cleaning and now I have to take my dog to the vet to see exactly what skin problems my dog is having which I have had for 3 years and he has never had any skin issues prior to me taking him to her shop I want to sue her to be honest. Well I am taking my dog to the vet Friday and I am still considering suing the lady in Civil Court depending on what exactly the veterinarian tells me is wrong with my dog now and I made the mistake of not reading up or doing the homework to see just exactly what people were saying about her establishment needless to say I will never ever in my life do business with her ever again and I would not recommend anybody to do business with her especially if you care or love your animal at all because it is the worst decision I ever made when it comes to my baby! I really want to give her no stars but Google will not let you give 0 Stars so that's why she got one but she needs to be shut down and sued and the place need to be inspected because it is a doggies nightmare! The name of the business definitely should not be Puppy Luv it should be Puppy Hell if anything!!

Awful just awful. I had an appointment and waiting 15 mins for them to open. Once they arrived they argued with me that they were there. I had gone to the door and called several times. She was rude and yelled at my dog to shut up. Not very professional and veryg rude. Did not feel good leaving my dog there. On the way way out the door her helper yelled at me to just leave , good. Do not go there.

It’s an illusion! Animals are treated very poor and I feel this is a back yard breeder! Adopt don’t shop and go to a groomer where u can watch what they are doing! Don’t trust just anyone with your dog.
